Called ahead to make sure they were available and they said yes. Got there and sat there for 40 minutes. Normally when I get dip it takes 35 minutes and this took 1 hour and 15 minutes. This was an unexpected walk-in discovery after leaving 2 other salons due to not feeling welcomed. Being new to the area - it's been a struggle finding a new nail salon 'home'. Ann was very friendly and took the time to listen to what my requests were. I left knowing that I had finally found my new GO TO. Also, Neda had an opening for a facial afterward - so I indulged in a little pampering and self care. She uses dermalogica products and after my microderm and facial - my skin was glowing. I've been coming here for three years, and have been very pleased Before I came to Wonderful Nails I had been to two other salons. Both of those salons never toook me on time, were rough when working on my nails, and we're not friendly. It was a pleasant experience to find just the opposite here at Wonderful Nails. I'm also happy with the amount of time it takes to do my Nexgen. My tech, Kayla, is a sweet and caring girl. I truly feel like she treats me with the respect a daughter should show her mother. I walked into "WonderfuL NailS" and a young beautiful women greeted me ask me how can I help you, as she was sitting there doing her clients pedicure. I replied "pedicure please" She said Pick a Color, I did and I sat down patiently waiting for the next available employee ..... the same lady who greeted me got up and started running the water for the Pedicure service told me to come have a seat in one of there massage chairs and put my feet in the water, she walked away went to one of the back rooms and they were arguing back and forth to each other.... she came back out walked right past me to sit down pretended like nothing happed and started massaging and continuing with the clients pedicure service. I just googled his name however Kim Luong walked out of that hallway like mopping around he honestly looked like he was sweating a lot like more than usual, said something in his language to the other co worker and she rebottled obviously in there native language, walked away to get something from the back it looked like tools that were not sterile never came out of a clean sterile package like other professional people in the pedicure game. no one asked me if I wanted anything to drink, no one asked me what package I wanted or what pedicure service would you like? Kim Luong Sat down and took my nail polish off took two seconds because obviously they were not gel if they were gel he would actually have to work and put foil on each one to take off the gel its like a three step procedure, however since my polish was just a VEGAN OPI brand called "Don't Mess With Texas" Limited edition. Gorgeous yellow mustard yellow BTW. He kept on Huffing and Puffing every other minute and I thought maybe he had bad allergies or something was in his eye or nose not sure he was sweating a lot and kept on wiping his face sweat with his arms so his body fluids could of easily got on me. I was maybe 5 minutes into the service he lost his marbles. Had I not picked up the Menu where all there services were listed with the price and what you got for each service, this guy "Kim Luong" could of ripped my head off with prices and eventually he blames me for making him loose business he said this "Your pedicure will be $50 Dollars NOW because someone just walked out of here and you made me lose business" "HE SAID MY SERVICE IS TAKING TOO LONG" he threw everything in the water and on the floor made a whole scene like got up out of his working chair, threw the towel on the ground. Isn't that ironic when he made me wait 20 minutes when my feet were in the water, he said it was my fault " "He threatened to call the police on me The other lady was trying to calm me down and was asking me if she can finish the service ??? "Kim Luong said get out I'm calling the police on you because the customers left" THIS IS DEFENITLY NOT THE EXPERIANCE I WANT WHEN IM GOING TO BE SPENDING MONEY, I will be sure NOT to mention this place everywhere and anywhere I go, eventually these kind of people dye out because people don't deserve to be treated like this, IF YOU CANT BE NICE TO ALL AMERICANS THEN YOU CAN GO BACK TO YOUR COUNTRY WE DONT NEED PEOPLE LIKE YOU IN THIS COUNTRY. The fact that he couldn't tell the difference told me he was an amateur and not to mention unprofessional. He didn't trim my cuticle skin, he put the chemicals on my toes and told me to put them in the water so everything got diluted, he used a random buffer he found he wasn't even working and had his own station with sanitized supplies, was was throwing things around like he was frustrated but I'm here to get a pedicure service and you are taking you frustration out on me when clearly this is supposed to be place to come relax just for a second. I believe I was bullied today and verbally attacked by this owner/fake manicurist "Kim Luong" because he was un educated about customer service and what it means to do so. Here are my requirements: * Nexgen french tip - yes, but they use an off brand powder * thin/natural looking and feeling - big NO! nails were very thick with a bubbling effect at the base, the french tips were almost straight across (as opposed to curved) and thicker than I'd like * removal by wrapping individual fingers as opposed to soaking entire hand in acetone - no * gentle - yes! * meticulous - no * cuticles are cleaned up - no * cleanly - seemed okay The manicure did last 3 weeks, but 1) I had random yellowing on parts of the white tips - something I had never seen before 2) they started lifting all along the edges and caught on my hair (probably because the edges were too thick) Overall, I did not like it enough to return. read more

Usually this place is amazing, but they really fell short for my wedding. We scheduled appointments for the day before the wedding, and they completely forgot that we had an appointment and that I was a bride. My sister's nails were slightly bleeding by the end because they forgot to do tips and had to start over-- not using the gel. The water and towels were too hot for all of us too. Plus they said I would get a discount as the bride, but the owner was not there, so they did not give me the discount promised. It was a mess. read more

I have gone to Wonderful Nails for over 2.5 years for manicures and pedicures and have been extremely pleased with their services and charges. Kim and Mike, the owners, and other professionals in the salon, are very friendly, professional, and strive to satisfy their clients. I started with regular nail polish but found that by using gel polish, my nails now look nice for 2-3 weeks. I have been to several other nail salons in the area, and have found that Wonderful Nails is just that, WONDERFUL!! Wonderful nails? More like shitty nails. If I could give 0 stars I would I was so unpleased with my visit. They made me put my nails in acetone for an hour and that's a BIG no! It left my skin irritated and has now scabbed on my fingers and the white tips were horrible and I just got them done yesterday and the white tip is starting to lose its color. My usual place was too busy so I decided to give this place a try. Long story short, my nails are uneven, the clear gel is smudged, the lengths are different, I have gel stuck to my fingers and hands, she hit my cuticles twice with the drill (then stuck them back in the acetone which burned like hell) and the girl who did it spent the last 10-15 minutes on her phone. When I went to pay she just stood there still on her phone. Didn't tell me the amount. I handed my card to her and still didn't get a word. No "thank you" no "come again" no "was everything alright today?" I didn't even bother pointing out all the problems. It would've required her to get off the phone and that clearly wasn't happening.
