We took our 5-year-old to Snowy Fun for a playdate and it was pure joy from start to finish! The **Snow Room** is unreal - real-feeling soft snow year-round in Texas heat? Mind-blowing. My kid spent ages building snowmen, making snow angels, and just giggling nonstop. Then we hit the massive bounce houses, giant slides, obstacle courses, and inflatable sports zones - he burned so much energy and never got bored once. The place is super clean, well-organized, and feels safe for little ones (great toddler area too). Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful - they even helped us snap some cute photos. The Snowy Café was a nice bonus; we grabbed snacks and watched the kids play without having to chase them around. If you're looking for the perfect birthday party spot or just a fun family outing, Snowy Fun is hands-down the best indoor play place we've found near Frisco/Little Elm. Great idea terrible execution, snowy fun is nothing but a warehouse with bounce houses and a tiny room with 1 foot by 3 feet snow machine it's more like an ice machine they strapped to the top of the ceiling, place should be called a room with bounchouses and a room that makes a puddle of ice for everyone to enjoy read more

Came here for a kids' birthday and the boys really enjoyed their time there. Atmosphere/Ambiance - 5/5 - Located in Little Elm, the place has bounce house type inflatables, a turf field to run around, an eating area, and a room where there is real snow (take gloves and winter items before you come). Staff - 4.5/5 - They were friendly (contrary to other reviews that I see). I Food/Drink - Because it was a birthday, the food was brought in through another event. Therefore, I cannot comment on this location's food/drink. Overall, the kids had such a great time. I see the other reviews, and because I did not host an event here, I cannot relate to those reviews. That Birthday room floor was not clean the moment we stepped into it! It's funny how you, Matt the owner, likes to try & turn everything wrong with this place back on the people who don't give good reviews! "Snowy" Fun is a very lose term used here. They only have snow in a small room, that is primarily ice on the floor small flurries above children have to fight over while slipping on the mound of ice. (NO person whom works there in the "snow" room for safety/correction issues, crowd control or break up large mound of ice, as well as lots of dirty spots in the ice, not sure how ofter drained and cleaned) To put in perspective it is like you are in a snow cone/shaved ice maker, just on a bit of a larger scale. Booked a Birthday Party online with the party planner, just for your party! Seems great but the party planner seemed to be put off when they were to be attentive to the party! Enjoyed socializing with the two others at the door, party planner again a very loose term used here. Let's move on to the bounce houses, they were clean and so was the carpet. There are 8 of them. That is the main attraction here! There is a 3yr and under old play area, which is kinda on the sad side of things. Please see photos of the safety issues and there was NO one (whom worked there) to keep an eye on this! (and correct as needed) this could of turned out bad for the older and young kids. The area where kids could throw items to stick is unusable due to parents standing in the way and overcrowded. Place seemed at capacity or over. However there were 3 at the door (as 1 or 2 of them could have been watch, crowd control and safety) They only need one to check in as its only open for parties. (Can see a lawsuit in their future) Would I recommend, not for the "SNOWY" fun, but for an over priced bounce house of insanity, if thats your cup of tea. But you could probably have the same fun/experience for a party by just renting one for your individual party! We had my son's 3rd birthday here - great value! If all the kids are going to eat pizza I recommend adding an extra pizza - we had 7 kids and they ate all but 2 pieces of pizza. Only con about the pizza is it wasn't fully cut, luckily the utensils I brought had knives. The party package gave each kid a water or capri sun. So bring something for the adults if they don't want to buy it there. The kid that helped us set up and clean up was awesome! They have a little baby/toddler area which is new and my 1 year old loved it! The inflatables were great and perfect for 2-3 year olds to run and play independently. This place is appropriate for five and under in my opinion. My granddaughter had a fantastic time with her friends, and I was pleased that it wasn't overrun with older kids. The party room was adequate, our host was mediocre, but overall, the kids had a great time! read more

Used to be a wonderful place, must be under new management. The price has pretty much doubled in 2 years. So crowded it's impossible to even walk around. Wild kids on top of the bounce houses, they could easily fall onto the children playing below. Very dangerous and no employees monitoring the floor. At least 1/2 the children were not wearing the required socks. Not as clean as it used to be. Have been many many times, this last Sunday will definitely be our last, even the children asked to leave after one hour. read more

Every time my kids come here they have a blast. The bounce houses have a huge variety and the snow room is great for the kids to play in during the summer. They provide jackets, boots, and gloves for the snow. Great summer activity for the kids to have a good time. read more

Honestly at first I was happy , the price a bit high for the small amount of time you get and not really that many things to do ! But other than that my son had a blast it was his 2nd birthday so for him it was perfect ! However the staff needs to be trained in customer service the party host was almost like she didn't want to talk to us . As I was clearly gathering things to move off the reserved table she came up to remind me we needed to go . It wasn't in the nicest manner and I was cleaning and moving stuff 15 min before our time ended! So plenty of time . Then after that my guest started leaving and I didn't know why . Well I asked and they were told they needed to leave or I would be charged $100.00 I still had 40 min left on my reservation we still had 10 min left at the reserved table ! If I had known this I would not have tipped the host as this was rude to tell them they needed to leave : clearly she didn't understand that after the table reservation there is 30 min left of play time at an open table ! !! This place was so nice when it first opened. The price was good, and the facility was clean. Not anymore. $33.00 for a 4 and 1 yr old ! Today I took my two grandchildren 2 hours after they opened and was disappointed in the cleanliness. The inflatables have areas that need to be wiped down several times a day. They aren't being cleaned well. The floor in the food area was dirty . They don't have healthy food options, but don't allow outside food and drink. The carpet in the play area has several stains and needs to be cleaned. When I took my granddaughter to the bathroom, only one stall out of four had toilet paper and the last stall needed a plumber. I went to tell the young lady at the front about this, and she said , ok, but never got up to go put toilet paper in the bathroom. It doesn't seem that have a routine they follow to maintain it.
