I have been coming to wonder wild since it first opened. I really love the place, I just felt that the last time we went the ladies who work there didn't care at all. I had to tell two boys that they need to take off their shoes, so they would not accidentally hurt one of the other kids. They completely ignored me, and when I told the staff up front, no one even cared. I would like to continue bringing my kids here, but not if things are going to start going down in management and quality. read more

Very unsatisfied with customer service for my twins birthday on June 10. This is our second time booking this place for our party and it was horrible. They gave me approx 8 mins to set up my party not to mention I booked whole venue which covers 2 party rooms and the second party room was not available until an hour into our party. So I would have to miss additional time out of the party to help decorate. No where on contract does it read that I would need to wait over an hour for availability on party room. So we had no choice but to squeeze everyone into one party room. A supervisor did advise there was nothing they could do about party room not being available and they could open door to party room as a good faith option. Save your money and book some where else! Not to mention we paid over $1,200 for 2 1/3 hours for 1 party room. read more

We just had my 2 year olds birthday party here and OMG it was amazing! The staff helped worked with me every step of the way to make sure that my son had the best experience. We added on the signature decorations which was a life saver, of course we added some of our own decor to give the space a personal touch. We added on playtime in the party room and play room which really made the party a full experience. The play area is huge (pics don't do it justice) and my son had so much fun playing with his friends in the toddler area. The party host was super helpful in getting us whatever we needed for our party, tape, cutting knives , she even helped us set up our personal decorations to help blend with the signature decor. The lady at the front desk also was very pleasant I had parents from the party tell me how welcomed they felt when checking in. I cannot gush more on this place. Today makes the third time I've taken my two kids here (ages 4 and 18 months). The play area is pretty large with lots of running room. The jungle gym climb section was great for both kids (I assisted the 18 month old everywhere she went and I had no problem squeezing into the spaces). The baby section has definitely seen better days. Some of the toys are broken and look like they need to be thrown away. As others have said, there is absolutely NO ENFORCEMENT OF RULES. I have never seen a single staff person even peek into the play area to make sure everyone was doing what they were supposed to be doing. With that said, some parents let their kids wander around pushing other kids and being little heathens. Today, there were a group of girls whose parents all knew each other and were too busy chatting to even notice they were taking heavy plastic rocking horses up the big blue slide and then pushing them down. If a child was at the bottom of the slide they would have easily been hurt. Other kids were walking up the slide (again...hazardous) with bare feet. On our last visit a kid snatched one of those foam blocks away from my son. I told my son to use his words and ask for it back and the kid refused to give it back...no parent in sight. And then my other complaint is the membership options. It's basically a grand to get an annual membership here! I have memberships to 3 different museums in Houston PLUS the zoo and all three didn't add up to $1000. BUUUUUT my kids do love coming here and are totally exhausted when we leave which makes bedtime a breeze. That's why I gave them a few stars. It is all about them afterall. read more

I reserved a party for my child here- we absolutely loved it. The two ladies that helped out were super sweet and did an awesome job! (They cut my oversized 4 layer cake like it was nothing- cake cutting is a skill I do not have) Playground is clean and cool, and although we were there for a total of 1 hr and 45 mins, the party felt thorough and we all enjoyed. I had my sons party there this weekend, and it was the worst experience ever, my party host was in the front with the cashier the whole time, I still tipped her but I shouldn't. I had to do all the work pretty much passing out drinks, cutting cake for everybody and it was just not enough next time I will pay a friend so they can help me, I payed $500 plus the tip and they only give you 45 minutes play time and after that they have to go back to the room, some people got there 20-25 minutes late so their kids were only able to play for 10-15 minutes so it was pointless. Aside from it being closed on Saturday and Sunday its super great huge area, super low price for unlimited play time you can bring your food stay for however long like its great when its too hot or rainy outside and you dont know what else to do with your little one. It is simple, it's a large area broken into 2 sections (young kids/toddlers and older toddlers), lots of toys/activities/climbing structures/slides/etc that kids can run around and have fun. There is no real supervision except by the parents. Some parents are not observant, so expect some kids to get bumped, pushed around, etc. Also it can get crowded. So I be watch out for some kids that are sick and their parents do not care if their kids are spreading an illness or something. Also I would bring a lot of purell. It's a great place when the weather is bad or hot outdoors. I recommend it if you have young kids. read more

I'm a new to kids play spaces, this is literally the first time me and my little have gone anywhere besides a public park, splash pad or ymca pool. That being said, he had so much fun and the space was friendly for his go-go 18 month old endless energy and independence. I didn't see much staff interference or watching, but I was not sitting on the sideline waiting for someone to keep my kid or others from doing stuff. I'm too big to climb after the kid in some of the areas, so we did lose a sock I couldn't chase after. This is a money making pit especially during summer time. They have moved from the old location to the front facing N. Shepherd with two separate area for older(Wonderwilder) and younger(Wonderwild) kids. However, they didn't have a staff to monitor the entrance to both areas, which mean if your kids are younger than 5 they can easily open the door and go to Wonderwilder and like wise. No staff to monitor or supervise the unruly kids at both areas. Yes, they did post the rules and regulations but majority of the moms were busy chatting instead of monitoring their kids. This place is a hazardous to toddlers especially summer time. In addition, some of the toys is not working and they should at least make sure the toys are in working conditions or replace them when they have such a high profit margin. I don't know whether they sanitize the toys from time to time like tots spot at the children's museum. and the whole area when they closed by end of the day. I will not go back again until the school starts to avoid the crowd. I must applaud them for the new design for both kids group though. At least they are better than Stomping Ground in Sugarland. read more

Cancelled a birthday party due to Covid-19. They required a $495 deposit and will not budge with even a partial refund. I chose this play area specifically because they do private parties on weekends. Its a bit expensive and I was a little worried because of previous reviews. Everything turned out great. We had two hosts that helped us in the room and kept us on schedule, cleaned up and help set up.The manager was very nice and welcoming. Also the play area was clean. I made sure to read the contract because there were rules for bringing outside food. Our party was at 9 am so I did breakfast Canes fingers and waffles for the kids which which was not a charge. And for adults we bought coffee and muffins. Also some other reviews were upset about the garage door being closed before their party ended however you have to read all of the packages before you choose. We choose the package where the play area was open the whole time which worked well for us. My boys and guests had so much fun. They played in the boat, built forts with the foam blocks, ran around, climbed in the treehouse thing. Some reviews said their kids were bored, mine did not want to leave. The guest age range for 1-9 years old and we choose the play area for older kids. Overall I would recommend them. read more

This place is pretty chill for a bday party. We just hosted my sons party at ChuckECheese and it was mass chaos but I digress. My 18 month old and especially my 3 year old LOVED Wonderwild. I really like how large it is and how many activities the little ones can choose from. Everyone seemed to have great time and no one was bored. I think I would avoid coming here during open play until my 18 month old gets a little older though. With no staff to monitor the going ons of the facilities I can see how the little ones may get bullied by older kids who are not in their designated area. I love wonderwild! I've been taking my kids here ever since my eldest one was 2 years old. I always take my kids (5 and 4 years old) here when it's either too hot or rainy. They can spend the whole day here if I let them. Adults can go with their apprehensive children inside the tunnels and slides. This place is clean and safe. read more

Went here with my 14 month old and a mommy friend. The kids enjoyed it! The place was huge and the facility was very clean. I couldn't help but notice that most of the moms were uninvolved and were opting to play on their phones opposed to watching the kids. This is the third indoor play place of this kind that I've been to (the others being Majestkids in Sugarland and Giggles and Fun in Katy) and it was comparable. The pluses are: 1. You can bring your own food and eat it in a side room. 2. The big climbing structure is semi-transparent so you can see your kid pretty much anywhere. 3. The big bouncy bubble is huge had my kid jumping for hours. I'm way too cheap to make this a regular habit, but I will probably be back on some rainy day when I want to have a play date inside the loop. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and we will NEVER go there again!!! My son's 3rd birthday party was scheduled and he came down with the flu the day before which was totally out of our control (obviously). They would not work with us at all- not even rescheduling with some sort of penalty fee. They charged us for the entire party anyway- even the 10 pizzas that hadn't even been ordered yet!!! We told them in more than 24 hours advance. Why would a place focused on children's play and birthdays not have any sort of policy to reschedule even if there was a penalty fee?!?! Hosted my 3 year olds bday here and it was absolutely wonderful! So easy, the staff is very helpful and the place is clean. Love the idea of having it private just for your guests. Everyone had a great time, including the parents, and no one seemed bored. It was nice to just lt your kids run and enjoy themselves! It can get a bit pricey but it's very well worth it. I recommend to "keep the party" going add on. It may seem a bit much but when the garage doors are closed the kids start to get antsy and the party rooms aren't that big. We were in there before our party started for just a few minutes and they were so ready to get out there. I can't imagine closing them and not letting them run free. It's worth it, trust me! Had a party here for my daughter and let me say that even though the place is great as far as the playground is concern is great. Customer service is horrible we were to have two party host come and help no one showed up until I went to call them and when they did come they were disengaged with the party doing a horrible job in helping us. I booked my daughters party on March 25, 2017 for May 14th. I was asked to give a deposit of $400. I tried to cancel my party 6 days after I called (march 31) and WONDERWILD wouldn't give me ANY of my $400 back. I never signed or read a contract that they emailed to me days after I booked the party. The customer service people didn't clarify that my $400 deposit is nonrefundable and the cancellation fee. I'm just appalled that a place will keep all that money for a party that's not even going to happen, the front desk didn't even ask I speak to a manager and was very dismissive. I understand a cancellation fee of 100$ or 1/2 of total but not the whole deposit. Very sad companies do this to moms and dads.;( read more

Do not have a party here! We had to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, and were charged an additional $150 on top of the ridiculously high party fee we are already paying. On top of that, they charged the $150 to my card prior to me even laying eyes on a revised contract. They didn't even have an available date/time for 2 months after my original party date. The management was unapologetic and not helpful or willing to work with us at all. They refused to add on any extra play time to our party or give free play passes to our family which would have cost them no money and at least would have shown an effort on their part to build good will with their customers. They would not honor the pricing, it was either pay the difference or get a refund. What kind of customer service is that!! Amazing facility, but very disappointed. The items to play with, parking and cleanliness were excellent. Would come every week... but my 2 year has been pummeled a million time. There is suppose to be a division of big vs small kids but it is honored and supervised 0%. Also- it clearly says no shoes everywhere but parents are wearing their shoes everywhere- again unsupervised 100%. It would not hurt them to have 1 person watching, just one.
