Rough dried my hair with a towel, her hands, and a blow dryer - didn't pick up a round brush once. Flathead, no volume. I told her it was uneven in lengths and layers, in addition to being much shorter than I asked for, and she said "your cut was uneven when you came in so I can't make it even or fix that." What? That is LITERALLY your job as a hair stylist. Left with dry-ass, choppy layered, uneven, shorter than asked for hair that wasn't even styled.
