All in all, the staff at Big Al's was very pleasant and accommodating. Craig specifically made everything so much easier for our party, whether it was adjusting our reservation, helping us secure a table, or simply checking in throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely come back for future family get-togethers, purely based on the wonderful and attentive service we received.

Then the bartender had an attitude when my friend tried to order 4 drinks for our group because apparently every single person had to be there to order their own drinks, even though we had already ordered with our server. Also not an issue but the attitude we were receiving was unwarranted. Then the real issue started. We went on with our night and they announced at 10:15 that this was last call and the last drink would be served at 10:30. We go to order a final round at 10:19 and the bartender says that last call is over. We think that's weird but finish playing our last round of shuffleboard. At 10:30 the manager announces that last call is over. My friend went to speak with the manager about the bartender lying and being rude and we were met with even more rudeness from the manager. The bartender yelled at my friend that he would meet him outside (I'm assuming to fight). Two of our other friends stayed back to try to speak with the manager and the bartender lied and said that what happened wasn't the case and that they were out of tajin (which wasn't asked for) and that we came after 10:30. Not once did the manager take anything we had said into consideration. After seeing how low the reviews for this location are in comparison to other Big Al's locations, I'm not surprised as to why. Not only do they have staff members that threaten physical violence, but they also have managers that think that behavior like that is acceptable. All in all, if you feel like you'll have a good time getting lied to, terrible service, and threatened, this is the perfect place for you. If you care about your family, I would not recommend coming here.

Always plenty of parking here and the location is super easy to find. When we arrived there was a long line of people, but our friends were already checked in and we just had to get our shoes. The lane we were given was a decent size, couch on either side for each lane. I do like the surfboard tables, but they were kind of in the way and narrow with the table next to us every time we got up to bowl. Especially since the other table had pizza that was sticking out and I was nervous to knock it over every time I got up. We did unlimited games for 2 hours, that gave us enough time to get about 3 games in. I noticed plenty of balls were already in the ball return, so not sure if people go grab balls, or if they are just placed there to grab from. There were plenty of size options for the balls BUT I hate that we had to share with the lane next to us because they were eating pizza and grabbing the same balls and every time I went up the ball felt super greasy and gross. Cosmic bowling was really cool! Fun music videos and movies and other videos being shown on the screens down the lanes. I was expecting it to be darker inside though and having the black light pop out more. Inside also has a bar, food to order, arcade area, bathrooms and saw some people celebrating their birthday. They go all out with a neon sign and you're given a bowling pin that everyone signs. So that's cool to know if you plan on celebrating here. Fancy high-powered spinning and frequent gutter balls, we were squarely near the lower end of that spectrum. Different game modes on the screen included cartoons/animations of bowling pins, sea creatures, and comic book characters, which added some charm to an otherwise similar experience. At one point, the guys on the lane to the left gave us some good pointers, though I cannot say I will bowl enough to retain any of the muscle memory. All in all, a nice way to spend the evening.

Boomers was alright, but now that it's back to Bullwinkle's, it's 1000% better! Okay first and foremost, adding axe throwing, I love axe throwing, am I good at it? I'm alright. But it sure does let off a lot of steam! Finally got to go on the new track, oh it's pretty cool to be able to go up a ramp instead of just doing the normal turns. Mini golf is always fun, outside courses need a little love, but that Western that got turned to cosmic, and now back to be an amazing Western theme *chef's kiss* I live for that. I would love to see the rest of the building after it's done with renovations! Okay food, holy cow, that was unexpected. The boneless wings were perfect breading to chicken ratio, the crunch was perfect, and the flavors were great (I wasn't even very hungry so that says a lot about that). Later in the day, we got more boneless wings, because I now have a problem, and we got some pizza. That pepperoni pizza had that perfect crispy bottom, while still being fluffy, the flavors were surprisingly amazing. Honestly, date night, self date, any kind of outing, (we did a bachelor party) just go, trust me it's a lot of fun! We ordered our first round of drinks and our food witch took super long to get, and we when had to remind the secret of our drinks. This was when our group was only about 5 people. The party grew bigger,and the service got even slower and worse. My wife and I went to go play games. We came back and ordered another beer and water. Some of the group had paid and left. We still had about 20 people. Some other friends asked to pay their bill. They received the paid bill returned with another persons credit card. It was not anyone in the groups card, so she used a strangers card. We had still not obtained our water or beer. When the waitress came back she was all discombobulated. No one could get their bills. We were basically held hostage for over an hour while they tried to figure it out. We never got our water or our beer. Finally they were able to pull up one bill for everyone. But they had added the "mandatory" tip to it. They had to go back and take it off. Then we had to have one person pay and we had to Zelle or Venmo them. We were being very respectful through the whole ordeal, but yet they had 3 of their "Top Flight Security" team stand near us and be on their phones. This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a dining establishment, besides a few in the south in the 80's. I can't believe we were held hostage for over an hour, with no beverages that we ordered, or any compensation at all. I do not know how they are allowed to run a business like this. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY DAVE & BUSTER'S again. NO MAMES. Do yourself a favor, and save yourself a headache, frustration and more. I guess asking with a ruined party, and a ruined date Night, they did give is something for free. A BIG FU**ING HEADACHE! I guess thanks for the free gift...... I guess... They have both blades and 4wheel skates that can be rented. Now the place is dated but that's the vibe I'm looking for in a skating rink and if it keeps the prices down that is cool. So my only gripe is that they charge admission for non-skaters at the same price as skaters. I don't understand this, like if grandma wants to take grandkids to skate and she doesn't want to participate you're really charging her same price minus skate rental? I get that fire marshall puts a restriction on people capacity and maybe that's why they do this but honestly the business should consider making adults free or just a buck or two WITH a paid child admission and IF not skating as well. Food for thought.
