We were initially impressed by the selection of Products at Woodbridge interiors. We bought a Stickley couch and side chairs, along with a custom matching ottoman. We bought a Lexington/Tommy Bahama dining table with eight chairs, we bought two high-end carpets, and we bought four Lexington/Tommy Bahama barstools with custom upholstery. There were countless problems on delivery of product, including delays, claims of shortages and much more. But the greatest issue we had was defects in the centerpiece of all it - the dining table itself. Twice the dining table that we selected was provided to us with huge areas of the table top that had not been finished. When we pointed these things out at the point of delivery, we were encouraged to give the service team a chance to make corrections. This process was always difficult and took a long time, and the end did not fix the problem. Two separate tables were delivered, both had similar issues and in neither instance was the service team able to make any correction. When it came time for a third table, we followed the suggestion of their team and chose another model of table, which arrived after a considerable time. When the third table was delivered, it was immediately clear that the table was too short - it would not allow the armchairs to be slid under the table and gave inadequate clearance between the seat of the side chairs and the side of the table itself. We objected immediately, and were told to give their service staff an opportunity to address the matter. A few weeks later, their service rep suggested that we cut off one or two inches off of each of the legs on all eight of the chairs. When we asked that they look for other options, he stated that he would request approval to put risers under the four table legs. That's when the folks of Woodbridge stopped communicating. We had to chase them, we couldn't get return calls, the sales person and the branch manager both had left the store, and no one was available to help. In the end, after weeks and weeks, we got an email from Woodbridge - not even a phone calll - telling us there was nothing that they could do and that the matter was closed. We are now seeking return of all of the product and return of all our money. The folks at Woodridge have been amazingly quiet, especially considering how much they called us in pursuit of us when we were potential customers. I cannot recommend Woodbridge interiors at all. You can pay for a premium product at Woodbridge, but their Customer Service is absolutely miserable. Latest update: after weeks of silence Woodbridge is responding by: a. denying any responsibility for suggesting products that are incompatible, b. stating it will do nothing to address the problems they created, and, c. warning that if I try to do anything to address the issues all warranties on our purchases will be voided. read more

Emily, thank you for your response. First of all why would the companywant charge me for fixing their poor workmanship. Also when I opened the sofa cushions they had pieces of foam in different places of the cushions. Why would they not correct the down cushions by making them to fit the outside cushions they sold. They didn't even fill them correctly. Anyway you look at the situation the craftsmanship was the worst. Too bad because it's a nice store and the salespeople are so nice. read more

I walked into this store about a month ago in search for many items to furnish our home. I was very impressed to find a designer that was able to come visit our home the same day but then I never heard back until I had to reach out to remind the designer that I am waiting..... she promised to start working on my spaces but followed up again a week later to find that nothing has been done. I was told that she has bigger projects than mine and that she was stretched to thin being understaffed at the store front getting pulled away from the rendering. I told Sherri that I didn't want to want any further for her that I already started with Arhaus and Mathis. Brothers and it didn't seem to bother her losing me as a client but hoped to perhaps come back in future. I did mention that I didn't have time to waste nor do I appreciate her making me wait for nothing and that I was going to post a review on Yelp. They must be busy enough read more

Not a good delivery experience. Driver said it was not his policy to install the devices which level the piece. Another guy showed up unannounced on a Sunday saying I would need to get help since he was alone. We have about 21 Stickley pieces and now send friends to Pasadena. read more

The Misson Viejo store sold me outdoor Tommy Bahamas furniture without having to buy their overpriced cushions. After taking my money (and several days had passed) they said we cannot ship frames until you agree to pay for the cushions (sold and priced separately). I did not want the cushions. The reason given was that TB does not want to risk their furniture not looking to their standards without their cushions. My reply: These are going in my house, not a hotel and there is not even a TB label where anyone will know. Woodbridge does not stand up for their customers and lets their vendors dictate a very flawed policy. You would also think Woodbridge would have known what TB policy was before selling me the frames and made it clear at the beginning. I decided to move forward anyway when I was promised by Jeff the store manager that it would not take more than 6 weeks or so to get the cushions after his sales associate told me initially it would take 3 months. I wrote to Jeff to cancel the order and that 3 months would not work!! He wrote back to me that's not the case and his sales associate was mistaken. I saved his text where he wrote 6 weeks and maybe sooner!! Well it took 3 months and the reason I was given was that Lexington/TB was having computer problems at their factory. When I asked for less than a 25 percent discount for one lounge and 4 chair cushions costing over $2,000 and to please go back to TB/Lexington for "their" issue, not mine---Jeff said nothing he can do after contacting ownership at Woodbridge. Ownership and or Jeff did not even offer a thing. Jeff is a nice man but has no authority to do what is right for his customers. Woodbridge ownership obviously does not support their customers or even their manager at this store and lets their vendors dictate everything. Furniture stores have clout with their vendors for selling their merchandise and providing good showroom location. Most good furniture stores will not sell merchandise when factory support is not provided if they error in anyway. Woodbridge chooses not to support their customers who have no clout with the furniture they purchased. Be very careful what you buy here---if there is any issue that's not your fault---they do not have your back. Your problem!! read more

We have been buying Stickley furniture exclusively through Laurie Kern since 2015. Over time, we have added a complete dining room, bedroom, living room, gorgeous lamps and various Stickley accessories. This is not a fast process and the ability to get the guidance from Laurie has made this a very rewarding experience. There are a lot of reasons why we only use Laurie, integrity being the primary reason. She tries to insure we have a complete idea of all our options, including using other vendors. With all that, we have always ended up purchasing through Laurie. Woodbridge is very fortunate to have someone like Laurie who is so dedicated to their customers. With the need to furnish our new home we visited many furniture stores before walking into Woodbridge Interiors - Mission Viejo. We were already full of anxiety but discovering Woodbridge Interiors' vast offering of fine furniture we felt even more overwhelmed. We immediately noticed the quality difference at Woodbridge. Unlike our experience at other furniture stores, Ms. Shervin seemed to be more interested in helping us than selling something to us. Upon greeting us at the door, Shervin immediately learned our interests and desires. We gravitated towards the Stickley Walnut Grove series furniture. Shervin went above and beyond when she visited our empty home to get measurements. She was also very helpful in identifying decorator items to complement the unique characteristics of our home.
