"You bought it, now it is your problem". This was the response after presenting leaves from a tree…read moreshowing it had developed Shot Hole disease. A disease that can easily be controlled if sprayed either in the fall after leaf drop or in the spring before leaf emergence. The tree, purchased several weeks earlier had fully leafed out when I purchased it and as it turned out without getting the requisite spray to control the disease. The disease was devastating, stunting the tree with over 50% leaf loss, and the remaining leaves yellowed and covered with holes. As an extra bonus, the new tree managed to infect two other trees that never before had the disease. I requested either a refund or a replacement and got neither, just the disgusting quote at the top of this comment. Any nursery that sells diseased and infectious plants has got to go. Tell your landscapers you do not want infected plants.

We recently moved to the Post Falls area and my wife and I were anxious to go to a nursery and…read moreimprove our property. It was recommended to us that we go to Greenacres Nursery and in early spring. We did, selected a tree and they in a timely manner came out and planted it in our front yard. We babied the tree watering it regularly and despite our care, it went dormant very early and parts seem to die. A Greenacres representative came out, looked at the tree and true to their word, assisted us the following week to find a replacement at their nursery in Otis Orchards. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone who is interested in dealing with an organization that stands by their products and stands by their word.

What an absolute joke of a "business." You want to buy some furniture here? Fine (but be aware the…read moreseller is getting screwed). You want to sell some furniture here? Do NOT do it! In fact, run far, far away. Even if your item sells within days, they'll go ahead and hold your payment for a full 100 days from when they put it out on the floor (for a place that doesn't allow returns, this makes zero sense). After those 100 days, they'll take their sweet time actually putting those checks in the mail, and then, surprise, surprise, somehow the check will get "lost" in the mail. They've been rude and dismissive all along, and at this point, they have stopped replying to me and it seems like they see no problem just keeping the money I'm owed. Would give negative stars if possible, and I'm baffled this place continues to exist being managed in such unethical manner.

I believe they should have informed me about the $33 charge before processing the return and given me the opportunity to decide whether I wanted to proceed with the return. I find this very disappointing and feel that the way they handled the situation was unfair.

Its a stupid law crammed down peoples throats by politicians. The cashier silently added the bag fee anyway. I paid and just as I saw the receipt I saw the bag fee. They claim there's no way to do it. But that's not the way retail works. Anything put in can be taken out. Manager said patronizingly "well sir its not a big deal, its just 8 cents.". Nice of her to trivialize my finances. Terrible customer service. Will not shop the chain again. Manager was entirely unwilling to fix her cashiers mistake, at customers' expense. Terrible store.
