The commitment to fabricate a crown that fit 100% became a long process over the series of several appointments, but it was extremely relieving because I knew that Dr. Ashini would not let me leave without perfection. The studio became a family to me, and I appreciated all of the efforts made for last-minute appointments and expedited crown deliveries. Overall, great dental studio! Despite the challenge, Dr. Nouri remained patient, focused, and determined throughout the entire process, which took about two hours. During the procedure, she consistently checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. Her care and attention truly made a difference. She did an amazing job getting a very stubborn tooth out, and I felt such relief once it was finally completed. Her assistant was also incredibly supportive and comforting, working seamlessly alongside Dr. Nouri the entire time. After the procedure, I was sent home with antibiotics and pain relief medication, along with clear instructions. At my follow-up appointment, Dr. Nouri carefully checked my healing, smoothed out part of the bone graft area, and made sure everything was progressing well. She took the time to explain everything in detail and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. They even found a charm that had fallen off in the chair and kindly texted me to ask if it was mine, letting me know they would safely hold onto it for me. That level of thoughtfulness meant a lot. I just had 2 small cavities taken care of yesterday and I went in there with such ease knowing I was in good hands based on my previous experience with Dr. Akkari. Once again, the whole process was completely pain free and I was out of there in less than an hour (the procedure itself was at most 15 minutes). Also, I cant understand why there are a few negative reviews about their receptionists. Rita has always been super sweet & I can't remember the other ladies name but they have always been super polite and helpful with scheduling, rescheduling, checking in & helping me get a referral to an oral surgeon. And as always, his dental assistants are kind & gentle as well.

Jasmine, the receptionist, was always friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the process. I also felt comfortable and confident having Dr. Bebing work on my teeth. My previous bridge, which was done by another dentist in 1994, lasted more than 30 years before it finally became loose. Because of that, I decided to replace it with three implants. I started treatment in mid-December and completed the process in mid-May, receiving my molar zirconia crowns about five months later. The procedure went smoothly, and I am pleased with the final result. My only concern was that when everything was completed, I was asked to sign a document stating that the zirconia crowns were covered by only a one-year warranty, even though I had originally been told the warranty would be five years. Hopefully, that won't matter, and the implants, abutments, and crowns will last as long as my previous bridge. Overall, the staff was professional, and the experience was positive.

I was simply trying to make an appointment for a routine check up/cleaning in an effort to optimize my overall health as I prepare to donate a kidney. To the scheduler working on 4/21/26: your behavior left a lasting negative impression and one that by association reflects on the business as whole. There is no need for false advertising or treating potential patients poorly because they don't fit a predetermined time slot made for them without their agreement or availability. Very disappointed.
