Contacting them and getting an appointment was easy. I liked how they used text messaging to confirm the appointment, give me a heads up when the plumber was on the way, and even a link that shows the name of the plumber (Everett) with vehicle tracking so you know where they are and their estimated time of arrival. Everett was able to find the issue - a broken o-ring - and fix it right away. The service cost $150, which is probably tough for some of y'all to swallow based on the issue. However, I've long ago accepted that I will never be a handy person and that my lack of knowledge isn't a bad thing. Rather, it supports local businesses and respectable tradespeople in the process. I got 4 offers from local plumbers. Just Right Plumbing was the 1st to respond, and an appointment was setup for 8 am the next morning. I may have been too hasty since 8 am came and went which wasn't just right. I called the plumber's mobile phone. He apologized for the delay and showed up at 11 am instead. That was OK, but I don't think they'll be changing their name. Anyway, to make a long story short, Just Right installed the replacement valve I bought from Amazon, and for the inconvenience of missing my appointment, charged me only $85. Just call me Happy!
