Dr. Parker has been my optometrist for many years. He has taken good care of my eyes. My annual…read morecheck ups include the process of taking images of my eyes and monitoring to make sure there no abnormalities. Recently I went to Dr. Parker because my right eye was having excessive floater activity. He took a look and said it was something that needed to be monitored, that it was age related., nothing serious. Because I have had macular issues with my left eye, I decided as a just in case to get a second opinion from an ophthalmologist and he basically said the same thing as Dr. Parker. Never hurts to get a second opinion. But, good to know Dr. Parker knows his stuff! Overall, office staff is good. There are a couple of faces who I believe have been there for a while. It seems like there is a high turnover of other office staff and some confusion about things. For instance, one time after a couple weeks I called to find out when my contacts would arrive, to find out they were never ordered. No big deal.

I had an issue with my final prescription (I squinted during the initial appointment) and I got an appointment the next day with no charge to have it tweaked, and everyone was so understanding too. They were so attentive I recommended my close friend go as well since they have vision issues and their glasses usually don't change much. Same experience there, but they needed a second appointment since there were some "mysteries" to solve--Dr. Phan seemed genuinely invested too. After the second appointment, we were both shocked by the prescription--they'd never had anything that high, and never had progressive lenses. No other optometrist had looked that closely or found what she did. My friend cried wearing the glasses for the first time. It was the first time they've seen clearly since they were little. They thought it couldn't ever get any better. This office gave them something they didn't even remember they were missing. Thank you guys so much, you're miracle workers!
