It had gotten really dingy, and the vibrant colors were basically gone, even with regular vacuuming and home rug-cleaning attempts. Working with Jan was the best part: accommodating, responsive, and genuinely trustworthy. The whole sales experience felt honest, with none of the pressure you get elsewhere. Both times, the communication was clear, the service was quick, and the process felt easy from start to finish. Very fair deal with many options. What really stands out, though, is Robin. After our wood plank flooring was completed, we had some issues with a leak, and this is where she truly went above and beyond. A lot of companies would have simply said, "That's not our issue," and moved on, but Robin did the opposite. She worked hand in hand with us, helped troubleshoot, delegated to the right people on her team, and made us feel like she was genuinely trying to solve the problem with us. Her responses were incredibly quick, even on her days off, and that level of care is rare. Sterling already earned our business with their quality work and efficiency, but Robin is the reason we will be customers for life. I can't be more grateful for the way she handled everything.
