Very fast shipping and customer service seems nice. I regret my purchase however because the color…read moreof the tile I received is greatly different than the sample I was sent. I ordered the sample to make sure what I was planning to order matched what was already in my home. It did. Once receiving new much darker tile I called and they let me know that colors can vary based on the batch and that hopefully it will blend once laid. I really do not see how it can blend and if it doesn't blend well they suggested we pull up existing tiles to lay the new tile to make it blend- that's quite a bit more work. I recommend that if coloring varies this dramatically, that they send multiple samples and be very forthright about this upfront so you know before making the big purchase. I am not an expert who would just know these things. I would have done things differently and obviously this is not something you can just easily return. Everyone who I have shown the tile vs. the sample is pretty shocked. Update: It's just as bad as I was afraid of even with the installers being conscious of blending. Now that it's down, I even notice that the texture is different. Same idea as the sample I got but other than the "idea" what I received is nothing like the sample they sent. What a horrible experience.

He showed up at the time he said he would and measured and asked us to choose a gate we liked from his website. Within a day he had a quote for us. Since I was shocked by the price I went to two other gate companies for a quote. Both said they would come by and NEVER did.
