Drove 3 hours to lake property to have our home carpets cleaned. Moved everything out of home. Our appt was for today, got a text msg this morning they had to cancel. The owner of this business should have moved his schedule around to accommodate us. They knew we had a 3 hour drive to get there and did what they asked us to "remove everything from the house" so they could quickly clean the carpets. They couldn't come out til Monday, but we have to be back tomorrow. I wouldn't use them now even if they could come out tomorrow early morning. Bad business. read more

Highly disappointed in this entire experience. PLEASE READ if you are considering using GTS for carpet cleaning: 1. Bait & switch. Was quoted a price over the phone that was presented as a flat rate. No mention of the fact that the rate was for a simple water-only steam cleaning. He told me the $100 extra in the quoted price included using soap. Soap is considered a premium upgrade? For a cleaning service? 2. Dismissive. During this estimate, Gili was dismissive of every concern I brought up regarding stains and general dinginess in my carpet. He waved away every point by telling me "light carpet is hard to get clean and yours isn't even that bad." 3. Pressure tactic. He then started setting up to begin cleaning without confirming that the negotiated price (still $80 over their initial rate formula) was acceptable. Based on the reviews I saw, I thought maybe his attitude didn't reflect the quality of work, so I gave him the go-ahead. I was mistaken. 4. Half-way effort. Evidently, he didn't think he needed to spend much time on the parts he didn't think were that dirty, because it took him just over one hour to clean almost 200 sq ft of carpet plus two flights of stairs (about 15 steps). This includes time spent standing around on his phone while his machine loudly ran on and the two times he let a bucket of water sit there after it filled while he typed away. 5. Negligence. I asked him to go over some obvious stains again on areas he had already passed over. He told me again "they will never go away completely," but when he did redid as I watched, the second shampoo got rid of almost all of those stains. 6. Disappointing results. Not only do the stairs not look any cleaner, but at some angles they also look worse, as if the grime was spread around. read more

4/23/25 WATCH OUT, BAIT AND SWITCH. Don't bother, terrible service all around. We called for a deep cleaning of our couch - we were asked for the measurements and were given a quote of $220. We went ahead and scheduled the service. When the technician arrived he barely looked at the couch and went on to his sales pitch and said it would be over $600. We said you quoted us $220 and he said that would barely do anything. He said if we paid him cash he would do a deep cleaning for $350. He only cleaned the top side of the cushions you sit on. The couch looks like crap, some parts were cleaned others were just vacuumed. When we asked him to come back and finish the job he was defensive and we couldn't get a word in, was talking over us and flat out hung up. We called the main number and were told someone would call us in 10 minutes. No one ever called us back. 4/24/25 Today the couches reak with a musty smell from the crappy job that was done to our couches.
