I even bought their membership because I was told I could return my tent for any reason and even no reason whatsoever and get my $ back. The grommets ripped out of my tent and all of the stakes bent so easily when the wind picked up. All of my coworkers who bought their tents at walmart returned their tents and got brand new ones.I paid three times as much for my tent and was told all these promises.And when I went to return it, they said, no, you're effed. Screw off we won't take it back. I highly do not recommend.Do not listen to anyone there.And buy your stuff somewhere else.Horrible company.That's why they're closing all their stores. Working with Jole at the gun counter I was told I could not hold the gun with out the trigger lock on it. The trigger lock had a cable connected to the counter. I get it. They don't want someone running out with it. However Jole had already asked for my ODL and had it behind the counter. I told him he could also hold my wallet and money if he like but I needed to hold the gun with out the lock on it to see if it fit my hand. nope. No can do. I told him I geld very disrespected ! he treated me like a thief. With the great feeling of disrespect, I just encountered I will be taking my business elsewhere to a completely different store for all of my needs.

They would not return them because they were worn. No dirt, no marks but they did ask me if I wore them and I said I did. They told me at that point, they cannot return them and asked if I had contacted Adidas. My response is why would I talk to Adidas when I bought them from you. I bought them the week prior. Apparently they have a policy not to allow returns on worn shoes. These had less than 20 minutes of wear on them. They refuse to return them. In this case, I would say you're only as good as your return policy and I would not recommend buying anything at Dick's Sporting Goods. The manager was very rude and Direct that since I admitted that I wore them, she could not accept return. Not a great policy in these times, from the sounds of some of the other comments, customer service is a problem for Dick's Sporting Goods.

Due to the time of the year, there was nothing good left online and I was facing the prospect of having to spend an additional $80 on a new pump and having to wait at least a week, or else drive 2 hours out of my way to get a dubious replacement. Matt simply suggested I buy a $10 Adapter (available at any car parts store) to convert the cigarette lighter to one that works off alligator clips - problem solved !!
