I had to go into my email to find a receipt that she could use. Then the clerk made the strangest comment... apparently there is a kiosk where you can print receipt if you lose it, and the clerk said I could go there next time if I couldn't find my receipt. Call me crazy, but if there's a customer-use kiosk that can print receipts by looking up my info, shouldn't that same functionality be available at the register where returns are processed? Maybe I'm being too optimistic, but I've never had a problem like this at the Depot.
