Before calling Ts Pro Services, I dealt with 4 other companies quoting me over $2k for a local move not even 1/2 a mile in distance from start to end point. Not only was a great rate given, they're was zero haggling involved. First quote and I was quick to agree. Thank you again to these wonderful and friendly gentleman for making my move not only stress free but pure enjoyment with the company of these fine men. I will tell everyone I more dealing with moves, junk removal, lawn care and the list goes on and on of what this great company provides. I hired them to install a 12 x 14 stand alone patios on a newer construction lot. They gave me a quote that I accepted. A week later on Thumbtack it said they refused my job. I contacted them and they said it was a mistake. That. Should have been my first sign. A few days before they were to start they said they needed extra money to rent a truck. I was surprised they did not have a truck but thought I'd give them a break and pay for the truck. So I gave them the extra money they requested. When they arrived to do the job they were surprised I didn't have as wheel barrow. We don't, we are in our 70's and have someone mow the yard. I did have a garden cart I told TS Pros they could use. That was a mistake. I now need a new garden wagon. TS Pros left it unusable. I have included pictures of the finished product. Messy, crumbling, cracking.... Oh it's not level! They did not even check. TS Pros used the wrong type of stone for a solid stone base, the concrete is falling apart. It will need to be removed and redone correctly. TS pros said the job was too big and too much for them. The woman with TS pros said she knew it was too much of job for the guys when she saw it. Did she speak up, no. TS Pros didn't bring water or ice so were constantly asking for this. I finally went to Jewel and bought a cooler and ice and water for them to keep to work with. I also gave them metal insulated water bottles to keep. I figured they were just starting out and could use the help. Mistake. They finished the job in the dark!, see the pictures below. TS Pros did not clean up their work. So there junk was left. All over my yard. When I contacted them the woman from TSPro said they would need to be paid extra money to come back and clean up. She said the job was too much for them and I knew this and didn't pay them fairly. I don't know how much concrete costs. TS Pros rendered the estimate I just agreed to and did pay what they charged. The woman from TS Pros became very upset with me and kept demanding more money. Money for disposal fees. Oh at first they were going to bag up all the sod in large plastic bags and put it at the bottom of my driveway for regular trash pickup! This is illegal in my village. I ended up asking my landscaper to clean up the yard, he did it for free. We still have pallets they left here and are going to ask our landscaper to remove them. TS Pros are a total disaster. They are rude, untimely, do not communicate well if at all. TS Pros lie about costs and MISREPRESENT JOBS THEY ARE CAPABLE OF DOING. I have hired numerous people from Thumbtack and never had this experience before. Please don't hire them and suffer with a job poorly completed. I feel TS Pros are incompetent, in reliable and dishonest. Find someone else.
