The biggest disappointment and the greatest anticipation is the restaurant's renovation. The restaurant has moved to a meeting room in the hotel. The next disappointment is the discontinuance of the bacon wrapped wagyue beef dish. But it forced me to try a new dish. Had the Blackened Salmon Alfredo and it was delicious. I had all my meals in my room, but the packaging and to-go meals were packed with plasticware, ketchup, and napkins. There was no room service, so I went downstairs to order and receive the food. Tip: the kids meal menu has chicken tenders that are the real deal. Breast meat strips, deep fried to perfection. Fries were excellent as well. read more

The actual menu is not what is on line it does not look nearly as good. You have to pay to park which is no big deal but the online pay only has the option to pay if you're staying in the hotel. On a positive note, the waitress was very prompt and sweet when we decided to leave. read more

I rarely choose a hotel restaurant, but out of laziness and exhaustion after driving all day, we just took the elevator to dinner. It turned out to be a good decision. We started with good martinis at the bar during happy hour. The Pens game was on the big TV right in front of us, so we ate there. Dinner was the excellent scallop entree and a nice bottle of California Chardonnay. Service by the bartender was perfect. So, not all hotel restaurants are poor. read more

Thursday 10/10 at 6:30 pm. 4 in our party 0f 6 wanted the steak frites on the menu, we were told it was sold out. WE thought," On a Thursday early evening...sure it was "sold out". But of course the other steak was available, TWICE the price. We all ordered it. Another in our party ordered the short ribs sandwich. Waitress kept getting our meat orders wrong, kept saying "ok medium" when customer asked for medium rare. 30 minutes for food to arrive. Steaks were ok, short rib sandwich was skimpy, dry and pathetic looking. Minimum amount of meat, small smear of horseradish. No Aujus served with as stated on the menu. 10 minutes to try and get waitress attention, finally brought some aujus and horseradish. As far as dessert, Two in our party ordered the banana foster bread pudding. One dessert had bananas, the other had one piece of banana. Yes just one piece! We called a waiter over and asked about it. He said, and I quote " It has banana on it" Customer showed him the single piece of banana, he walked away. We then asked for coffee, the waitress said they don't have coffee, but we could get coffee from the lobby. But she said she thought it had been there since this morning or afternoon. The attitudes of the wait staff were unbelievably bad. I almost started looking around for the hidden cameras, I thought we were being punked it was so bad. But no, that was their actual service. To top it off , they automatically added 20 percent for the tip! Horrible service since they knew they were already going to get their 20 percent. A refund for the sandwich at least, would very much be appreciated. read more

This was a place we visited the day we landed in Denver, it was right down the street from our hotel and our hotel even had a discount for meals here. It was a nice setup with a indoor stream running along the edge of the tables with some nice sized fish. The restaurant is inside the hotel in the middle which is open to the ceiling. Service was OK, it seemed like all the tables were being handled by 1 person. We weren't in a hurry so that was OK, the food was good and well prepared. Stopped here for a late dinner. Hotel restaurant. Cool vibe and atmosphere with the foliage and water. Would be perfect if staying there. Not worth it if you're not but good to mix it up if you're staying in the area. The food ... not so much. At least what I had. The skillet Mac and cheese tasted like cheese sauce covered pasta. I couldn't even eat half of it. The meatball "small plate" was massive. Friendly service. Water never refilled though. read more

Not terrible but also not the best. The convenience factor almost makes this a 4 star if staying at the hotel, but I think the food itself deserves the 3 star. For hotel food it's not terrible by any means. We ordered the bbq chicken wings&fries, house salad with ranch, and the soup of the day which was chicken tortilla. To start with the wings were HUGE. Cooked great, They could've been tossed in extra sauce, but if you prefer your wings lightly sauced you will enjoy these. The fries, perfect. Can't say anything else. The ranch they were served with was not the best, tasted like off the shelf style. The salad, well it's a salad. Huge portion, fresh greens, but once again the ranch.. The chicken tortilla soup was good as well. Had big chunks of chicken and hit the spot ever so perfectly with the outside cold weather. The server was extremely nice (forget her name, sorry!) she was quick to greet us and constantly checked up on us. Prices were extremely fair for what we got. I don't have anything negative to say about that. Overall a solid spot if staying in the hotel due to the convenience of it being right there. Food not terrible for what you get, service was great, and a cool ambiance with the giant "atrium" feel in the middle of the hotel with a koi pond running throughout the area. read more

The roast beef dip is so good and the horseradish is strong and delicious. The French fries were well seasoned and so crispy and not soggy! Perfect combination of sandwich and French fry. To top it off chocolate lava cake was delicious was a little cold but it was very airy compared to most cakes I've had! I definitely recommend it and not overly sweet! Service was amazing and even under staffed they did amazing! read more

Food was only okay. Cesar dressing is so easy to make. I can't understand why anyone would use pre-made. Yuk. My lemon drop martini was good. The burger and chicken sandwich were good. The service was a bit slow. However, the waitress was very sweet. There was one mistake where they forgot our appetizer. The waitress said she would tell her manager she made a mistake and get it comped. When we got our check, the waitress was super apologetic and seemed embarrassed that her manager gave us $1 off. I was insulted as I would rather have had it comped, which would have been normal and appropriate, but to give someone $1 off is a slap in the face. The lights, river, fish, plants, and ambiance here are nice, but knowing that the managers here are unapologetic and do not care about their guests' experiences does not make me want to support this business. Pros: the ambiance is so relaxing with the running water falls and pretty large Coi to watch as the swim around. Service is speedy and attentive. Seating is comfortable. Location to hotel rooms is very convenient. Cons: Food isn't bad but a tad pricey for the level that is served. read more

Sat at the bar. Nice selection of beer, and the bar is in a big open section of the hotel. It almost looks like they put the bar in as an afterthought. The hotel rooms look down on the bar and seating area. I ordered food and it came out quickly. The description was a little misleading but it tasted great. Service at a bar can be hit or miss but it was slow so service was good. Lots of tables and chairs in a lounge-like setting. read more

They had a limited menu when we were there for dinner on the day after Christmas (and we were just happy a place was open and had staff!). This restaurant is inside the Wooley Classic Suites hotel. I didn't have high hopes because there was only one review. Checked in to the hotel late after a canceled flight, came down to the restaurant around 9pm. I was seated immediately, French Dip came out quickly and was excellent. Good atmosphere. I only had drinks here, but my companions enjoyed their dishes. The rooms are spacious and comfortable as well.

The server was friendly enough but our order took a long, long time to come out (and the place was pretty empty). Once it arrived the food was ok overall, nothing special at all. Then waiter never came back.. waited, then went to the bar and helped the bartender figure out our order on their POS then squared up.
