Hours on Yelp and on the sign on their door both state they are open until 2 AM (aside from Sundays)--we showed up at 1:34 on a Saturday evening and while all of their lights were on and their door wide open, they were sweeping and we were informed they were closed. Cheese pizzas are excellent for short money. The crust was crispy. Sauce was fresh with a hint of basil. Cheese was just enough and well distributed. The crust was dry on the end though. It needs a bit of olive oil on it to moisten. But here's the thing.... The buffalo chicken pizza is NOT good. There are a few reviews on here that say otherwise. The chicken was dry and barely flavored. The buffalo sauce was nearly non existent and the blue cheese made the pizza taste poorly. read more

Customer service is awful. I made an order on their website and after an hour, I called to ask about the status of my order. I spoke to the manager and he said that they are short staffed, apologized for the wait, and reassured me that the food will be out for delivery soon. Another 30 min went by and I made a second call, explaining that it's been now an hour and a half wait for a calzone and wings. He reassured me again that now the order is out for delivery and the driver should be there soon. Another 30 min go by and now I'm hangry. I called one last time and told them that a 2 hr wait is unacceptable and I would like a refund. Mind you, there was no form of communication on their end that there was going to be such a huge delay in the first place. He was very apologetic, agreed, and gave me the order regardless. Pizza and wings were delish and I forgot how hangry I was. The manager handled the situation well, but I noticed the charge on my account and decided to call and find out what happened. The manager explained that he was busy at the moment and simply didn't have the time to deal with my credit card charge. I actually wanted to order food too, but needed to get this charge disputed. So why not kill two birds with one stone? Unfortunately, he rudely told me that there's nothing that he can do right now and that he has other customers to tend to. He then tried to accuse me of trying to get free food on their busy night, and didn't even want to bother grabbing my info until I mentioned anything. He then proceeded to brush me off and have someone else to grab my information. I'll consider it a loss at this point. Update since I've been back (twice). So excited to find a place with white pizza (I'm not usually into tomato sauce, especially too much) AND that its delicious. I was impressed that the guy behind the counter checked my order before handing it over, remembered he hasn't added the fresh basil, and promptly corrected it. The pizzas have been great, consistently. I forgot to add to my previous review that the customer service is good too. During my first visit, one of the employees offered to help carry the pizzas to my truck as the large box was huge (and awkward) plus 3 more things in top of it. Picked this spot based on the high ratings and late hours they were open to. The dining area is cozy can probably accommodate 15 people, due to small size can be loud with a crowd. I ordered my pizza from the web. They did a good job on this allowing you to customize your toppings. I picked a white pie and added tomatoes, red onions and garlic. When I checked it they had forgotten my tomatoes and onions. They apologized for the error and quickly rectified the error. I was happy to see them using an old brick oven, too many shops converting to those toaster type ovens. The dough appears to be hand stretched and they cook it right on the brick no pans so you get that nice crisp on the dough. The toppings were plentiful which added to the great flavor. Lots of brown lettuce & right before I go to take a bite I see something silver in my salad. 3rd time ordering from here last night , chicken parm dinner, and chicken and broccoli alfredo over ziti ...it was terrible the pasta for the dinners were extremely starchy and rubbery. The broccoli was frozen which is not that big of a deal but I was disappointed. The sauce for the chicken parm was sour and absolutely TERRIBLE. The person I placed the order with was so nice - helping me to decide how much to get/to be sure I wasn't over-ordering. They provided us with utensils, napkins, plates, cups - and gave us free soda!! As far as pizza in Worcester goes, this place is one of the best. Just a whole in the wall type of place, which I loved. I ordered the margarita and buffalo chicken pizza, also a crispy chicken, bacon, and ranch calzone. My family and I tried them all. We really liked the calzone. Honestly, as far as pizza in Worcester goes you can't beat these guys. Right next to the Blarn and Clark University, these guys really put the effort in. Love their pizza, heard the pasta is great too. I give 4 stars for the food and another star for location and awesome price.
