I feel I should warn you about World Car Mazda. My daughter-in-law took her car into the dealership the week of Christmas to get some work done on it. We picked it up on Christmas Eve and found the following, the passenger door was broken and would not open, they did some work on the entertainment screen and left scratches on the dashboard, subsequently the shift indicator no longer works, nor does the electronic sports mode. I got the door open, I found the damage to the door frame as you see in the pictures because the technician decided to try to force the door open. I am not sure what he was thinking. Since then, I have visited several times and made several phone calls only to get that they are waiting on a loaner car. They have verbally said that they will fix all of the issues, but I bet if it was one of their cars or their managers you can guarantee it would've already been taken care of. I called twice yesterday and left a voicemail and never got a return call. You can't even get a hold of any of their managers because it is not listed anywhere because they don't want you to get a hold of them and call them. I've never seen a business that does not have a contact information for their leadership. One would think that their top managers would want to know when people are dissatisfied so that they can correct their mistakes. All we want is the car fixed. If they had just provided a rental car and fixed it, she would have the car back and I would not have to be posting this.

Wonderful new car buying experience. We purchased a brand new CX-50 from Tim and the whole process couldn't have been more seamless. Extremely knowledgeable employees, this wasn't our first Mazda purchase but it was our quickest and easiest.

Paid 9/23. Returned 10/1 for continued service. ....just got it back 10/4 after a lot of grief.

One star is too generous. Absolute garbage service. My service advisor is knowledgeable and certainly capable, but the run around and overall awful experience here compelled me to tell you to stay clear away. You have options and this is not the place. I have car shield and after weeks of conflict with scheduling I got my car serviced. All the parts were taking their time so I was allowed to have one window repaired, pay my deductible and take the car. The plan was once the other parts arrived I'd return for another window repair and an o2 sensor. I was called on a Thursday and asked to bring the car Tuesday the next week. I was told my car would be ready that day or the next. Instead, later I was told that my car was ready, but that I would not be able to take it until car shield paid them their share. Further, that this has taken up to to 2 weeks. What!??? I was told my advisor was off Wednesday. I called car shield they said they'd take a few hours not weeks, but Mazda World Car need my signature for the paperwork. So late Thursday, World Car asked to drive in "with a make believe car...I guess" and sign so that they work on sending the docs to CS on Friday morning. This is BS. I refused. I was 20 min away and without a vehicle. I refused to travel only for that until now. So, now I'm here (Friday morning) and have to wait hours hoping CS pays these people soon. Point is I fulfilled my portion and paid my deductible long ago. I should not have to be subjected to this. If WC has an issue with Car Shield not paying, why take their business. I was going to pass on getting service here, but had been assured that I'd only be subject to my deductible, which I paid. DO NOT COME HERE! Plus, the office manager is never around or willing to talk. False customer expectations. Delivering "changed" news after the fact, treating me second class. Tending to walk ins before me on Friday morning because "she's their service advisor" and they've been waiting (less than me, mind you). The service manager Chris G had little patience, rarely available and when I finally spoke to him today I promptly noticed that he lacks customer service skills. His staff appears in the know, but then change up. I'm a patient and understanding person, but this experience caused me to get irate and it's been a huge mess. Before this company even worked on my car we had cost and process worked out. Then it was changed up and no one there cares. I've called Robert Fernandez 3x and Mark S 1x so far. I have a case # with Mazda corp. now. Dealerships are independently owned, but they represent Mazda brand. Here fall short however, so, I'll make sure mazda and you all are also in the know. You have a choice. They're are better managed service centers with even more reasonable pricing. Don't come here.

Great customer service and great vehicle for the price. Thank you Terence & Michael for all the help in finding us the right vehicle for our needs and within our budget. The wife and I were in search of a used SUV with all the bells and whistles but with low mileage and within a fixed budget. We stopped at World Car Mazda because we saw a Cadillac SUV within our budget and low mileage, so we decided to check it out. After test driving this Cadillac we liked the ride and all the bells and whistles but the seats were uncomfortable for a Cadillac. In comes Terence and Michael to the rescue, we told them what we were looking for and what we had to have but at a certain budget. Of course we liked the showroom CX-5 and they both said they could get us into one for our budget if that's what we wanted, so we test drove one in our budget, we liked the ride and the seats were VERY comfortable and the vehicle had a lot of the bells and whistles we wanted, but we just didn't like the color, we'll, they fixed that and brought up a beautiful red 2018 CX-5 Touring with only 16 miles on it, we haggled a little with the price and walked out a couple hours later with a car that was everything we asked for. That's for all your help Terence & Michael, we couldn't be happier with our selection

My experience here involved blatant deceptive practices,…read morea massive breach of consumer privacy, and extreme negligence by top management, specifically the General Sales Manager and the general manager who refers to himself as the executive manager. First, they sold me a vehicle without properly inspecting it. I actually have audio recordings of GM admitting that they skipped required internal processes and cleared engine codes prior to selling me the car to hide the fact the vehicle had no oil in the engine. And they delivered a car that was dirty and had 30 miles left in the tank. Even worse is how recklessly they handle your highly sensitive personal data. When I took my car, I found another customer's fully signed auto loan and lease agreement left inside my vehicle. This document contained all of that person's private personal information. I immediately notified management on a Saturday about this massive security breach. Instead of securing the customer's data, they completely ignored my warning and didn't retrieve the documents until two days later. The GSM admitted on recording that they allowed the vehicle to leave the lot without verifying valid insurance, even though they had us sign official paperwork falsely stating that valid insurance was provided. They are systematically cutting corners on required state documents. When notifying the GSM of these infractions he proceeded to cut me off a lot and call me "buddy" along with his service tech calling me by a different last name. When the GSM was made aware of the vehicle not having oil which was confirmed by three different sources including myself and a autozone tech all of which were recorded by several cameras and at different angles the GSM provided a tow truck only for the camera that was recording to be disconnected from my dash. When confronted the GSM said he had nothing to do with that and the GM later when asked said " You just don't do that". On top of everything that was said, When asked directly " Not to mention, the service engine light wasn't on, which means they erased codes" the GM responded by saying "Right absolutely". The only enjoyable part of this whole situation was our interaction with the finance manager who was amazing the whole time and looked out for us which can't be said about the rest of his team. Lastly, I have management's admission of multiple other infractions fully recorded on audio and video but these were the worst of it.

When I purchased my Kia, I also purchased and paid for both a service/maintenance plan and tire and rim protection. More than a year later, these products have still not been properly activated or reflected in the dealership's system. I have now visited this dealership approximately five times and have had to explain the same issue repeatedly to different employees. Each time, I have been told it would be addressed, yet the problem remains unresolved. During my fourth visit, I was there for a separate tire issue and again brought up the fact that my coverage was not showing. It still was not corrected. I was also previously advised by dealership personnel that the Finance employee who originally sold me these products was no longer employed there due to issues with her work. Whatever occurred internally, however, should not become the customer's responsibility. I purchased these products through the dealership and paid for them in good faith. Now I have had a tire blow, which is exactly the type of situation for which I purchased tire and rim protection. I have been trying for three days to get this resolved. While I have possession of my vehicle, it is currently on a spare tire, and I cannot reasonably continue driving it this way while waiting indefinitely for the dealership to address a coverage issue that has already existed for more than a year. Today I called again and was advised that Bailey was off and that "she can call you tomorrow." I understand employees have days off, and my frustration is not with someone being unavailable. My frustration is that an issue this longstanding apparently cannot be handled by anyone else in her absence. After explaining the situation again, I was transferred to Finance. Unfortunately, this has become the pattern. Every time I call, I am transferred between departments. I have specifically requested to speak with a manager multiple times and have yet to actually be connected with one. At some point, someone in management needs to take ownership of this situation rather than continuing to redirect me to another employee or department. I am not asking the dealership for a courtesy or exception. I am asking World Car Kia North to honor products that were sold to me by their Finance Department and that I paid for. I should not be required to pay out of pocket for something that should be covered because of an internal administrative failure to properly activate the protection plan. Likewise, I should not have to explain the same situation during five separate visits and numerous phone calls simply to receive benefits I already purchased. More than a year. Approximately five visits. Three days trying to resolve my current tire issue while relying on a spare. Numerous phone calls and transfers. Multiple unsuccessful requests to speak with management. And I am still trying to get the dealership to recognize coverage that I paid for when I purchased the vehicle. What makes this especially disappointing is that I have otherwise enjoyed my Kia and had been seriously considering purchasing a second Kia. This experience has made me reconsider that decision. Customer service after the sale matters just as much as the experience of purchasing the vehicle. I have now escalated the matter in writing to dealership management. If it cannot be resolved at the dealership level, I will pursue the appropriate escalation channels with Kia America and consumer agencies. I would simply like someone in management to take ownership of this issue, review my purchase documentation, correct the coverage I paid for, and provide a resolution. After more than a year of attempting to address this, I do not believe that is an unreasonable expectation.
