Michelle and her staff were the upmost professionals but also were very personable and did their absolute best to be sure I was getting a great value for my engagement ring. I kept in contact over a few weeks and they definitely delivered the best product by the time I was able to come in. They were aware of my budget and stayed within it, and had a great, extensive collection of settings as well. I am not a fancy jewelry person typically but this experience was above and beyond. I will continue to recommend them to any friend or family who want to look at ANY jewelry. Their service is what makes them stand out. I was referred to World Design Jewelry and glad for it! I spoke with Michelle on my budget, type of stone, setting and she was very helpful in helping me pick the best ring for my fiancee. She's friendly, very knowledgeable and will work with you on your budget and what you want. About a month after I proposed my fiancee wanted to change the setting since she preferred something a little bit thicker. We went back and Michelle was, again, very helpful if helping us pick the right setting. We only paid the different in the setting and she was kind enough to not charge me the work that went into swapping the stone. Once you buy the ring, she can have it ready within the hour so you walk in, choose and walk out. You can even sit and watch the jeweler do his work on your ring! They have a really good selection and they're patient as you keep going back and forth on your choices. My fianceé and I visited Michelle at World Design Jewelry last year. The only mistake I made was not using her to purchase my fianceé's ring. To make a long story short, I used a family friend, and in the end, we were not completely satisfied with the ring. We went back to Michelle last week to buy our wedding bands and she was very helpful. She helped us pick out both bands and we wrapped it up very quickly for a great deal. When we mentioned that we were not completely satisfied with how our engagement ring was set by the other jeweler, and that the other jeweler claimed the setting couldn't be adjusted, Michelle said, "don't worry, we can take care of it." She sent us upstairs and had it fixed in less than 20 minutes. The ring looks beautiful now, just the way we wanted it! It's a great feeling when a business owner goes above what is expected. Beyond Michelle's kindness, my fianceé was impressed with the unique and beautiful jewelry options they had on display. We shopped around looking for engagement rings, and now that we went back to World Design Jewelry, it's obvious they have more trendy fashion jewelry than other places. They really gaurantee their workmanship - i had my engagement ring resized, they took me upstairs and i got to hangout at the jeweler's workbench and see it happen in front of me - i had a couple experiences with the pave diamonds popping out. they fixed it, but it wasn't up to their standards so they actually replaced the entire setting for free - i bought a pair of earrings, rose gold with pave diamonds. my ears started to itch within an hour of wearing it. they refunded me, no hassle it's a family business, & they keep their prices low. i've been referred my friends who are all happy with their rings.
