I called Sam and asked about a reminder message that was displayed on my speedometer about an overdue service. He explained to me what the service involved and gave me a very convenient appointment day. I had also noticed my inspection sticker was also overdue! I guess I need to drive the car more often and pay better attention to it's required maintenance! I have owned 3 Mercedes GLS 450 and always gone to the dealer for service. my 2022 was riding extremely rough and I though "what will this cost me at the dealer to check it out". I read the reviews or World and thought I should give it a try. It is a small shop but they live Mercedes. I dropped it off Thursday evening and when I called 7:45 Friday I was told it was some fault codes on suspension and they had reset it. So I have a Mercedes Benz (2004 S430) that the engine gave out on me at just 80,000 miles. I was so worried about how much this would cost me considering my car is in showroom condition. Needless to say, a family friend suggested I contact WFCS and I got an awesome price and these guys didn't just throw any old thing in my car. i was told originally that I would have my car a week ago, but the right motor with the wrong engine harness was sent to them, but they are so great that they are searching ONLY for a motor with comparable mileage, they aren't settling for just anything, I pray to have my car back this week, but I truly trust these guys. What can I say. This place has great customer service and they only charge you for what you need and not make you purchase a service or part just to make a larger profit from you. I must say that I don't know much about cars just the basics. I took my vehicle here for a simple oil change and to check the coolant because the light came on. Initially, I was skeptical because when I called to schedule my appointment, Sam just said bring my car in on a certain date but he didn't give me an exact time. I read all the positive reviews and decided I would give them a try. I took my GL450 in about 8 am and Sam greeted me and asked what services I needed. I informed him of the coolant light and the oil change. I left and forgot to tell him to check the tire pressure as well because the light came on every now and then. I received a call about 11 saying my car was ready. I expected to pay way more than what I was charged. He didn't even charge me for the coolant. He told me that my sensor for the tire needed to be reset and he took care of it at no charge. I will definitely be returning here for my automobile needs. If you don't want to be overcharged for services and get great customer service, then this is the place go. They service all foreign vehicles. read more

This is a great place. I am perfectly comfortable in asking them to check things over and do what is needed, although I would never do that anywhere else. I have only talked with them on the phone, since I live in Franklin and have to drop my car off and night and have them leave the key in so that I can pick it up after hours. It's 75 miles from home to Richmond, but the trip is well worth it to know that your car is in good hands. After reading the positive reviews I decided to give Sam & Joe a chance and I must say that the reviews were right. I've taken my C240 Benz to them on several occasions and I must say that I've been beyond pleased with their professionalism, work ethic and customer service. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND for their customers. I actually took my car in for my service B with the intent of taking it to be inspected the following day as my sticker I was going to expire the next day, to my surprise when I picked it up my STATE INSPECTION was complete the pink slip and inspection invoice in my passenger seat.
