We live in a two story house in Coto De Caza. We are loving our new units, they are awesome!!! I knew from the moment Maksym gave us the bid, that he was our man. Immediately after examining the potential job, he sat down and detailed everything with complete expertise and gave us a verbal price for installing three different types of equipment, Carrier, Lennox or Daikin. He had lots of information on other brands as well, but he explained the pros and cons of all of them and then proceeded to give us a price for each so we could choose. Amazing, right off the top of his head, there was no vacancy of information and details on a spectrum of products. All the other bidders only pushed one or maybe two brands of AC's and could not answer all our questions, plus they had to go home and add up the bid and get back to us two or three days later. Not only is Maksym extremely qualified, but he is so honest and trustworthy that we have been beyond impressed. Igor, who is the on-site supervisor and workman, is also knowledgeable and experienced and they both have a wide range of talents in construction, electrical and building in general. They and their workers take pride in all their work and they always strive to do the best job that can possibly be done. The first day, they covered our large walk-in closet with plastic and covered our carpets, always putting on shoe covers when in the house, leaving everything clean and neat at the end of the day. They did so many extras and did not charge for any of it, even tho it cost them for extra materials. You get the impression they are aiming to do the best job for you as if it were for their own mother. I just can not say enough good things about them. Their bid was extremely reasonable.
