I scheduled a Hydrafacial and dermaplaning before an overseas wedding and clearly told the doctor exactly when my event was. I relied on her expertise to guide me. Instead, I was upsold to a strong chemical peel and while I was literally in the chair, I was reassured that I would not be peeling on the day of my wedding. But she never explained what the peel was, what the healing process would look like, that I might peel during my event, or what aftercare was required. When I asked questions after she had opened the peel, she shrugged and said, "Well, it's open now," which made me feel like I had no choice but to continue. Only after the peel was applied did she mention I needed to buy an additional healing cream. I refused to buy the cream at first because it was another couple hundred dollars... then when I got home and saw the type of peel she applied on me and did more research I felt desperate and should have gotten this cream for free but still ended up paying around $250 with a discount because I told her how unethical the way she went about this situation was while she still told me I wouldn't be peeling near or on the day of my event if I purchased the cream for the discounted rate for the horrible situation she put me in. The outcome was awful. My skin was painfully peeling all over--my forehead, hairline, neck, face. I washed it off after about an hour because it hurt so badly, which means I didn't even get the full treatment I paid for. And despite being told I would not peel on the wedding day, my forehead was visibly peeling during the event. I was mortified and upset that on this important event she had my face peeling off where I had to go into the bathroom and apply cream. My primary complaint is not only that I peeled--it's that I was never given the information necessary to make an informed decision and was explicitly reassured I would not peel on my event date. That was simply not true. Patients trust medical professionals to be honest, to explain risks, and to help avoid exactly this kind of outcome. Instead, I felt pressured, misled, and ultimately abandoned to deal with painful, avoidable consequences. I hope this practice seriously reconsiders its communication and standards of care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them. Please stay away!! So many better & kind places in Denver to visit.

He is the best therapist that I have found since my friend that I was seeing for over 5 years before the pandemic in San Diego caused him to retire and relocate. I really could not recommend Seth enough, from different techniques of cupping, assisted stretching, deep tissue, lymphatic drain, chranial sacral, he did a great job helping to mitigate my pain symptoms and give me back a modicum of my energy that I needed to get through my days. Had I not had so many difficulties outside my medical massage, he would have been central to my physical therapy and medical rehab plan to rebuild my strength, but I had to leave due to difficulties with the VA system and being unable to acclimate to the altitude and dryness after so many years at sea level.
