My husband and I came in here and there was no one on a Saturday which should have been my first sign. We both wanted mani and pedis. Both girls did a terrible job on us and it took almost 2 hours. We had somewhere to be so I wasn't even able to do a full pedicure. The color was super thin like they have been putting acetone in their nail polish. It was $100 for a pedicure for my husband and basically a polish change on my toes and nails. I'd go somewhere else if your considering going here. read more

My manicure didn't even last 24 hours! This place feels a bit like getting your nails done in someone's garage, complete with brooms resting against the wall, random tools and old furniture laying around. But, eh, a manicure here is only $13. Their polishes are old and less than half full. I picked out a copper color. First off, they didn't use a primer coat. And, when my tech finished painting one hand, she put something in the polish bottle and shook it before painting my other hand. As a result, the second hand has bubbles in the polish and looks horrible. Do yourself a favor, take a pass on this place. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Terrible service, rude staff, they were rough with my hands, not kind and gentle. They used regular color over gel and had to start over. They talk about you in a language you can't understand. The tech messed up the gel/regular so another tech angerly switched spaces to start mine over. I asked if she could touch the color closer to my nail bed because they looked grown out and she yelled at me and said she had been doing this for 22 years, she then argued with me and asked a patron waiting for service to come over and ask her opinion. Honestly, even if you're desperate for a pedicure don't come here. She didn't do a thorough job and still got it wrong, even after I told her multiple times how I want my toes to look. None of my toenails are even, and then I was blamed for it, even though the lady was the one who clipped my nails and I told her what length I wanted. love this place - it looks nice and they do a great job. I go here about once a month or once every 2 months and i usually get a pedicure, sometimes acrylics and they do a FABULOUS job every time...they take their time (so i suggest making an appointment). They do take walk-ins, but if they are busy, you will be waiting, because they do a good job with everyone - not rushing through to get to the next customer like a lot of other nail salons i have been to. Not great. At all. Got a manicure, pedicure, eyebrow wax. The sheet on the bed where they do the waxing was FILTHY. You could see shoe prints and stains as soon as you walked in the room. It left my skin red and irritated. And my manicure (done by the owner or manager) was awful: see pics. My pedicure was decent... No better/ worse than you'd expect from a place like this. read more

I have to say I'm very happy with the quality of my service, and even happier that it's only 2 blocks from my house. I went for the first time this weekend for a gel manicure. $25 and no extra charge to remove the old gel. This is likely the cheapest in the area. I made an appointment and only had to wait about 5-10 minutes. This really wasn't bad, considering other places in the neighborhood. I didn't catch her name but my manicurist was the owner. She was very sweet. I opted for a deep red gel color and she added a third coat to get the color dark enough. There was no aggressive cuticle cutting - seriously, the last 3 places have made me bleed. Happily, not the case here. For $25, I think I'll be back every 2 weeks. read more

I started going to this salon a couple of years before covid. The only two people working there are the one lady who does the nails and one who does the pedicures. I used to put up with this lady's rudeness because she used to do a great job. After this last year of not being able to get my nails done i was exited to go in. She either got rusty or just needs to make up for the last year like the rest of the world. I got a design that came out gloopy. Color that was uneven. I thought I'd try one more time yesterday. I needed a rebase so made an appointment. She let me know how spending that much time on one persons design takes too much time when she could be making more money doing three people in the time she took on me. I told her she should have just told me she couldn't do it. I asked her why the color was so uneven and she got mad. I told her i was just asking a question because my last nails were like that. She just continued with her phone call and ignored me and my question. Result was splotchy color again, one good design and loss of a customer although I'm pretty sur she doesn't care. I have gone to this place a few times and the main lady was really friendly at first and took good care of my nails. I made an apt at 12 during my lunch hour, I literally got there at 1204 and she had told me that I was late and someone else took my place. Im sorry but that is complete bullshit and rude. I took me and my daughter here to get our nails done they charged us $60 for the both of us when they put my daughter's Nails on they didn't even glue him directly on her nail they were still popped up and they told her it was okay my nails came off 3 days later and the nail underneath the acrylic was coming off of the acrylic with in the second day of getting them I will never ever ever go back here and I will tell people how sorry their business is one of the girls didn't even know how to do little girls nails she had to have somebody else do her nails now if you go to school for that you should know how to do everybody's nails never again will I go here and spend my money and waste my money with these people read more

My experience was so unbelievably bad I I had to warn any other first-timers away. My friend and I stopped in on Sunday, and were told we could get manicures and pedicures. We were not informed of the wait, and it was an hour and a half before we were seen. It took another hour for my pedicure to be finished, and my friend waited even longer as they decided to take a "regular" before her, even though she was already in the chair. Coming up on the two and a half hour point, another woman had wrapped my shellac nails to soak them off, but I told her nicely that I had run out of time. I apologized and said that I would of course pay for the removal of my gel but I couldn't stay for the manicure (please note; I was a walk-in and no one was turned away; no one was even in the waiting area at this point). The woman came over to where I was getting my toes finished, grabbed my hands, quickly and roughly scraped and buffed the polish off, flipped them over angrily and sprayed my cuticles, palms and wrists full of cuticle oil, and then stomped off!! No towel or anything; I was literally dripping oil. At this point I was absolutely stunned and wanted to get out of there quickly...I rubbed all of this gross oil into my hands and arms, paid, and sat down to wait for my friend. I guess oil woman thought I had left, because she was sitting 10 feet away from me berating my friend (who was also having an awful experience in the pedi chair; the woman had clipped all of her toes round on the sides like fingernails- they are practically circular) to her client! The long wait...hey, it happens. We didn't call ahead so I get that. The rest?? Ridiculous. Totally unprofessional, awful, humiliating experience. read more

Shop was nice and girls were welcoming when I walked in. The lady doing my pedicure didn't cut the sides of my toe nail or get our any in growns. I had an appointment for a mani pedi but after my pedicure they forgot about my nails and when I reminded them they had me sit and soak for a little bit while they started someone else. Then a different girl came to do my hands and she definitely rushed me and said they were busy. This was my first time trying this shop and I went for the prices. $35 for a mani pedi. I think I will try another nail shop next time until I find d one I like. I understand they were busy but I don't like being rushed - a few extra minutes with one person that had an appointment and a detailed job would have been nice. read more
