I'm so glad I found out about them through ClassPass because it's a convenient location, prices consistent with Denver, clean and enjoyable. I see a number of the nail technicians and I feel like I get a consistently good manicure and pedicure. I like that their nail polishes are less toxic, they offer tea & water, and the zen pedicure with hot stones is extra nice. My only complaint is that they use the same towel that they have your skin shavings and nail clippings on to dry your feet when you take it out of the bath the last time. I always feel like I'm putting wet, clean feet on a dirty towel. They fold it over to paint nails but still, would like that done earlier in the pedicure.

My nail tech had really bad sinus and allergies and was really pushing her self to keep working. (not covid) I told her I would come back with medicine-- so i went to target and grabbed her some claritin non drowsy decongestant and she was so shocked that i actually returned! From the start, I was already trying to push through the pain. 1. She was drilling the outside of my nails while she was trying to remove the gel I had come in with. 2. She cut my nails in basically triangles or random lengths. 3. She's buffing my toes and not even my actual toe nails HARD AF mind you. 4. She's pulling my cuticles HARD (I don't even grow a lot of cuticle) 5. She finally pulled so hard she drew blood and didn't say anything. NOT ONCE DID I HEAR AN "oh sorry about that" OR ANYTHING. At this point I'm speaking up for myself and telling her she's being too rough. Guess what she said? She said, "your nail is ingrown!" NO THE FUCK IT WASN'T. I have ZERO ingrown nails. I'm telling her to stop working on my feet cause she kept being rough! So at this point she's trying to say "oh well I already cut all of them" and I said I was ok with paying for it, but stop working on my feet!!! THAT IS HOW BAD IT WAS. I WAS WILLING TO PAY FOR SHITTY TREATMENT AS LONG AS IT MEANT IT COULD STOP. She's still trying to exfoliate my legs and I'm like stop! Then she sprays alcohol ON ALL THE CUTS SHE GAVE ME. Now it just BURNS, part of me thinks she did that on purpose too cause you see all the blood coming out and you wanna spray it with alcohol??? Ridiculous. Then my tech--an older lady--got to the callus remover part and accidentally sliced my toe. I definitely felt something, but I wasn't sure what it was at first. She stopped immediately, didn't say anything, and kind of kept covering the spot and checking it. She had me put my foot back in the hot water and then just moved on to my other foot. No sugar scrub, no finishing touches on the one she hurt. Every time I tried to peek at it, she gently tugged my foot back. So I was trying to convince myself it wasn't that bad. Paid full price, tipped $10 because I used to work in service and I just can't not tip... and then the second I put my sock and shoe on, I realized oh no, it is that bad. The finished nails are uneven and lumpy, and after only one week they already look like they need to be redone. My hair constantly gets caught around the edges because the builder gel wasn't properly sealed. The salon itself was clean, and the staff were kind and friendly, which makes this even more disappointing.
