I asked to speak to a manager, who I'm fairly convinced may be a fictional character at this location. After some additional attitude, he finally agreed to cancel the order. Except he didn't. Which raises the obvious question: why work in an industry that requires you to interact with people when you seem to actively resent interacting with people? If basic courtesy and politeness are beyond your emotional bandwidth, perhaps customer service is not the career path for you. I was charged for an order I never received, and the refund was never processed. I only discovered the charge much later when reviewing my bank statement and ultimately had to dispute the transaction with my bank to get my money back. Avoid this place like the bubonic plague.
