    Iced Matcha Almond Milk
    Bex Q.

It looks like a tornado hit this location. I feel for the employees who work in this closet sized location. Out of chai. Over a dollar for almond milk, but I'm at JFK and their matcha is real therefore not sweet. I walked out of my way to get here, and it was worth it, but it made me appreciate the Alfred's in LAX so much more.

I was so happy to find Peet's coffee before boarding the flight but it was very average . Coffee was like water . No flavor .. was expensive too. Service was good but I wish the coffee tasted like the REAL PEETs coffee ..

I don't know why I try new places cause all I do is waste my money. Ordered a hot mocha with EXTRA mocha and I don't taste ANY mocha what-so-ever. All I taste is disgusting, bitter espresso. Why the hell do people not listen to what you tell them?? And why do they not make the drink you ask for???? Paid $6 for shit.GIVE ME MY DAMN MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!

if you're looking for an awful coffee experience before your flight, LOOK NO FURTHER. Peet's Coffee & Tea will serve you up that disgusting pre-flight cup of joe you've always been craving. don't worry, this deliciously bad cup of coffee will only set you back $6.50. if you're feeling adventurous you can pick up a overripe banana while you're there too. Peet's will not let you down, if letting you down means giving you an actual good cup of coffee and good experience. i'm also happy to note that this is the best coffee option in terminal 4 at jfk. If you're flying out of terminal 4 you're in luck because you can have that awful coffee experience you've always dreamed of.

Can we just reflect upon the fact that at 0900 hours on a Sunday morning, this Peet's doesn't serve any breakfast paninis. Only non-breakfast ones. Let's think about this for a moment. Okay, I thought about it. And I officially hate it. Let's also consider that the ham and swiss non-breakfast panini costs $9, vs. the ham, egg, and swiss breakfast panini (which, again, let me remind you, was not available) which -would- have been $8 had it actually been offered. Admittedly, my ham and swiss non-breakfast panini was huge and satisfying. Just not $9 worth of satisfaction. On the other hand... at least there's no awful odor permeating the general vicinity of Peet's (unlike the similar deli further down in Terminal 4) and the coffee is utterly acceptable...

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese rudely the woman response WE GOT NO CREAM CHEESE , ok then I'll have a coffee cake and small coffee, her response was it's self served here's your coffee. Ugh so then I tried asking her when will you guys get more cream cheese .? She ignores me since she's to busy talking about a dating site with her other co workers , So I ask again louder, she then responds NO IDEA!! Horrible customer service. Other then that the coffee was great and so was the coffee. Let me add messy little place

It's a good coffee, better than some DD around here. Quick and good price. The place is really small and a little messy!

I love their coffee, but this location is understaffed and very slow. There was 1 person ahead of me, but had to wait about 10 minutes for service. There was a line behind me after I left. Also. They charge $1.00 for hot water. I bought another drink. Surprised they charged $1.00 for a cup of water?

The service is terrible. Rude. Handed my coffee to the wrong person. Didn't care. I guess it's good that the coffee wasn't thrown at me.

I got the ham, egg and cheese on a biscuit, with coffee and a glass of water. Coffee came. Sandwich came. No water. After asking for water again, twice, the water finally came. Asked for a refill on my coffee, and the server came with a large to go coffee for me (no extra charge). Nice.

I placed a to-go order and when I questioned how long it would take, so that we could walk around and come back to pick up the order, the waiter responded with an unnecessarily snarky attitude, telling me that they were "not a fast-food restaurant." I wasn't asking for fast food. I was simply asking about the wait time. There was absolutely no reason to be condescending to a customer. Since I didn't have 30 minutes to wait, I asked him to cancel the order and refund my payment. This somehow made him even snarkier. I asked to speak to a manager, who I'm fairly convinced may be a fictional character at this location. After some additional attitude, he finally agreed to cancel the order. Except he didn't. Which raises the obvious question: why work in an industry that requires you to interact with people when you seem to actively resent interacting with people? If basic courtesy and politeness are beyond your emotional bandwidth, perhaps customer service is not the career path for you. I was charged for an order I never received, and the refund was never processed. I only discovered the charge much later when reviewing my bank statement and ultimately had to dispute the transaction with my bank to get my money back. Avoid this place like the bubonic plague. Honestly, the plague might offer better hospitality.
