It was about 3-4 minutes until a taller man (Caucasian) who greeted me and asked if I had some questions about a WiFi modem. I told him I did and (on his headset) asked if someone could help me out (since he was in the middle of helping a customer). No one came and the 3-4 younger guys were still gathered around talking. When I was within 6 feet of them, they all saw me, but instead of asking me if I needed any help, they asked the Caucasian customer who was leaving if he needed any help. I had the intention of buying a WiFi modem, but they refused service to me and I felt so belittled that I was about to leave. Luckily, the taller man - who just got done assisting a customer - came back and approached me and answered all of my questions. Because of his help, I ended up purchasing the WiFi modem. BTW, there was another Asian customer who did not receive any help, but luckily the taller man acknowledged the customer and helped him outs. Unfortunately I did not catch the taller man's name. I had to write this review because I believe this was a case of blatant discrimination based on my race and the way I looked, especially when they clearly saw me (because I made eye contact with them) and they refused to help me, but acknowledged the Caucasian customer who was leaving. Things to consider: 1. While locally convenient, it took 4…read moremonths to fix my tape deck. Unfortunately had to return it 3 days after I got it. 2.
