This is not about Target! I love Target and give them 5 's! This is about Rachael Zoe's -Instinct EDP Spray. I just don't know where else to put it except where I bought it. I usually love everything that I buy and never give one ! But if there was a minus- 5 Stars I would give it. This perfume if you can call it that, smells yummy for literally the first two minutes after putting it on, then nothing it disappears no matter how many times you layer it on. I feel like the worst part of this is if a young person buys this with their hard earned money and doesn't have the capacity or ability to return it is getting ripped off. And that's terrible and makes me really question Racheal Zoe's character and ethics. read more

We were excited when this store opened at the Spectrum, mainly because Target was once the more premium do it all store. Sadly, Targets in the area are flopping fast and often. This store has delivered numerous curbside packages with missing items, the are often out of stock on goods that show up as available at this location, and when call the store nobody ever answers. Too bad poor management has focused their energy on too many politics and failed to just provide a decent customer experience. Done! read more

This Target is located at the end of the Spectrum Center. I thought the layout was good. I was able to find all of the usual Target goodies like popcorn and icees in the front of the store. It was a hot day at the Spectrum so I went in to purchase a drink. I went to their fresh food section and they have some of the healthier drink options in the refrigerator. Standard Target, nice grocery section as well as home goods, everything you need for the homestead. We stopped by to pick up some snacks for the road. We went through self checkout but there was an employee close by, smiling and was asking if anyone needed help. The couple to the left of us had an issue (somethywas scanning) and the employee was right there to help. Costs similar to other Targets. It must be end of season for some things because they had a lot of item marked down. Making room for new I guess. Target is close to Knott's so perfect to swing by and pick up water and goodies to head into the park if need be. read more

This Target in Irvine is a convenient store, that offers a wide selection of products. There's groceries and household essentials to clothing, electronics, and home décor. I like browsing and shopping at this Target. Though, this location has always been very unorganized. Maybe it is because there is so many people in Irvine, so many shoppers. The store layout makes it easy to find what you need. It is sometimes hard to locate a red shirt employee if you are looking for something specific and need assistance. Due to this, I tend to order online and just have it delivered or picked up in store. Also, do not wear a red shirt if you are shopping here as customers will mistake you for an employee. This has happened to me several times and unfortunately I can only provide help on aisle that I am knowledgeable of. HAHA I do like the women's clothing department as this is where I get my workout clothes. They are definitely reliable and stay in good condition for many years. Their shoe collection is quite opposite. True you get good pricing on shoes but they don't last long and hurt my feet. The dressing rooms are a mess. The staff outside just counts how many items you bring in but if they aren't around, I just leave the plastic number on their desk. They don't clean up the dressing room areas as I have walked in an empty room thinking it was clean and it wasn't. Other than clothes, they do have upscale home goods displayed but I haven't gotten anything from this line. Checkout lines here are slow and sometimes feel like they don't move at all. I feel like it is always busy no matter what time you come and shop here. I don't bother using the restrooms here as it is never stocked with toilet paper and there's always trash overflowing. read more

When we're at the Irvine Spectrum, we always stop by this Target to pick up a few things before we leave. It is a huge store and always filled with people inside. I generally can find everything I need there when the other stores closer to me don't have them in stock. Since it is always so crowded there, there are sections that are very unorganized. Like this past holiday weekend, when there were thousands and thousands people visiting the Irvine Spectrum, this store absolutely needs some help. It's nice that they have that little supermarket area. They carry many things and everything, like fresh meats, fruit and vegetables, larger frozen foods section than other Target stores, and a small area with some baked goods. I was just in there to get a few things 3/20/26. First I am a germaphobe and this Target is clean. While I was checking out the checker Blake informed me that there were multiple cards of the same one I was purchasing. I can't see and the cards are small so I had no idea. It was so nice of him. Blake went above and beyond in customer service. He really helped me out. Just the fact that he pointed it out and let me know speaks volumes of what an amazing person and employee he is. Target should be privileged to have him. I sincerely hope he will be recognized by what a fantastic job he does. read more

Went to this Target for the first time since my office just moved nearby. This is the most disorganized, unsystematic Target I've ever been to. When I used to go to the Target at the District, it was a pleasure and you knew where all the departments were. This Target's layout is all messed up. They have partial departments in the front and then they continue in the back, the clearance area is a mess, and it's dirty. I went to where I saw a sign that said Shoes, but that was Baby shoes. I had to ask where the adult Shoes were and oh, they are in the back -- where there was another Shoes sign. I wasted half and hour just looking for things. Really disliked this place, took so much time to shop. read more

well, i purchased such a cute pink cooler backpack which i am sooo in love with. i asked an employee to see if they had any vegan dog food which they didnt but the employee was super kind and checked for me anyway. i got some posters as well too, cant wait to draw on them! the service at the front was amazing as well, i was checking out with 19 posters and home girl totally helped me put it all in one go. read more

June 22, at approximately 5:30 PM, I returned several unused items at Target Irvine Spectrum. The employee assisting me, Priscilia, processed the refund in the form of a gift card. After receiving the gift card, I stepped a few feet away from the Order Pickup/Exchange/Returns area so that other customers could be helped. While there, I attempted to add the gift card to my Target account using the Target app. However, I received the following error message: "Couldn't add gift card. Please enter a valid gift card." I immediately returned to the service area for assistance. I showed employee David my phone screen displaying the error message, along with my return receipt, and explained the situation. David checked the gift card and found that its balance was $0. He asked who had issued the card to me, and I pointed to Priscilia, who was standing nearby. She confirmed that she had processed a refund of $11.15 to a gift card for me. David then checked my Target account and confirmed that the $11.15 had not been added there either. He asked whether I had another Target account, and I told him I did not. I also explained that if the gift card had already been redeemed, the app would typically indicate that the gift card had already been added and that the remaining balance was $0. Instead, the app was stating that the card number itself was invalid. After checking further, David informed me that the gift card number I presented did not match the gift card number shown on the return receipt. He asked whether I might have another gift card with me. I explained that I did not. At the time, I only had my phone and car keys with me. I was not carrying a wallet or bag. To demonstrate this, I even emptied my pockets in front of him. The only gift card I had was the one that Priscilia had handed to me. David advised that only a manager could issue a replacement gift card. He explained that the manager was on break and would return shortly. I agreed to wait and remained in the returns area. When the manager returned, David explained the situation to her. She repeated the same questions David had already asked, and I provided the same explanation. I also stated that I was not attempting to commit fraud over $11.15. I pointed out that the store's security cameras would clearly show that I received the gift card from the employee, remained in the returns area, attempted to add the card to my account, and then immediately returned for assistance. The footage would also show that I never took out any other gift card from my pockets to exchange or engaged in any suspicious behavior. The manager then asked security to review the footage. The security employee initially told me that he could not determine where I went after the transaction. I respectfully asked him to review the footage again because I had never left the area. My return receipt showed the return transaction time was 5:31 PM, and the receipt generated when David checked the gift card balance showed 5:41 PM. During those ten minutes, I remained in and near the returns area the entire time. After reviewing the footage a second time, security confirmed exactly what I had stated: I did not leave the area and did not take out any other gift cards from my pockets. After hearing this, the manager stated, "To that point, I'm just going to issue you another gift card." She then provided two gift cards, one for $10 and one for $5. She also told me, "Since I gave you $15, you don't need this (the return receipt) anymore," and took my return receipt. The manager's handling of the situation was very disappointing. Even after security footage confirmed my account of events, there was not even one "sorry that happen" or "thank you for your patience". Throughout the entire interaction, I remained cooperative to resolve the problem because mistake can happen. But from the beginning of her involvement, I felt as though I was being treated as a suspected fraudster rather than a customer seeking assistance with a legitimate issue. read more

We decided to take a walk with my son. We stopped by Target, and he spent a long time in the kids' section where the toys are sold. I ended up having to pay almost 23 dollars for this toy. He picked it out, and he really liked this truck. What can I say? The prices are expensive, and there are few discounts. But the location and the toys are high quality. I've never experienced this in any other targets I've been to. My bf and I were at self check out purchasing our products. We were splitting the items and paying separately. After he was done he started the second transaction and I had a bag of laundry detergent sitting in the cart that I clearly see in my line of vision. Mind you we weren't done checking out. The target employee rushes over to hand us the bag of detergent saying we forgot to scan it and I said I know it's there. Before I could even explain that we weren't done she rudely walks away ignoring me I'm so shocked and disappointed because she could of kindly reminded us if we did in fact finish the transaction without scanning it however we weren't even done! I don't appreciate being treated like we were about to steal a $10 laundry detergent bag. read more

The target is a 5/5 The EV/EA Chargers in the parking garage are ABSOLUTE TRASH. Slow or broken, usually not working, half of them down for service, and there's no reliable company to fix or service them. Horrible excuse for EV chargers... don't even bother getting in that long useless line, you'll pull up to a charger and it'll decide to stop functioning and providing value right then and there. Don't bother calling customer service for the charging company, they're terrible and won't do anything but just tell you to wait! read more

This is probably the largest Target I've been inside! It's huuuuuuuuge lol The guy cleaning the women's restroom needs to retire or something. He took way too long cleaning. An entire line of women waiting to use the restroom formed. Like hello sir, we have to go now!!! Hurry the mess up. After seriously waiting 30 minutes just standing in line, he finally walked out. And let us inside. Annnnnnd the floors were still dirty. Come on bro, do better! Aside from that, this Target rocks. The ginormous LEGO display had me! I have never seen a LEGO display that big! Super cool lol They've got all the departments that Target's typically have. You can find just about anything here. Staff seemed willing to help and friendly. The customer service in this store has been very poor. Managers like Jose and cashier Nalini deny promotions even when they are clearly shown on the shelves. When I pointed out the signs and even offered pictures, they refused to help or even go and check. This attitude makes it very hard to trust the store and very frustrating as a customer. It seems that instead of helping, management is quick to dismiss customers. This kind of service should really be improved. read more

Went for a pickup order, and there was no one in the entire customer service area. No bells to ring, no way to alert anyone we were waiting. We stood and waited for over 5 minutes, then finally had to go flag someone down because a line was growing behind us. A young girl eventually showed up, clearly unhappy. No matter, she scanned my barcode for the order and we were done in 2 minutes or less. The store is clean, well stocked, and well laid out. Enjoyable shopping experience. Parking is at a premium, even on Monday afternoons. If you can't find a spot, there is a parking garage across the street. read more

DO NOT BUY ANY GIFT CARDS FROM THIS STORE! On more than one occasion my son bought Xbox gift cards, when we got home we would enter the code into the console only to get a "card not found message." I tried going back to the store to ensure it got properly activated, the customer service was not having it, they blamed the vendor who drops off the cards, we need to contact them. I was given a number where the automated system guides you through activating your card with suggestions such as "make sure you entered the numbers correctly." So Target has my son's money and take no responsibility for their scam cards. Mind you this happened on 2 separate occasions, so not an isolated incident but a recurring problem. read more

I've visited multiple times. I'd say one out of every 4 times there are occasions where there are unruly teenagers creating havoc. This last time, a male teen was literally on a leash held by another. And when walking past with my 4 year old daughter, he lunged at her making a growling noise. After I yelled at him, they all scurried away. But nonetheless, there's something about this Target that encourages this behaviour. Bottomline: They need MUCH MUCH better security! read more

Only problem I noticed is they don't have the stock that other stores have. I like Irvine North better. If you need a few things while at the Spectrum it's convenient. Parking could be a hassle so if you're only shopping here and not the Spectrum I'd go to another location. read more

I have been a loyal customer of your store for over ten years, but my recent shopping experience was extremely disappointing. My pregnant wife and I visited your store to buy six bottles of milk using coupons. Sabrina, a young manager (appearing under 22), informed us we could only use one coupon. When I asked for clarification or written policy, she refused and told me to look it up online. Instead of providing a clear explanation, she became emotional and even threatened to remove me from the store.This prolonged argument left my pregnant wife feeling physically unwell. I believe store managers should handle customer inquiries professionally and respectfully. I urge you to address this issue and improve management training. read more

It's your average Target with just alot more people since they are in one of the busiest shopping centers in OC. It's pretty well organized and stocked for how crowded it gets. Naturally, parking lot is pretty full all the time. I wouldn't come to this Target location if that's all I need, but it's nice that I get to do my routine shopping while doing other mall stuff. Staff are friendly and helpful. Men's room is always filthy with poop stuck on toilet and nose piercing smell of urine. They need to maintain the bathrooms better. Another thing, the door that faces the mall side (westside entrance) needs to be widened. The automatic door is only like 5 feet wide and it makes no sense for how much traffic there is for shoppers coming in from the mall. read more

I like this Target, it's, clean, has lots of parking, right next to the fwy too . I didn't like the customer service here. While I was on the self checkout... one of the employees came up and starting going thru my things with the excuse that there might be a magnet or one of those devices they add on to the clothes. I would have been fine if he asked me first before actually putting his hands inside my cart... but another thing I didn't like was the fact that I was the only person he did that too, I was the only Hispanic in there too, I would like to think that it wasn't because I was being racially profiled... but that's definitely how I felt. The other woman that was doing self check out had clothes too but no one went up to her things to check for "magnets" like they did to me. I can't understand why Target hires people who not only don't care but are incredibly rude. I made eye contact with 5 employees on my way into the store, not one attempted to say hello, acknowledge my existence or even pretend they cared I was alive let alone bringing business. I even had 2 employees walk right in front of me, almost hitting me, forcing me to literally stop to not run into them.
