My wife and I tried whatever we could do to unclog it, and just couldn't figure out why. We ended up calling around and trying to get general estimates. Depending on the task at hand, Bruce gave us the most reasonable quote and we decided to go with him. He was very responsive online and available the same day. Some of the plumbers had given us dates that were well into the following week, and almost twice the price. When Bruce arrived, he made sure he kept the work area clean, worked on our sink, and after we found out that the job needed was worse than we had initially thought, he encouraged me to look around in case I didn't want to go with him. The new project included sawing off the existing galvanized pipe to the laundry sink, which was severely clogged with corrosion and sediments, and having it replaced with PVC pipe she is replacement. We decided to go with him for the new job and he completed it quickly, with quality products, and at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend using this company for any house related tasks including plumbing.

After the non plumber left, he didn't replace the lines we paid extra for, and replaced the wrong valve. Called John and he agreed that it was not done correctly. John and the non plumber came back the next night to correct all the problems. We were out of town and my daughter 2 weeks later after the tank was installed, she smelled natural gas in the house. Her boyfriend went down to the tank and lit a flame to the pipe that he thought was leaking and it was. Our house could have blown up, with our daughter at risk. We called John up, and texted him the picture and he thought we "were setting him up." He did say he would come back and fix it. We hired a reliable plumbing company that fixed his work for another $400,00. Is this the type of plumber you want to hire?

Signs contracts to Plow your driveway with an agreed 1, 2 or 3 inches of snow, but none of that matters since they will only plow when they feel like it. If you call to ask about when they may plow, they will tell you that they are waiting for it to stop snowing! Other times they say they have over 100 customers - which, to me, shows that they over-extended themselveslves and hoped they would have an easy year, so they oversold what they could actually deliver. If you chose them for service, I hope you never have an emergency - You wont get out of your driveway. Most plow services will plow when contracted to - That may mean 2 or 3 times in a day (My Plow service does that, and its unlimitedited). Even when they do plow, they push the snow up against the garage, rather than to the street. They also have no idea how wide a driveway should be and they go down the driveway with a single run, so your driveway will be more narrow than you are used to. read more

Here is the story: My furnace stopped working on the Christmas Day, due to a pressure switch issue. Called around town, only Roy replied my phone call, and scheduled a visit first thing next morning. Then early in the morning, Chris called me before arrival, and ran diagnostic immediately. He confirmed my speculation and it was indeed because of a bad pressure switch. He changed that quickly, meanwhile, gave me some education about my 18-year old furnace and parts, how to maintain it and Check for signs of issues. Everything was done within less than 1 hour. Lastly, the bill was not that expensive as I experienced before, given such an emergency call after Christmas. Parts cost is comparable to those online or local shop, labor fee is reasonable. I shared my story of being extorted for the same issue with 2-3 times of the cost compare to Gamin's, Chris said "we don't do this type of stuff, wanna make sure customer are happy and comfortable living in their house, and we can sleep well at night.".
