My car was only half cleaned upon driving through the wash. When I went into the office to let them know I was told by both attendees, that were standing around doing nothing, that they couldn't help me. I was directed to wait until the manager returned from dinner. I exited the office and proceeded to clean my car myself. I am 67 years old and stepping up on my Durango side board is risky for me. By the time I was done washing my Car (after the half wash I got), the manager was still not back and i was upset for having to pay to was my own car. I again spoke with one attendant and of course demanded a refund or I was never returning to WOW again. A blank stare is all I got. I CALL THIS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 2 young guys with nothing to do couldn't think of some way to fix this for me? BAD BUSINESS. read more

Nice spacious car wash that is easy to get in and out of! Friendly staff too! I opted for the WOW wash which was $17. You can buy a nice sized micro fabric towel for $2 if you forgot yours at home like I did. At least the towel is nice sized and reusable. You also get a free air freshener which is great and nice smelling. The wash did a great job getting most of the bugs off an east coast car the was brought across country. So I am pleased! They have free vacuuming that allows plenty of space between cars. They have an area where you can hang you car mats while you vacuum them if you want. One great thing about this car wash is they have a 4 day rain check. So if your car is rained on within four days of the original purchase, come back for a free wash! read more

If I could give 0 stars because of the staff and the price you pay I would. The price you pay for a car wash is absolutely ridiculous at wow and I only go there when I absolutely have to. I'd rather give my money to someone else that has a lower price and same service. In addition to that employees really need to stop making selections for the customers because I was just there and this little girl decided to make every selection for me . For one you don't know what I want as an extra, so why did you push on every section possible? I wanted to upgrade my wash, but I didn't get that opportunity because she was making the decisions for me. Employees need to keep their hands to themselves when it comes to customers because next time I will go off on someone. They do not need to be standing there dictating every move. This is complete lack of training and/or a lack of respect. I actually had to tell her that I'm about to turn around and take my business elsewhere If she continues and she needs to step back and I can make my own decisions because I'm perfectly capable. Quick car wash and not pushy recommendations for your car for detailing inside and outside the car. Vacuuming stations are free of charge & you don't have to wash your car to use the vacuuming stations. There's two different size vacuum attachments to really get deep underneath your car seat frame. We went to Wow to get our Truck washed. We drive an F-350. We were told our truck would fit no problem by the guy at the pay booth. We signed up for a membership for $39.99. We went through the was which was fine until the end when we got to the drying part. The black tubes that blow air rubbered all the way down our truck. We decided this car wash was not for us. We asked to cancel online through customer care. We were sent a link for cancelation so we entered our information to cancel. Everything looked fine online. We then received an email saying our issue had been resolved the same day. Two days ago I get charged $39.99 for something that I asked to cancel on November 11th. Was told on November 14th that it was resolved. Now I am being told they will be happy to cancel but won't refund my money, even though I have not used this service. I have been told that my cancelation never went through and they have a policy to close any open issues after three days without telling anyone that this is the policy. This is completely ridiculous!! I will be telling everyone that will listen that this is ridiculous. read more

Went to WOW this weekend and was greeted by a very nice young lady by the name of Alessandra . From the moment I drove up her smile was warm and welcoming. Was only looking to get the cheapest wash but with her persuasion she got me to get a memebersbip. Her service was fast friendly and efficient. I've been there a couple of times and the greetings weren't as pleasant but she was a ray of sunshine. Hope to see her on my next visits to come read more

Came here for the 10 days of Free. Employees are amazing and informed me of the monthly deal they have going on while they are doing the 10 day of free washes. $10.00 if u sign up for the monthly wash plan and u can wash your car at any Wow Car wash locations which isn't a bad deal. Now I can't wait for the Blue Diamond & Buffalo location to break ground as that's right near my house. The only thing I wish Wow would do is get those air hoses so u can blow out the water left on your car and the dust inside you car. Please Wow get those. They come in handy...... read more

I've been to this location twice now and both times I had to come home and finish washing my car. For $21 it should come with dinner! The left side of my car windows were still dirty and the rubber where the windows go up and down were dirty all the way around the car. How can that be when the brushes supposedly go over the entirety of your car? Well, they don't. Never go here!! There are too many other car washes that actually clean. I thought I'd get a great car wash today coming to WOW, but it was horrible. I usually go to the gas station on Warm Springs and Stephanie and pay $6 and I'm going back because it's a much, much better car wash than the $21 wash at WOW!! read more

I gave it a 1 because there wasn't anything lower. I paid $16 for a wash and there was still a bird deposit on the door. I went in to talk to the manager and he asked what I paid. When I told him he said oh that's basically a rinse off. He didn't offer a discount, refund, reach nothing. I have been to this location at least 5 times. The man that is at the entrance and took the money wad very polite. I told the manager I expected more and he lost a customer. He said thanks and have a good day. I love this car wash location because it actually cleaned your car. I have been to the LUV car wash and when I tell you, I got out the car after driving through the wash and saw nothing but stuck dirt on my car. I couldn't believe it. This car wash location however is really good and good value because you're getting a decent wash for a decent price. The only issue I'm having at this point is the fact that they started charging for their air freshener and the packet of ONE WIPE. Those two things used to be free and now they are charging for them and I think that's ridiculous because that air freshener hanging in someone's car is promotion. No one should have to pay to promote, that's what companies do not the consumer. I don't think these little add-ons were necessary as this car wash location stays busy. read more

I have had nothing but issues with this company. The manager I continuously dealt with at this location was completely incompetent. I paid for the "Wow" membership and they would always give me the basic wash because my membership tag never worked. The only thing that is a "wow" is the pure incompetence of this company. So they're solution was to let me in manually at the gates but only give me a basic wash and not honor what I had paid for. Very poor wash. It is funny how the varies per location. Vacuums don't work well either. No rain guarantee like others.

I paid $15 to get a good wash. When I pulled out to wipe down my vehicle it look like I had been pouring rain. The air blowers have a lot to be desired. I asked one young man to speak to a manager. When I finished drying my vehicle j had to go find the manager. I explained the blowers appeared to not be working correctly and even handed him my soaked cloth. He offered nothing! I didn't even realize this place was right next to my house. How freaking convenient. I'm always skeptical about the drive through car washes but I'd have to say this one is legit. Pulled up the attendant was very nice and polite. I got the WOW Wash because why get anything less than that lol. Drove my car up and was in and out in like a second. They have vacuums for you when you're done with your wash. I got dash board wipes and air fresheners. I got out to look at how well the wash was and I was impressed. I will definitely be going back. I told him this was my first time here and I wanted to see if I liked the wash and vacuums because I was contemplating getting a membership.
