It's just ok- I've ordered wraps and salads. It's fairly basic. The Buffalo Anchor is spicy hot; the turkey used in the wraps is basic deli meat. Salad was a good mix of lettuce but again nothing to make this place stand out. Their chips are delicious but you get about 4 with the sandwiches. The broccoli and raisin salad is good when they actually make it. There is some potential here but having ordered several times and getting smaller portions of chips and blander wrap sandwiches I'm guessing it's going to stay middle of the road. read more

This place is garbage. It's so over priced. I have given it 3 tries and every time I become more disappointed. What's worse is ordering and having the employee make some rude under the breath comment because you don't give them a tip. When did these people start believing they are entitled to tips for punching buttons on a screen. I basically do the same thing to pay with my card, and 20-25 30% are your options? GTFO with that. Chips are always stale, and there's nothing in the wrap. If a place could be more stingy than Chipotle for over priced tasteless food, this is it. Avoid. read more

Ehh, skip it. Low quality chicken was dried out and rubbery in the Buffalo chicken wrap. Barely any chicken, mostly lettuce and too much dressing made it soggy and dripping. Was served the bottom of the bag apparently, since my side of chips was just a bunch of tiny broken pieces. Place was clean and counter help was friendly. Honestly I would go out of my way for their wraps! Beyond delicious. I live near by and it's just a breath of fresh air to love a place so close to home :) If I were to give one critique it would be about the Chicken I love chicken and every time I order a wrap with chicken in it i find the chicken to be chewy or parts that may just need to be trimmed of fat... I also love the fact that I ordered from wrap city last night 10/12 and had a $5 off perk, that was a pleasant surprise! Nice to see they care about their customers! Highly recommend!! read more

When I went to Wrap City for my regular Tasmanian with a few friends, I was used to receiving a nice meal and a friendly smile. However, this time when I went into the Wrap City I was greeted with not even a hello, rather a formal stare that made me feel a bit uncomfortable. The man had a longish nose and medium brown hair. He took my order fine enough, but a separate employee had to ask for my name since this server could not even be bothered. As I was waiting for my food this worker who took my order continued to give me odd stares, and did not stop even when directly noticed, making me feel extremely uncomfortable. After I got my food, I was extremely rudely told to "get out," and I promptly did so with great happiness. Needless to say, Wrap City has lost my happy patronage. read more

I got take out from Wrap City earlier this week. I called ahead for takeout and was told 20 minutes. My order was being packaged up when I arrived. I had the warrior, my husband had the blue ribbon and we got the kids cheese flatbread for my toddler. All of the food was very good. The potato chips are made in-house and we're very fresh. I have only been once, but this wrap/sandwich shop already has its predecessor beat! From the cute cardboard sandwich boxes to the homemade chips, this place knows what it is doing. We ordered the Portlander (an Italian) and the Cape Codder (chicken salad wrap). Both were excellent with fresh ingredients. My sandwich was even a bit hard to eat because the bread was literally stuffed with meat, cheese, etc. Not a bad thing! I've been here three times now, twice in one week because it was that good. Some of my co-workers were trying to get something different cause we always seem to get lunch or dinner from the same place and we work in a busy salon so its not easy. We remembered we use to go to the Wrap Shack which was now Wrap City. Anyway everyone was psyched on the food! I got a pulled pork sandwich with avocado and the home-made chips were awesome. I told my brother who lives in this area as well to go check it out and hes been multiple times as well. Its not expensive, they are quick and consistent. I've tried Wrap City a few times and find it to be OK, but nothing great. I'll go here if I'm in a rush or really want a unique wrap since it's nearby. It's hard to beat Wrap Shak, which was there before Wrap City. I think it's under new ownership? Not sure. Compared to Wrap Shak, Wrap City has higher prices, not by much, but there is a slight difference. There are also less side options, NO soup and NO desserts like at Wrap Shak. I miss the napa cabbage and various pasta and potato salads they had as options. This place doesn't have that. There are also no more personal pizzas. Those were surprisingly delicious. I've tried the Omaha Reuben (DISGUSTING!) as both a wrap and a sandwich and they were horrible. The corned beef was all fat both times and I ended up throwing out the whole sandwich in disgust. Ruben's are one of my favorite sandwiches and it's not hard to purchase and find corned beef with little to no fat. The Portlander (Italian) sandwich is great. It was just as good as Wrap Shak. Phew. I also got that in a wrap and it was just as tasty as I remember. Also the same portion, which is a good amount for $7.49. I really don't like their homemade potato chips that come with each sandwich/wrap. No flavor or seasoning and way overcooked. Everyone seems to be a fan of them though so don't let me steer you clear of them! Give them a try. I'll probably be back to try other options or for the Italian wrap, but hopefully they'll add some side options, soups, etc. to the menu. read more

I'd like to be able to give this place a solid 5 stars. Everything here is delicious and fresh. The sandwiches are great; the salads are yummy; the chips are to die for! The staff is welcoming, but rather inconsistent. A problem for me is that the staff are not thorough... I often get the salads to go here (the buffalo chicken salad is a particular favorite of mine). I can't tell you how many times I've gotten to where I'm going only to discover I have no utensils or napkins. The absolute worst is when you get there only to discover you have no dressing for your salad! A couple of times I've requested no onions and found...onions! Grrr! Once, I had a new employee tell me that the salad I ordered doesn't come with onions. She was wrong and it really annoyed me because I can't eat onions! So, I would actually give this place 5 stars for the food, but only 3 stars for the staff, which averages to 4. I guess part of the fault is mine for not checking my order before I leave, which I often do, but sometimes forget when I'm in a rush. If you're eating in, it's not a problem, but if you're taking it to go, take my advice and make sure you have everything you need! read more
