1) Ambiance was pretty dead, one or two people in and out quick at most, music was pretty loud but nothing crazy 2) Service was subpar, worker sees me walk in and stares at me expecting to maybe acknowledge his presence instead of the other way around lol first time going here, didn't get any type of welcoming 3) Food was eh. The fries are frozen fries just thrown in a fryer, nothing fresh. I also ordered the beef shawarma wrap...don't bother. Almost ZERO flavor. Turns out they precook all the meat on the shawarma rotating cookers (forgot their name) and afterwards they put it into bins and put it in the fridge. When you order, they will take it out reheat it and serve which is a surprise because they have more than enough time on their hands to serve freshly cooked food since the business is so dead on a Sunday afternoon but then again now I know why it was so dead. I won't be returning. Also the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because even though they are serving trash at least they are giving big portions of said trash to fill you. If you're starving and you have no food at your house and every fast food joint is closed this place is ok I guess lol Also the very first review posted for this place is such a paid ad lmaoo literally complete opposite in every way. You have to specify if you want rice or fries. Later on I remembered to ask for fries, otherwise they'll give you rice. I gave that up for lent. The plate was much larger than expected! The cucumber salad was delicious. The hummus was good, but a little grainy. Perhaps it needed to be puréed a bit more. The shawarma was so soft and tasty, but the sauces were on point!! Hands down the best shawarma spot I've had around here got the beef. It's a pretty basic space but the food is not basic at all. We came for lunch because we were specifically craving Shawarma. The food was delicious, the place was clean, the employees were nice. The portions are big and the quality of food is good ! My chicken shawarma was juicy and the combination of ingredients reminded me of the authentic shawarma that we ate in our childhood. We paid 40$ for 1 small shawarma (which was really large), 1 big one ( comes with 2 big pieces enough for 2 people to share) and bottled coke. I asked the staff to exclude onions and they properly did. In short, this is the new gem and deserves 10 out of 10. Definitely will come back ! P.S. they need to get an ice machine maker. This is my second time being here and its a confirmed 5/5. Got the 12 inch wrap but it was a lot. If my wife was with me definitely could have got us both full. They definitely fill the wrap and don't go cheap with the meat. The place is spotless. There's the house sauce on each table, unlike most places these days that charge extra. Food was delicious.
