Not only did they pull it off, but the food was honestly incredible. Every single dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You could tell a lot of care went into everything, even with the short notice. Guests kept going back for seconds (and thirds), and all night people were asking, "Where is this food from?!" It's rare to find a place that can handle both quality and pressure like that, but they absolutely delivered.
