I called for servicing when my car would not start. I asked over the phone "What if it isn't a battery issue?" The dispatcher assured me the technician is a mechanic and would be able to tell me if it wasn't the battery. This was one of my main questions when I called to inquire. The technician came out and I showed him a video on my phone of what I experienced with the car that morning. He did not try to turn the car on himself and said "This is definitely a battery issue." He also did not do a test on the battery at all. He then swapped out the battery and the car still wouldn't start.. He said my battery appeared very old, like it was at least 2 years old. He said there are no services for towing that he could help me with, even though towing, I believe is mentioned on your website. I had it towed on my own to a local repair shop who said the area around the battery was corroded and it needed a new throttle body. I also confirmed that I indeed had a new battery replaced in FEB 2025. I feel totally scammed by this experience and paid $345. I will need to be refunded for some or all of this. On December 16, 2025 Carl, the manager and owner, or so I thought, called me and said my car was involved in an accident on his property while under his care. He said the brakes had failed after being repaired and the tech backed the car into another. He kept apologizing and assured me the car would be repaired to the same mint condition as I brought it in. He even gave me his personal cell number so I could be kept updated on the repair progress. The car was brought to Sun Valley Collision , where Carl said he gets all his personal work done. Six weeks later the car was declared a total loss. At that point Carl basically ghosted me. When it first declared a total loss, I went to the shop and he told to me deal with the insurance company. After two months of fighting with the insurance company I was forced to accept a lower offer than my car was worth ( the insurance company informed that they would stop paying for my rental and storage fees on February 1,2026). I purchased a used vehicle for more than I received from the insurance company. All I want is for Roswell Auto to make up the difference and make me whole. To this point, crickets. Carl doesn't answer his phone and ignores my text. My wife even went to talk to him and he basically said it's up to the owner. The owner happens to be his Dad. I could never and would never recommend this place for any kind of repair because of their terrible customer service and obviously poor mechanical skills. I just read Phil Hughes response to my first review. Phil, shame on you. You know that is not what happened. I was the one who called the Roswell Police to make sure a report was filled out on the destruction of my car that happened at your facility. I never threatened anyone or any employee. I admit I was very angry but I never threatened anyone. I said I could severely damage your business with an honest review of what happened. I happen to have the Police report and there is no mention of me threatening anyone. I did in fact provide your insurance company with a comparable car, same year, same make,same model with the same low mileage. They only raised the settlement amount a few hundred dollars. I wanted to hold out for more but was told by your insurance company that as of February 1, they would no longer pay for the care rental and that the storage fees at Sun Valley Collision would be my responsibility. So I settled for less than I should have. As a business owner you should know better than anyone one that nothing is more important than your reputation. I owned a business for thirty years and I never allowed anyone to walk out unhappy. There is an old saying. It takes 10 customers talking good about you to undo one customer talking bad. You can still do the right thing and pay the $ 2860 price difference. You know it's the right thing to do.

I was surprised to find out they now charge for gas and when I was filing it up it takes 10 min to "register" so I filled up the truck and returned it and today they said it was only 81% full, I have a picture of it over full. I really loved using them and now it's not a deal anymore. Back to u-haul for me. The convenience is good. But after gas and costs of vans etc it's not a deal anymore. Oh well Need a truck? Need it fast, when I want it and for a great price? Well, this is the place! I found this gem online after multiple google searches (they need to pay to have google provide optimization for their site so it's easier to find). Like us all we have used uhaul and Penske or our friends trucks to move stuff when needed...all of the latter aren't always affordable or available. Now enter the metro ATL market Fetch Truck. Does the name sound like it's missing an "a"? Yeah I agree Fetch-a-Truck just rolls off the tongue better. Well, enough with that down to the nitty gritty. Their mobile site is good and will show you the trucks available closest to you via a zip code search. Luckily I have one near me, close to downtown Roswell. I had called and spoken to one of the owners to find some more detail and he was very helpful, pick your time and pick it up at their location with your phone, no person behind a desk to deal with etc. Finally, convenience! You reserve the truck via mobile or website (be sure to login or register since it will keep track of all your rentals) and it will send you a text confirming everything along with the details on location, time and how to unlock the vehicle. They definitely spent some money on the mobile app, it's great. It unlocks the truck, lets you take pictures of the truck before you leave and shows you current rental time and miles used All trucks have gas included and they allow you a # of miles for the rental duration, my case it's 50 miles a rental if it's for 1 hour or 1 day! Pick up truck is $10/hr which is way less than Home Depot/Lowes and even uhaul, all of which you need to pay miles, gas or both. Upon return you just use the text message to link you to their site and take pictures (for liability purposes) of the truck and lock the vehicle. How easy and perfect is that!!! The only reason I was hesitant on writing this is that the more it gets known the less I will be able to snag a vehicle when I need it. I have multiple rental properties and this is very convenient for me. I hope they really take off, it's a great concept with new nice trucks and good locations. I have used them three times in the last couple months! Check in for $15 off your first rental! Enjoy!

I am so incredibly disappointed with my experience with this Collision Center. The only reason I…read moredecided to bring my vehicle here was that I purchased my vehicle through their Mazda dealership and assumed it would be best to have them complete my work. I should have listened to my insurance adjuster who told me to be weary just from having to work with them in the past. I will say when I first brought in my car I was blown away by the customer service. Everyone seemed to really care about you as a customer and was eager to help. I thought "There's no way this is going to be an issue.... they're so nice!" Boy was I wrong. It seemed that all of this customer service was a front to get you to leave your vehicle. Once they've got you... They've got you... I was quoted 3-4 weeks of work which was fine. I knew with the extent of the damage I had that it may go over a bit. I left my car, got a rental (it is really great that there's a rental company in the lobby) and I left. At around week 3 I reached out and was told the part needed was on back order. I advised that my rental was only covered for 30 days and asked for an ETA. I was told I would get a follow up email soon. Another two weeks go by and no update. I reached out again and was told the part was still on back order. I called and asked to speak to a manager as I had no car at that point. He advised that since it was Mazda's fault the item was not in stock then I could call Mazda cares and they would authorize a rental car for me. Elated, I called Mazda cares. They put me on hold and reached out to the Collision Center. She was advised that hey had received the part some days before to which she then came back to the call and said "well, they have the part so we can't give you a car..." Blown away by this information I reached back out to the agent I was working with and was told just another week. All in all, 7.5 weeks later I got my car back. There was a small hole in my back seat, the window screeched as it went down, and now the windshield sweats (small beads of water around the inside). When I called I was told I could bring it in and leave it all to be fixed. Fearful it would take another 8 weeks I certainly won't be doing that. Personally, I won't be touching Mazda again. I cannot wait to give my keys back and never drive one ever again.
