I'll admit, I was skeptical about this company too after reading the reviews here, but I really had a good experience. I normally don't leave reviews, but I hope future customers find this one helpful: I'll start by giving a word of advice: be patient. And this is the case with ANY towing service. I know how frustrating it can be when you/your car is stuck and you see a really long ETA, but I don't think a wait time like this is unusual. I'm sure we've all had to wait a few hours at the mechanic a time or two. I did call and check in after I'd reached the max ETA, and the gentleman I spoke with was straightforward and told me the driver wasn't too far away (and within maybe 10 or 15 minutes, they showed up to get my car). When the driver arrived, he was quick and helpful. I had to take an Uber home, and when I arrived, my car was parked in the driveway perfectly, leaving enough room for my husband to park his car too. I would encourage everyone to give this company a chance. Again, my biggest tip is to be patient! read more

I waited for almost 2 hours before I heard anything and when I do I get a text message that they will arrive in 28mins at this time I've been waiting over hours so I call the company and the representative tells me I still have to wait another 30- 45 mins. Had the pleasure of dealing with these fine folks that came swiftly to our aid. Reached out to my insurance to have the vehicle towed earlier in the day but the first company was the worst but Wreckovery came in the time frame they stated, the driver even gave me a call to see what was going on with my vehicle and even confirmed with him test driving the car and giving a quick look over if we still wanted to tow it to the dealer. Never showed up. Why would anyone hire this company? I was forced to wait for them through AAA. Wreckovery accepted and confirmed the tow with AAA, but would never answer their phone and my "pick up" time moved from 2 pm to 3 pm to 3:55 pm to 5:55 pm. I gave up, since I called AAA at Noon and they confirmed a tower would come by at 2. I finally called United Towing (they are GREAT) and they arrived within 30 minutes. Wreckovery Towing allowed me to sit stranded for 3 hours and still didnt release the job through AAA so someone else could come het me. I was stuck over an hour away from my home and my four year old daughter who was waiting for me at daycare!!! As a single mom, this was extremely tough for me and not fair to my child. This company knowingly took a long distance tow and did not call me with an update even though updates were requested. These people have no integrity and have no regard for people's safety. Thankfully I was able to get to a safe location. If the owner of this company sees it, I would seriously recommend terminating the person because this type of behavior is likely the cause of your multiple bad reviews, and if you're a one man job, do better! I went thro my insurance to have a car towed at 4pm for an ETA from this company of 6:54 (excessive) so it gets to 7:35 and no tow so I called 3 times no answe. Verizon then called no answer. if you see there name know it associated with garbage, save your time and go to a real tow company, that could afford a dispatch. read more

These people will accept a tow request through your insurance, keep you waiting for hours and then *here's the kicker*.....NEVER SHOW UP. WreckOvery: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The tow driver was the most nasty, disrespectful, tow person ever!!! He arrived and blocked my driveway. We would rate them as no stars if we could. I requested he just backup so we could get the other car out of the way. He refused to listen, proceeding to rant and yell at us saying repeatedly don't tell him what to do, and continued yelling for minutes. Saturday: Dodge Roadside Assistance setup Wreckovery Towing to tow my vehicle to the dealership. I was given a 75 pickup time. Wreckovery Towing never showed up. More than an hour after the time I was supposed to be picked up, the driver called and asked if I still needed a call. No curteous call prior to that saying they would be late or not coming at all. Monday: Dodge Roadside Assistance again setup Wreckovery Towing to tow my vehicle to the dealership. I was given a 75 pickup time. 45 minutes after the pickup time I received a call from Wreckovery to see if I still needed a tow. At that time, I was told it would be 20 minutes before the driver arrived. I tried calling the office on both Saturday and Monday. State Farm Roadside called Wreckovery Towin to tow my vehicle. The driver messaged me stating he was 20 minutes away however when the driver was scheduled to arrive, I received a text from State Farm stating the driver was 44 minutes away. I sent my driver a text just asking if he could again confirm ETA as I received a message from State Farm. I did not receive a response but the driver arrived 5 minutes later at which point he called me. After I said Hello the driver immediately started yelling at me. He asked if I did not see that he was directly in front of me and then told me why I asked his ETA again when he had already told me. When I tried to explain that I had received a text from State Farm and just wanted to confirm, he again asked if I did not see him standing right there. At that point I told him he could go because obviously I had upset him in someway. I got his info from State Farm and called the manager to which she responded that there must have been a cultural barrier/misunderstanding???? She said that Mr. Paxton was a good employee which I said is fine. Maybe he was having a bad day but there was no need to yell at me for asking a clarifying question. These people are insanely unprofessional and rude. I'm not even sure what the manager meant by cultural difference. I was over the conversation and ended up just hanging up. This company deserves no stars. They are not worthy of the 1 star that's required. Disgustingly rude customer service. My insurance company set up a tow and I was initially given a 2hr 20min pick up time. Then it was pushed back 45min. I then received a call from the company stating it would be another 1hr 30min. I'm obviously furious that it has taken them 3hrs to tell me it will be another 1hr 30min before they even get to me. The disturbingly disrespectful man on the phone proceeded to ask me if I wanted the tow or not, had horrific customer service, argued with me, refused to give me his name or the name of his superior, and proceeded to tell me to find another tow service before hanging up in my face.
