My employer has recently started servicing the company vehicles with this Tire Kingdom. The store keeps each vehicle tied to the company account for ease of setting up service. The shop has never turned my service away. If they are swamped they offer the option to drop the vehicle off and call you to come pick it up when service is complete. The maintenance technicians have proven to be ethical with their estimates and repairs. The store has a nice waiting area in the back with complimentary coffee and television for entertainment. There is a Dunkin Donuts next door if you would like to adventure off for a different setting.

They lifted it up and after some time, told me all my suspension was old and needed replaced or the alignment would fail, quoted me to replace the new struts I just added plus a bunch of other items that did not need to be replaced. If they even looked at them they would have seen the brand new KYB labels on them. They tried to get me for $thousands thinking I was stupid. Was I suppose to call them out as liars and thieves on the spot? I said oh, ok, i'll have to get that scheduled later and left. Mavis, Tire Kingdom should be avoided at all costs, they will lie to you, if your not knowledgeable they are scamming you. I brought my Ford vehicle to Nick Nicholas Ford in Inverness, FL, for repairs. Initially, they attempted to charge me nearly $10,000 out of pocket -- until I discovered the issue was actually covered under warranty. No one at the dealership made any effort to tell me this. Had I not done my own research, I would've been scammed into paying a massive, unnecessary bill. To make matters worse: I never received a call from any manager or service rep during the process -- not to update me, not to clarify next steps, not even to follow up after repairs. I was left without transportation and denied a ride to Enterprise rental, even though this is standard practice at most professional service centers. I had to pay rental charges out-of-pocket, and no one has offered to reimburse me. When I called in for updates, the phone was slammed down on me -- extremely rude and unprofessional. After all that, my vehicle is still having issues even after the "repairs." To make things worse, I discovered new damage to the right side and rear of my car. I live alone, and no one else drives my vehicle -- this damage occurred under their care. I have opened multiple cases with Ford's Customer Service system, including through their AI support. No manager has ever reached out, and the cases remain unresolved. I've been ignored and treated like an inconvenience. As a person of color, I also have to say the way I was treated raises real concerns about discriminatory practices. I was made to feel invisible, spoken down to, and disregarded at every turn. No one should have to deal with this level of disrespect and negligence. This will be the last Ford I ever purchase. I will never recommend Nick Nicholas Ford Inverness to anyone. 0 Brakes locked?/$4000 to repair?…read moreRV was riding rough. We knew we needed tires but wasn't sure about anything else it might need. Took to PatRicks for an estimate/diagnosis. Drove 45 minutes to them. They said our front brake was locked up. ??No hot smell, no pulling. Said we needed brakes done and it would cost around $4000 . ??? What the heck! $4000 FOR BRAKES??? Charged us $150 for their 'diagnosis'. Drove back 45 miles, used a thermal gun to check temps on wheels...NORMAL. Took RV to a different garage. Brakes NOT locked up. 65% good brakes on front, 70% on rear. Got new tires all around, drives great. Less than a thousand dollars for all new 10ply tires, ZERO BRAKE WORK. SO....PATRICK'S IS A LYING SHYSTER GARAGE. Our opinion. You can form your own.
