Blue star called me and gave me a quote for $360, he explained that most businesses use the camera recalibration as an excuse to up charge and that he wouldn't be disconnecting any wires when replacing my windshield. I was a bit skeptical at first, I was worried I would have to go get my camera recalibrated. (I have a 2022 Honda Accord). It's been 2 and a half weeks since I had it replaced and I've had no issues, camera still works just as good! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a cheaper alternative than giving your money to the dealerships. I had my windshield replaced by Done Right today (4/28/2026). When I picked it up I noticed a 1 1/2…read moreinch scratch on the "a pillar". The scratch was all the way down to bare metal. I showed an employee the issue and he took pictures of the damage. A few minutes after I left the business I received a phone call from them. I was told there was no way they caused the damage. They offered to let me come watch a video of the installation, but I declined. The scratch was obviously done with a sharp instrument and wasn't there before they replaced the windshield. In January 2025 I took my wife's SUV to them to replace the windshield. When picking it up, my wife noticed a big chunk missing from the door panel near the a pillar and a nick on the a pillar, both obviously caused by a sharp instrument. They did have me bring the vehicle back to them to repair the door panel damage. Since they won't take responsibility for the damage they caused today, I'm having to file another claim with my insurance company. I bought the vehicle new and have never had the windshield replaced. I wouldn't recommend using this company.

He also said he needed my credit card info but it would only be charged after the job was complete. Perfect - NOT! They actually contacted Reyes Auto Glass, who contracted my job to a local garage ran by Hector, who contracted the job out to a guy named Jorge, who doesn't even work for Hector, but just does odd jobs for him, per his wife. NO CALL 1 HOUR AHEAD - as I was just arriving at my grandson's school, Jorge called to say he was at my place. I rush home to see that he's not there and was in another city. His wife called, I sent a map with exact instructions, but he still went to the same address as the first time, after which his wife said it was costing him more than he would make and he wasn't going to do the job. So now I'm back tracking to Hector, who said he'd come and do it himself the next day and would call first thing in the morning. NEVE HEARD from him. Called him to cancel and went somewhere else. After all this, the next week I was charged for the job!!! I called Hector who said he hadn't done it and would find out who I could call. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. Made my way back to a nice person who made the calls needed for me to be refunded.
