    Recurring story. Beware.

Please see the attached image. This place apparently continues to have issues. The way they treat their customers seems to routinely be the WRONG WAY!

    Wings

The owner said these wings have sauce on them you can clearly see the smaller container is the only one that has any type of sauce all he offered me was more sauce clearly after paying 70 dollars for food 1 they should've been made right the first time Then he told me after I said I didn't want any more sauce that I definitely wouldn't return to this place especially when I called before going up there the owner told the guy to hang up the phone that they had a line but once I got up there after being frustrated over my food I did say a few choice words because this food was fucking horrible an that's what I said the owner told me to leave or he would call the cops They don't even deserve the one star

    Dry and hard ribs.

Ordered a half rack of ribs, they were dry and hard. The boneless wings were freezer burnt. We asked for extra crispy fries, they were soggy. This was an awful experience.

This is the chicken and 1/4 rib plate with beans and stew as my sides.

Very friendly staff. I ordered the chicken and 1/4 rib plate to go. Ribs were delicious. Chicken had good flavor but was fairly dry. My order took just shy of half an hour, and it wasn't busy. Would cautiously recommend but only if you have a long time to spend getting food.

Today's date is 12/11. Date on buns is 12/6z

Would give zero stars if I could! The owner is the most rudest person ever! Definitely doesn't act like the Christian establishment that this place poses as. I got the Family pack and the buns we received were stale and over a week out of date. David Wright, Owner, response to me was if I wanted to complain go to McDonalds and he hung up the phone. I drove back up there to get a fresh pack and no apology from him, only that we could go to McDonald's. We will NEVER be back! To make things worse, he did all this in front of my wife and kids!

I called in a to-go order tonight. The lady that answered the phone was so nice. I ordered my food, was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I wait, and get up there a couple minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. I pay for the food, fix my own drinks, and head home. I sit down to eat with my fiancé and our child and all three of us had horrendously soggy fries. I was literally able to swing my fry in a circle like a helicopter about two times before it collapsed on itself. They were greasy and soggy and tasted horrible. So I decided to eat just my wings. They were chewy and fatty. Not to mention fairly small. I toughed out eating about 7 of them because I'm pregnant and my blood sugar was starting to bottom out. My stomach is currently cramping pretty bad from what I ate. (No, it's not labor, I'm only 19 weeks and 3 days.) My 2 year old, that loves fries, barely touched his. He did seem to like his hot dog though. My fiancé didn't touch his fries and ate 2 wings. I ate both of our carrot sticks. They came in a plastic bag swimming in water. Some of the carrot sticks were kind of mushy. This is my first and last visit to this restaurant. I highly do NOT recommend trying this place.

Wings fries and literally sitting in a 1/2 inch of grease.  Most DISGUSTING lunch I've ever "eaten".  If you count 1 wing attempted.

Wings and bbq are awesome. Great place to eat, and worth the drive from carrollton.

The food was excellent, the drinks were on point, and our waitress did an awesome job handling such a large party. She stayed on top of everything and made sure we were taken care of all night. After dinner, we decided to check out the speakeasy through the freezer door--Eleanor's--and unfortunately, that's where the experience took a turn. The atmosphere itself was nice--semi-dark with a cool concept--but it could definitely lean more into a darker, more immersive speakeasy vibe. The bigger issue, though, was the service. It was night and day compared to upstairs. The waitress came across as rude and unwelcoming from the start. A few of us sat down in a small corner area with an L-shaped bench and some extra chairs we had to pull over ourselves. Obviously, with 12 people, there was no way we were all fitting there, yet she insisted she wouldn't take any drink orders until everyone was seated. That made no sense, especially since there was standing room and even a bar-height table available. To make matters worse, there was zero acknowledgment of the birthday--not even a simple "happy birthday," which felt like a missed opportunity given the occasion. When we asked about Fireball shots, the response was a blunt "um, no," followed by "you can have water," as she started filling glasses. That pretty much summed up the vibe we got. Not sure if this is typical service down there or just an off night, but it was enough to make us decide we wouldn't come back to the speakeasy. Bottom line: If you're in the area, definitely check out Muss & Turner's for dinner--it's worth it. But I'd skip Eleanor's and save your time and money.

Immediately upon entering there's a variety of booths, tables and bar seating. We opted for a table on the opposite side of the DJ so we could hear each other talk. Service was from Mimi who was very helpful in recommending the sides for our entree. We ended up ordering the jerk wings (appetizer), turkey wings with collards, dressing and candied yams. I ate the wings as my entree and we shared the sides. The presentation was great. Real plates & flatware. The sides came in their own bowls so the food doesn't touch. We were so hungry I didn't snap a picture but just imagine it! Or go try it for yourself when you're in the area. 5 Stars! The strip mall entrance and parking a bit of a challenge. Full review below: I went in Saturday afternoon. It was lightly busy but fully staffed so help/attention came quick. Dining solo so I opted for a seat at the bar. Bartender was super attentive. Didn't have to wait long for a menu or to place my order. Also, she regularly checked in on how everything was. I ordered the Yellow Diamond Martini ($15) and it was delicious. I got the fried green tomatoes (4 pieces) for $11.95. Complimentary very tall cup of water. The tomatoes were a little small so this is definitely an appetizer/light snack...which is A-OK for me. It came out shortly after my martini was ready. Overall, minus tip, it came to $29. Music was playing through a speaker but not too loud. People could comfortably have a conversation. There are multiple tvs throughout. I appreciated that some of them were showing stuff other than sports. One monitor, near the restroom, is devoted to Culturistic Kitchen content, which is smart. I did use the restroom. It's two stalls and two sinks. The non-handicap/ADA stall is tiny. I'm like a medium-sized woman who is 5'7 and even I was like yikes. When the place is busy/packed I could see a wait or a line for the bathroom. The one major downside...which is not Culturistic Kitchen's fault is that the strip mall is not easy to get out of and onto the main road (Jodeco Rd) especially if you're turning left. The parking lots for all the shops, which are great businesses, should be bigger than it is. Don't be surprised if, during peak times, you may have to park 1-2 doors down from the restaurant. Overall, I would go again. I don't go out to eat that often (there's food at the house ) but if I want a good cocktail and a light snack or try some of their regular food items, I would come again. More than likely, I'd choose an off-peak time because I wouldn't want to experience it at near full capacity but that's just me.
