SO much flavor, but if you're like me and can't handle too much during breakfast i don't recommend ordering it bc it's A LOT of food lol i couldn't finish. it's huge pieces of pork belly with eggs on top of cornbread cake and served with potato wedges!! tbh SOOO cheap for all that you get. normal eggs benedict elsewhere are about the same with so much less food. we also tried their specialty whipped coffee which was okay, i think i expected more since it's one of their most popular items but it's worth trying for sure. the restaurant is basically a house so it feels really cozy and is a super cute spot for a brunch date. i would feel overwhelmed bringing a big group of people here but they have a lot of outside seating too! overall such a great brunch place, definitely made it to one of my top favorites :)

We were craving chicken and waffles, and they did not disappoint! The chicken was juicy and flavorful, and the waffle was perfectly fluffy. Such a good combo! And the coffee was on the sweeter side, but SO good. I couldn't stop drinking it! Our server was great and very attentive, which made the experience even better. Definitely would come back when we're back in Atlanta!

Shout out to Tyler, Tiara, Quay, and the young valet gentleman for making us feel right at home. A special thank you to Kimana. The day after our visit, I ran into her and recognized her from the V12 show. I told her how much I enjoyed my experience at V12, and she surprised me by FaceTiming Vinny since I didn't get a chance to meet him the night before. Such a cool moment! Vinny, thank you for taking the time to talk to me. You made a complete stranger feel like family. Unforgettable. My son and daughter were home from college for break, and Atlanta showed us a great time. V12 was a big part of that, and we can't wait to come back! AOA!

Okay loves... Come on in, take a seat, and listen up…read more This lounge/restaurant is located on top of a gas station AND the gas station is in downtown Atlanta across from the iconic Varsity. With that said, you already know the scene I am setting. When I arrived, I will admit to side-eyeing the scene and people. I almost got back in the Uber and returned home. But the security officer (employed by the gas station) saved me. He reassured me the V12 offered an alternative reality to what I was standing in. Thanks to him, I can bring you this review. Once you step inside of V12, it doesn't feel like the outside. It is vibrant, lively, and intentionally decorated. I arrived at 7p when they opened, so there was no wait even though my group had a reservation. I was greeted by the host who smiled and oozed hospitality. We had a choice of tables, which I appreciated because the host allowed us to explore the many options. There is open seating, lounge (enclosed) seating, and then patio seating balcony style. We chose to sit on the patio, which was fabulous. Our server, Arianna, greeted us with a smile. She had warmth and I never felt rushed by her. We ordered fried lobster bites with the jalapeño aioli. They were delicious, not overcooked. For the entree, we both ordered the lamb chops (cooked to medium temperature) with loaded mash potatoes and haricots verts. Major yum! The dish is prepared in a Caribbean jerk style, so it packs a little heat, but nothing to cry over *wink*. There were about 4-5 sizable chops per order, so the dish is filling. So filling that I didn't have room for dessert. We finished dinner/socializing around 10pm, and I will tell you that is when the shift occurs. It definitely turned into more of a lounge. The music and volume changed as did the incoming guests. V12 offers hookah; however, smoking is allowed on the balcony. For "aunties and uncles" like me, come visit this hidden gem from 7p-10p. Or if you want to stay up past your bedtime with vibes and music, arrive by 10pm.

Decided to give Technica Motorsports a chance, given their Yelp reviews and reputation on the BMW forums. Technica motorsports billed me in the area of $4,500 to replace the following items in the engine: 2 sets of ignition wires (one set for each bank) 12 spark plugs 2 distributor caps and rotors The work was performed in 2015. It's been almost 6 years, and I'm still trying to undo the mess they caused. Crucially, they billed me for correct, OEM parts when aftermarket ignition wires were used, and in addition, did not replace the #6 ignition wire. This wire is the most crucial, as it sends a signal to the engine computer regarding ignition timing - without it, the car will not run well. I've spent thousands of dollars undoing the incompetent job they performed. At this point, I cannot trust the work performed above, or any other work performed, as it's impossible to tell what corners were cut while they did their "work." They will pass themselves off as being competent techs, but they really aren't - one of them tried telling me that my car required premium, which it does not. For the record, this is an M70 V12 motor, which BMW themselves says requires 87 octane (it's a very low compression motor without knock sensors). May seem like a simple thing, but when their representative assures you they're absolutely right, that shows the amount of misplaced hubris this company has. They're also very pricey, and are obviously not worth the gas to drive down to them. For anyone looking for quality work, look somewhere else (such as German Car Repair, in Alpharetta - which I have no affiliation with). Please, save your sanity and your pocketbook. If I weren't outside of the GA statute of limitations, I would proceed down a legal avenue.

Reconnecting with Jeanne Carere was perfect as she is one of the best flute teachers and performers in Atlanta. She and her staff provided great advice on choosing an instrument and setting up the lessons and buying a book for beginners. Her location is perfect for easy access to taking the lessons. Jeanne, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable, obviously loves what she is doing, and is continuing the tradition of excellent service started by her family decades ago. As a second generation music store owner myself, one of the things I like to do when I'm traveling is look up small, local music stores and pay them a visit so I can see how they operate. In my short time hanging out at Carere Music, I witnessed Jeanne demonstrate her great knowledge of the music business and deal with all sorts of situations with the utmost professionalism: selling and renting good quality musical instruments to eager students, young and old; taking in musical instruments for repairs; helping people find new owners for their musical instruments by selling them on consignment; teaching flute students of all ages, improving their playing on a daily basis. Jeanne obviously has a passion for teaching! After hearing Jeanne's incredible flute sound and impeccable sense of pitch on the piccolo it's no wonder she's first call for all sorts of high level concerts all over the Southeast. My mother played the flute/piccolo chair in the North Carolina Symphony, so I know a world class player when I hear one. Every flute and piccolo player in the Atlanta area should be taking lessons with Jeanne! Jeanne, her staff, teachers, and repair people are all professional musicians with a great love for music and are deeply engrossed in the local music scene. The repairman really knows his stuff and works so efficiently he has the fastest turnaround time in the area! Everyone was super friendly and giving of their time. One if the sax teachers took his horn out and played a few tunes with me. He was able to tell me where all the jazz jam sessions take place and give insights on what goes on at each one. I will definitely be back to Carere Music any time I'm visiting or traveling through the Atlanta area!
