Soooo I'm super mixed on writing this review. However, I HAVE to be honest. We visited ATL for the first time and saw many online views of V12. We put the restaurant as a must visit place on our list. We made reservations and was sooo excited as we were having an amazing time in ATL so far. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When we arrived we noticed it was on top of a gas station, but we actually loved that concept... it was really dope inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambience was luxe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Once inside we noticed there were ppl waiting for a party so we knew it'll be busy soon. The waiters took a while to greet us before assigning us to MiMi. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were seated directly at the front which felt weird since it was directly by the entry stairs as well as where the party greeting starts.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] MiMi (0/10) MiMi finally comes back to our table to take our order and her service was absolutely horrible. She was more concerned about her hair vs providing service. Once we got the appetizer from another waiter, she never came over to provide plates..literally had to go to the hostess desk to ask for it. Once we finished that we were ready to order the main dish and more drinks and MiMi yet again was nowhere to be found. I went to the hostess desk again to ask for another waiter. We were informed she was in a mtg and she'll be back... weird again. Once she finally get back, I honestly had to let her know we were not pleased with the service. She informed me she's been on the industry for 3 months so I gave her a few tips, which I think she took ok. Food/Drinks Egg Rolls (6/10) Salmon Bites with Rice (5/10) Drinks (4/10) we literally were served out of different glasses for the same drink as other tables but ours was much less but same price. Then to top it off...no buzz in none of the drinks. I called the mgr over about this, which he gave 1 of us a shot to accommodate even though it was 2 of us...weird again. Overall, other servers chipped in to help us but we left extremely dissatisfied and paying a $200 bill for mid food/ drinks and terrible service.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I enjoyed the vibes of this restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Unfortunately I did get sick from the food. I might come back bur for cocktails only.

Arrived right on time for an 8pm birthday celebration. The area wasn't set up yet, so I got a drink at the bar. I waited a bit to be addressed but then ordered a Passion Sidecar, which came to $26. It was delicious! Once the reserved table was ready, our server was super kind & attentive. I had the wings (10), fries & egg rolls. It was all so good and I think there were only 2 people in the kitchen cooking. My favorite thing was the bread pudding. They could have added fresh fruit instead of the syrup, but overall, I had a nice experience.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]What an amazing establishment. The aesthetic's are stunning and it's definitely a top tier place to visit.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Upon walking in I was warmly greeted with lights camera action by Tyler at the host station. Then I was seated at a cozy table in the VIP area where Arianna proceeded to provide me with amazing service. I ordered a peach gummy bear hookah and it was smooth and clean. Everything about this place was perfect and I will be back. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I truly enjoyed all of the personal touches throughout the restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The owner Vinny is extremely hands on with his restaurant and his hand shines through in the service! Love love love the way he maintains the excellence in his establishment, being the example by showing up in excellence looking amazing and spreading love to all his guests while keeping his staff happy and engaged. If you want to go somewhere in Atlanta that is beyond aesthetically pleasing, customer service centric, with amazing food & hookah, I highly recommend this establishment!

The level of inconsistency between dining in and ordering takeout from V12 is incredibly disappointing. This review is not to tear down the business, but to hold the team accountable and urge them to improve. As a paying customer, I expect the same level of quality whether I'm dining in or ordering out, especially when premium prices are involved. I've dined at V12 in person before, and the experience was great. The fries were fresh and crisp, not the pre-packaged, crinkle-cut, microwaved fries I received in my recent takeout order (see photo below). It was shocking to see such a drastic drop in quality. The biggest letdown was the chopped cheese. I was genuinely excited to try it, but what I received looked more like a poorly made grilled cheese sandwich. The flavor, presentation, and portion were far below expectations. It felt like no care or attention was put into preparing the takeout version of what's marketed as a signature item. There's a growing trend among Atlanta restaurants: charging premium, big-city prices (comparable to Los Angeles) while delivering low-quality food and service (reminiscent of a small-town diner). This is a prime example of that. Customers shouldn't have to gamble on whether their order will be worth what they paid for depending on whether they dine in or take out. V12, you must do better. Takeout orders should reflect the same standard you provide in your restaurant. Until there is a consistent level of care across all service types, I will not be ordering from this establishment again.

First time coming here for my friend birthday. We had an awesome time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The music was ok[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] . [[HIGHLIGHT]]It looks really nice inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our waitress was awesome as well. Very attentive .

The ambiance was great, and the staff was pleasant but the overall service was subpar in comparison to other establishments. Parking is unique but valet was available for $30 and a parking garage is directly behind the restaurant. It appeared as if the restaurant is still developing a flow considering it's a newer spot. However, if service and/or the customer experience is your core priority, I would really hone in on that as you continue to work through the process of opening a new establishment. Good service is hard to forget. The food was delicious and delivered promptly, however, we felt slightly rushed by the server and felt our experience was cut short. We ordered the egg rolls, lobster bites, a burger, fries, and one round of drinks. For context, we were there for 1.15 hours. Overall, it was a good time, not a great time. I do see the potential and will return again.

The short: Great service, hip ambiance, and delicious food. Great place for a fun night out with friends to get dressed up, have good food and drinks and vibe. Weird location and parking. The long: First, it's very unassuming from the outside as it sits in a BP gas station parking lot strip across the intersection from the Varsity. The outside and location do no justice to the inside which is very nice. I really enjoyed the look and feel of V12. The floor to ceiling mirrors in the halls and bathrooms were perfect for photo opportunities. Everyone was friendly, from the hostesses, the servers, security, even the IT guy (met the IT guy as he was there t work on the AV system). Our server, Luna, was prompt, knowledgeable about the menu, and so kind. We put in our orders and the food came out quick without any issues. Our party pretty much ordered most of the apps and several entrees. As you can see pictured I personally ordered the hickory smoked burger and broccolini. Everything I tasted was good, the wings were crispy and well seasoned, the egg roll was delicious, cheesy, and flavorful, and the fries were crispy and well seasoned with more than salt and pepper. The burger was delicious but I didn't care for the bbq sauce on it. However the bacon was crispy and the meat was lightly seasoned. The broccolini was really good too and tasted fresh and still had a crisp bite. I also had a lychee martini and it was delicious and perfectly balanced. The only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is because of the location being in a gas station strip. But I get it, get in where you can...oh and valet parking is $25

Being from Houston, I'm used to amazing food. This place was beautifully decorated and very clean. Loved the section our party sat in. It allowed our group yo ejjpy the vibe and experience privately. The bathroom had floor to ceiling mirrors, which was amazing, as girls love a photo op. The parking was a little chaotic as it's located by a gas station, but valet did their thing. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I was disappointed that the mac-n-cheese was unavailable. I didn't order the lamb chops, but someone in my party did, and they were on the small side. The pricing, in my opinion, was a bit high. Salmon was $41, and so were lamb chops. Those should be different. Cornbread costing $12 is wild. I feel they spent more time on decor and ambiance instead of the menu and pricing. For a Saturday it wasn't too crowded and they have plenty of reservations options online. Food: Lobster bites:10/10 seasoned and fried well, best thing in the menu Salmon 7/10 delicious cooked well, and the sauce it came with had a good flavor. Short rib 9/10 super tender seasoned well, and the portions were huge. Mashed potatoes 3/10 tasted like box potatoes. They were supposed to be Parmesan mashed potatoes buy they needed some flavor they were dry Carrots 3/10 they were a little too crap tasted undercooked Drinks: Ube daiquiri 6/10. Please only order if you like Ube flavor. It has a bit of an aftertaste but is a good silky drink Blackberry Bugatti 8/10 lots of muddled fruit hard to drink needed a bigger straw. It tasted like juice. I didn't taste the Hennessey at all, but it was a good drink overall Parking: Valet $25 Service: we had a larger party so the waitress did great accommodatioing us and gave good recommendations. I will say she did forget some in the party when it was time to order only 1/2 of our orders were placed. She did apologize and continued taking food orders, and the food came out quickly. Atmosphere Dj played r&b to start, and as time went on, he played some hip hop. He kept a nice vibe playing all the jams Location: Gas station coffee shop parking lot

Nothing priced over $50, food was well seasoned. Though with the sweet potato soufflé they could have strained them. It wasn't extremely busy while we were there so the service was great. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Enough lighting to see you menu and food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Valet parking is only $10. They also do separate checks. I definitely want to go back to see what it's like with a crowd.

So the food is good but the customer service is even better. We had a GREAT experience with Cy and Kai! The ladies were so welcoming and Cy's service was impeccable and impressive as a waitress. Thanks again

There is a difference between good food and GREAT food and this place is out of this world. As a Vegan, the fact they have this amazing Buddah Bowl and then the option of blackened tofu- well the dish was far from bland. It was fresh and flavorful and I could not eat the whole thing. My dad had the black and bleu burger and he is a food critic and was so happy he forced himself to finish the whole thing! For fun we split the onion rings and oh my god I've never had better onion rings in my life! And the key lime ‍ pie was DIVINE. 2 grey goose martinis Dad had a beer and a shot and the entire bill was $100- super affordable! You can tell the establishment takes good care for food quality and service. Matt was the star of the show and honestly it's hard to find a good bartender these days lets alone a consummate professional. I live in Rabun County but I can tell you this- when I come down for baseball games- I'll be staying at this hotel and eating at Marlow's again VERY SOON! Obsessed.

Add to the delay, dirty tables. Dirty floor. And you understand why this place struck out. The nachos looked pretty good. But because we had to get them to go, they were soggy by the time we tried them. Same for lemon pepper wings. A quick bite told me these would have been pretty good if I didn't have to bring them on the plane in styrofoam. The side salad to go? Fine. If only the server remembered the dressing requested.
