We came in as a large group of 25 (volleyball team) which can be a challenge for any restaurant. David made it work so the parents could sit together and the teammates. He had a great system so we could split the bill, which made things so much easier for us with 11 families. He was quick taking our orders, making sure we had what we needed, and checked in with us. When we walked in on Sunday around 1pm to watch the Raiders game. The hostess (tall female with glasses and blonde hair) did not acknowledge anyone that walked through the door. She was wiping down menus as if that was the priority of the ONE JOB she was hired to do. Our group, and at least 5 other people were all standing there waiting for attention, acknowledgement, or to be seated by her. Instead, she walked away and was conversing with a male employee. Several tables had not been cleaned after other patrons have eaten and been long gone. Mind you it is "game day" Sunday, so the line of people waiting to be seated is getting longer. Finally, another Hostess that was counting available tables came over and asked if we have been helped. We told her about the poor service from the other hostess, and that we noticed several tables that had been dirty since we arrived over 15 minutes ago. She was very apologetic and proceeded to clean off all the tables herself and seat us as well as the several other people waiting. We ordered what was supposed to be garlic chicken wings with extra garlic on the side and a few beers. The wings had no taste of garlic on them at all, and the so called "side of garlic" we requested was a little cup of butter! Who dips their chicken wings in butter?! If that is the case, at least use some salted or flavored butter for taste. The best part about this place is the location being across the street from the stadium, the space, and the multiple televisions all around it. read more

If you want dinner with a neat view, this is the place. It's right outside Allegiant Stadium and with the doors open, it's like you can touch it. Charles, our server, was knowledge, kind and SO PATIENT with my crazy kids. Food was SPECTACULAR. We came during happy hour so we got $8 nachos and $8 French bread pizza. The nachos had chicken on them and it was cooked to perfection. My kids, of course, had tenders and the 3 adults had different sandwiches. I got the chimi which is a chimichurri marinated steak sandwich and the steak was so tender. My boyfriend got the grilled chicken sandwich and really enjoyed it. "Go big or go home" This was my second time dining at WSKY, and definitely won't be my last. Not only an awesome pre-game and post-game grub spot, but also open 24/7 for us industry folks who work crazy hours. This place is huge, with tables everywhere, a giant bar, and lounge area with a fireplace (so cute). And you can't ignore the view of that giant stadium just across the parking lot. The food: Portions are big and perfect to share. Make sure to get their fries. I've had them plain with their house-made ranch, and I've also had them Korean style with bulgogi and kimchi, they are so good. Highly recommend their sandwiches, more specifically the Italian Grinder, I'll be dreaming of that thing for months. The bread they use is from a local bakery and so freakin fresh. The LA's Grilled Cheese is bomb too (must dip it in the tomato soup). My other favorite items are the chorizo empanadas, mini corn dogs, and nachos. Don't skip dessert! I crave churros on the regular and their churro donuts are now the only way I can satisfy my craving. Tonight I tried the southern strawberry shorty, and I almost cried, it was so beautiful. I'm a custard dessert type of girl and with the moist biscuit (sorry), it's my dream dessert. Not overly sweet, just perfect. You can tell the chefs really care about what they are putting out. Lots of flavors and no shortcuts on their menu. Staff is fun and each person we talked to had their own recommendations, such positive vibes. The only best thing about this place is the location. The wait time was over a hour and meanwhile there was so much empty tables with dirty dishes. So their turn time was not good. Once we got our table our waiter forgot our drinks and also utensils. Our wings were cold outside and lukewarm inside. You can tell they been sitting there. And wow , bathrooms were terrible. No TP in any of the stalls and trash all around. This is so sad because we were looking forward to trying this spot. read more

Been wanting to come here for a while and was really disappointed. I saw online on Wednesday it's BOGO drinks from 7-11 pm so decided to go to try it out . I arrive at 9:30 and ask the bartender about the promotion and he says it starts at 11. I thought okay maybe I read the promotion wrong and go and have a seat . I later see that it's still actively being promoted as BOGO drinks from 7-11 . So I re ask the bartender and he said "oh that ends when the dj leaves and he left " so that was pretty misleading. Anyway I decided to order mine and my wife's food to which I never received 50 minutes later . I let the bartender know I was leaving and to cancel my food . It was a very very slow Wednesday multiple open tables through the whole restaurant. Was very excited to finally try WSKY Stadium after hearing about it since it opened, we had family in town staying close to the restaurant so we decided to met there for lunch at 1:00 in the afternoon on a Sunday, the night before there was a concert at the Allegiant Stadium but we were meeting there in the afternoon so we didn't think it would be a problem. We arrived and the first think we did was use the restroom bit my husband and came out telling each other how horrible dirty they were, almost each stall in the ladies room were dirty with toilet paper on the grown, toilet that were flushed, toilets with no toilet paper, I finally found one that had toilet paper, then I went out to the sink area which again was so dirty and trash can full, then we went to our table I notice the follow was dirty with food and spilt drinks, now we are sitting and we order food, our food is delivered and we are getting what do they doing MOPPING the floor around us, actually moving the tables and furniture around to mop the floor, you could smell the cleaning chemicals in the water, he mopped right around our table has if we weren't there. Then (I think) the manager came out and it looked like he told them him to stop but he didn't he just moved to the side where nobody was. Now understand the place was busy the night before but clean the place before you leave for the night or make sure someone comes in early to clean but DO NOT DO it while people are eating, I was so embarrassed for our guests that we (locals) bought to this place. The food was good, but ruined by the smell of the mopping, will think twice before coming back or telling others to go there. read more

I was really excited to try this place. Looks cool but what a terrible experience. The staff has no idea what they are doing from host to management. They couldn't even figure out how to work their tvs.. Your a sports bar... this is a must lol.. One awful older lady with dark hair that worked there was near the bar yelling at the customers to back off because everyone in this place was pissed and they didn't know how to turn on the playoff game. We missed a good portion of the first quarter due to this. Food was gross.. never again... Oh the beer was cold, so that was a plus. read more

I recently had an incredible experience at WSKY Bar + Grill on Polaris, the brand new 24/7 sports bar and restaurant situated just across the street from Allegiant Stadium. The venue's split-level design, with a family-friendly lower level and an exclusive 21+ elevated space, adds a unique touch. The spacious indoor and outdoor area offers various seating options, including standard tables, high-tops, a bar, and even large party seating near a cozy fireplace. This is not the same pub style like their other locations. This is more of a huge industrial restaurant bar rather than local gaming pub. WSKY also goes above and beyond with its event hall, accommodating up to 240 people and customizable for different gatherings. The bar area features gaming machines for added entertainment. During my visit, the talented and charismatic bartenders Spencer (aka Sexy Spence) and Lily (aka Luscious Lily, just made that up by the way) crafted sensational cocktails. I highly recommend the smoked old fashioned, regular old fashioned, Sageberry Smash, and the inventive bloody beer...all yummy. We also chatted quite a bit with the Lead Server and Banquet maestro, Billy (aka Party Billy since he handles the events). Billy, with his expertise in handling parties and banquets, ensures that every aspect of your experience is top-notch. Adding to the charm of WSKY was the lovely manager, Selena, who I've affectionately dubbed Diva Selena. Her warm demeanor and attention to detail contributed to the overall inviting atmosphere of the establishment. It's clear that the entire team at WSKY is dedicated to providing exceptional service. While I didn't try the food on this visit, the extensive drink menu and the exceptional service from the bartenders left a lasting impression. Additionally, the convenience of a parking garage in the back, complete with a direct entrance to the bar, enhances the overall experience. Keep in mind that on game days at Allegiant Stadium, there might be parking fees, but my visit on a non-event day was free of charge. WSKY has certainly set a high standard for sports bars in the area, and I can't wait to return and explore more whether it be for a meal(there's a lunch special served 1-a-2p) or a happy hour currently Mon-Fri 3p-6p, Sun-Thurs 11p-2a......I'll be back soon! read more

The food was great and I especially loved the fries here and the wings.
