Come to find out that when buying Hokas you want to get half a shoe size larger than what you normally wear. After finding out about this I went to go exchange the shoes for the correct size and they refused. So now I am out $163 with shoes that cause me severe pain. I think the staff should be better educated on the products they sell to keep instances like this from happening in the future. I am a senior with limited income and COPD. I stayed with them after the pandemic was over. Since then I had to move my prescriptions because they stopped pickup. I took my prescriptions to the San Jacinto Supercenter because they have drive thru pharmacy. A few months ago they took down the shade for the cars in Pickup. Then they reduced the number of spaces for pickup. Today, in 97 degree heat I watched the employees bring out trays of 10-20 blue boxes at a time and set them under a shade. When I left there were still stacks of 20-30 boxes that were not picked up. I stopped ordering ice cream because it was melted by the time it got to my car, never mind the 30 drive home to put it in the freezer. I ordered fresh chicken on my purchase today. Had I been late to pick up I would be worried about salmonella. I have been buying my groceries there for 6 years. I am going somewhere else for groceries. My life is worth more than Walmart thinks. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I contacted them today because the Trek website showed a perfect option for my daughter in stock. I called and spoke with Samantha, who confirmed they had it -- it just wasn't built yet. Without hesitation, she offered to have it assembled right away so my daughter could come in and test ride it with no pressure or obligation. We went to the shop, she tried the bike, and she couldn't be happier. The whole experience showed exactly why local shops matter. You can feel the pride and care they put into everything. And as someone who started racing BMX in the late 80s, the highlight of my visit might have been spotting a mint Haro Group 1 RS2 sitting on the floor. Original number plate, grips, everything. When we had to reschedule for a different date, and they were able to accommodate with no issue over the phone. For hydro bikes, we were able to bring our two dogs. They do not have life jackets for the dogs, but they recommend having your dog's harness, in a case they fall in. They do offer lift jackets for humans. They only had paid parking in the back and spaces were limited as it's shared with restaurants and people who come to fish here. The hydro bikes also has a place to put your water bottles and a small storage. We had great time renting from Disco. I think my dogs enjoyed it as well.
