There are so many products that it can be hard to know where to start, but the store itself was organized enough for me to browse while getting some help. I was greeted by a lady whose name I didn't catch, and she really helped me narrow down what would work best for my needs. She was blunt, honest, and straightforward, which I actually appreciated because I'd rather get real advice than feel like someone is just trying to sell me anything. The products she pointed me toward made sense, and she clearly knew what she was talking about. Overall, the service made my visit much easier and less stressful. I've been coming to the Hemet location since I was 6 years old (now 32) back when it was located in another part of town. I love the Menifee location as well but this is my home store for sure. All the decades I've been coming here I've NEVER had a bad service, not once and sometimes I'm in this damn store 3-4 times a week lol, I'm always touching up or changing my hair, nails etc. And this store always has me covered and if something is out of stock, it usually isn't a long wait until it's back in stock. They have full selection of artificial nail products as well. I just love Sally's and this store is what it's all about. read more

I came in today looking to fix my hair and the worker who helped me SAVED ME with the products she recommended. Whoever she is, GIVE HER A RAISE, I'm just really grateful. I came in asking for help for some brown dye I put on top of my head and used color remover on which left it kind of ginger. (I bleached my roots as a touch up and they refused to tone, so in a panic I just put brown box dye on top since I had work the next day). She recommended some bleaches to me and I chose the Ion Lightening Cream and she brought me some protein treatments. She was really well-informed on the products so it was easy to use the products once I got home. I took her advice and now my hair is exactly how I wanted it !!!! None of my hair fell out or felt rubbery and gross and one of the hair treatments she brought to me left my hair super soft! I was in dire need for a nail file! Came in to check out my local Sally's because they have ones that seem to last forever. I was greeted immediately entering the store (which I happen to love). Only two employees working and both were very nice. I was not assisted because they were with other customers. I walked around and finally found the files. When did fingernail polish get so expensive? They had a "typical" clearance table some some cool products. Sally's had a great selection of clippers with many of them being discounted. Do not forget to sign up for the Sally's Club to receive extra savings and club prices. Parking is plentiful. I just wish they had more people working when I come in. read more

3 stars because it really was an okay experience. It could've been great or better. Every time I shop here it's because I need a product for my hair. I usually put off shopping here for as long as I can; because I know I'll be dealing with bitchy, snooty, attitudes from the employees. The women that usually work here almost always lack good customer service. I have sometimes asked questions in regard to hair etc., and the women aren't knowledgeable in the products. New to the neighborhood and I needed color. This is the closest Sally's to me. I've been here before a few times. As soon as I walked in I got a really weird vibe from the girl with the yellow peekaboos. I was greeted asked if I needed help and I replied hi back, no thank you I'm fine. As soon as I walk next to her to grab some color and a few other items she completely runs to the other way. I found this to be hilarious, I'm fully vaccinated and I'm wearing a mask. To each there own. I want through the isles to see what other things they had. The store was pretty clean and everything was very nice and organized. Unfortunately it did not have that many items on the shelf's. Everything with understocked. Three other people walked in right after me. When I was ready to be rung up she runs to the register again and was really weird. I thought really uncomfortable vibe like I just was not wanted in the store. She asked for my phone number nothing out of the ordinary. What i did find strange was the fact that she made me confirm it was me. She made me confirm my first name, last name and email before I can view it on the screen. As she just stared at me with a weird look. I thought that was super weird and just wanted to get out of this store. The Receipt also just thrown on the counter. I grab my things, receipt and left as fast as i could. I definitely won't be coming here ever again. I'll look into going somewhere else. I'll drive an hour if I have to. read more

I like this store a lot, because of an employee named, Paola A Covarrubias, who is extremely helpful. My mother & I have been coming to this store for many years, bc of the great customer service from Paola. My mother was having trouble lightening her hair color, getting hair dye to cover her gray hair, & still match the color of the rest of her hair. In other words, my mom had 2 colors in her hair. To emphasize, her hair was lighter on the roots & darker on the rest of her hair. Well, we asked Paola to help us find a match & she did. The two different colors had to be applied at certain times, for example the lighter color had to be applied first to the roots, & then the darker color had to be applied last. In the end, my moms hair was all the same color. We wish we would have known this before, bc other hair stylist wanted my mom to use bleach to lighten her hair color. We said absolutely not and thank goodness we met Paola, bc she is so sweet & kind. Paola is the only one who helped us, & we will continue to go to this Sally's as long as Paola works there. read more

Walked in with my wife and daughter and got zero help. When we asked for help they just tell you over there on such and such location and leave it to you to get it. My wife, my daughter and I were trying to ask questions and it was no that wont work you still need this and that. They seemed bothered by attempting to help us. Finally we put the items back and said we will go where someone wants to help us. There was a lady standing behind us at the register and when we were leaving the cashier just left the register with the lady behind us standing there. She asked are you still opwn i was standing in line. She tells her no, you have to go to the other line which had about 5 other people. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE- NO SMILING ASSOCIATES AND THEY WERE VERY COLD AND DOWN RIGHT BOTHERED TO BE ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE. read more

This Sally's location is decent. I feel like the employees are always a bit too busy talking to each other or other customers to assist you, but I normally find everything myself anyway. The store is fairly clean and organized. I shop here because it is the closest location, not because of the service or facility. I would recommend the Menifee location. read more

Nail polish stock is almost non-existant! I asked where they had Gel Polish and the young lady stated "we don't carry Gel Polish". This was frustrating to say the least! Then I asked where their any additional yellow buffing blocks to what she replied was"we are all out, and delivery will not be for one week!!! So I purchased the last one. She attempted to offer a large pack of white buffing blocks as an alternative choice. This is a shame because this store has empty shelves and the entire store is old any dusty. Coming to Hemet after living 100 miles away its sad to see this poor repsentation of Sally Beauty Supply. I will not waste my time here again. read more

Came here for some clippers, and got help from an employee named Paola, she was extremely helpful on giving me details of what brands of clippers the store sells , and she explained to me about the membership and sales that they were offering, and i got 5 dollar yearly fee , and I can tell she knows her expertise in hair cuts by the way she explains herself, I have to say I will be back more often , thanks to Paola , the good looking one ;) read more

Very disappointed with this business! I looked up their hours of operation and found out they closed at 6pm. I rushed there after work and thought I made it right on time, getting there at 5:50pm. Even though there were patrons still in the store, they had already locked their doors and closed the gate almost completely. After waiting some time and realizing they were avoiding opening the door while i was standing in front of it, i ended up leaving. I am a first responder and had been working 10 to 12 hour days and was hoping to get some necessities since all salons were closed. This business obviously doesn't care to provide relief to those in need of their supplies. Unfortunately, I will not be supporting this business any longer. read more

You can always find something good at Sally's. Good convenient location with plenty of parking. The store hours are not what I would like sometimes, but we are in Hemet so you can't really fault them for that. For the most part customer service is pretty decent. They tend to be understaffed in my opinion. If someone is at the register and there is a line, then good luck finding someone on the floor to help you. They are probably hiding in the stock room. read more

Customer service sucks!!!! A bigger girl very attractive was soo rude & told me to get my own free bag with purchase. I asked which one? She just pointed like I was stupid. Then she watched me as I was having trouble getting it up soo high. She reluctantly came got it down & handed it to me very irritated. I walk in, grab my Foot Miracle lotion, pay for it and walk out. Took less than 2 minutes. This stuff really works, best foot lotion on the market. They might sell it at Target or Walmart, but Sally Beauty Supply is the most convenient place to get it. read more

I went in yesterday to return some color that I bought a few of. I bought 3 of the same color but after one use realized the color wasn't for me. An Employee named Brittany came in to work and immediately put her purse down and told me she could help me. She was very helpful and helped me find the right color for me! I asked her about after color conditioner and she walked me to where the tube was instead of just telling me where it was.
