At the last minute, I decided I still wanted to make my son's 21st birthday special with an ice cream cake. After seeing so many recommendations in Town Chatter, I reached out to Mandy's Ice Cream. She responded quickly, explained the ordering process, and made everything so easy. There were so many amazing flavors to choose from! We finally decided on banana cream pie ice cream, strawberry cheesecake ice cream, vanilla cake, and whipped icing--and it was absolutely divine! My son said it was his favorite birthday cake he's ever had, and we all agreed it was absolutely delicious. Not only was the cake amazing, but the presentation and packaging were beautiful. Mandy even included a birthday card for my son, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. It's little gestures like that that show how much she genuinely cares about her customers and her small business. They have several different cone options, or you can get your ice cream in a cup. I also love that they offer different sizes, especially the Junior size. It's the perfect portion for me without being too much or make a mess with the cone. The inside is cute and has a nice local flair. There's seating inside, along with a couple of benches outside. It can get pretty busy here at times, so just be prepared for a wait when it's crowded. Restrooms are located inside, which is always a plus. They also offer taste testers, so you can try a flavor before committing. Service is always great, and I usually see teens working when I visit. Prices are fair for the quality and the homemade ice cream. Definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to when I'm in the area!
