Great hotel choice if you're staying in Boca Raton! There are plenty of restaurants and coffee spots within walking distance, which made everything super convenient. The pool area is especially beautiful at night with the lighting, and the gym has all the essentials and is open 24 hours. One of the highlights was the service--the receptionist was incredibly kind. I stayed here before and after my cruise, and he actually remembered me, which made the experience feel very personal. Even though we kept the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the entire time, the staff still left thoughtful notes under the door letting us know we could call the front desk if we needed anything, including fresh towels. I genuinely enjoyed my stay at the Wyndham Boca Raton, but what really stood out was the follow-up service after I checked out. I accidentally left a couple of personal items behind [one of them being a makeup palette that I adored iykyk] and the team reached out to me more than once to make sure everything was returned properly. That level of care matters, especially when it would have been easy to shrug and not care much about. The stay itself was comfortable and enjoyable -- salivated over the short rib dish. The extra effort from the staff was truly the icing on the cake. It turned a small mistake on my end into a positive, memorable experience. Hard bed alert . A lovely lovely property has fallen prey to the American hotel renovation syndrome. The property looks like a Spanish office building from the outside but is lush & gracious inside. Fresh flowers feel sooo thoughtful.. Lovely pool & hot tub area that's gorgeous at night. I do miss the shuttle and yoga but the beds are the biggest issue. They're rock hard! Bedding is cheap & tiny pillows are sad. Can't say I won't come back because even without the shuttle there's restaurants and Town Center that's walkable but I would byob bring your own bedding! read more

We booked 45 Rooms for a wedding weekend through Sales Manager for Alezandra who was wonderful. Alezandra was available for inquiries worked out some complicated issues to make everyone's stay amazing. The rooms were beautiful and spotless had a huge pool and hot tub with resort style drinks and food available. A cafe on the second level and every store you could want within five minutes. The front desk staff were the kindest most professional people I've ever encountered in my hotel stays. I have never seen a front desk staff as wonderful as Adrienne, Jusline, Kamala, and Jauana . The property is huge with multiple levels and crevices to relax and enjoy your stay. Prices were very reasonable for the accommodations don't think twice about booking this hotel. read more

The place is centrally located in the Boca Area which is helpful to those who need to be in the area, but this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Firstly, there is no real refrigerator in the room... It is a cooler that only chills via a heat sink coil and really doesn't get cold. Secondly, there are no microwaves in the rooms, just a common microwave on the 2nd floor for you to stand in line behind others who want to re-heat their food. The beds are typical, not great, but I could sleep, the overall room is also typical. This is an old and dated place that has attempted to "update" their rooms by installing offset keureg cabinets next to old telephone jacks and the experience just doesn't work. Will not stay at this hotel again. Room was not clean, bathroom doesn't have towel racks to leave your wet towels on, grout around bathtub had a big yellow stain. The night clerk was not hospitable and abrupt. He acted as if we were interrupting his evening when we checked in. We have been in the hospitality business and the desk clerks need more education in this area! read more

My hubby and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel the location is perfect in lovely Boco Raton. The cleaning personal did an amazing job cleaning the rooms on a daily basis it was appreciated very much. The pool area was lovely it was great to spend time in the area both day and night. The area was always clean. The only crazy thing that occurred during our stay was that the fire alarm system went off twice the local fire trucks had to come, until now we still have no clue why this occurred. The service has been very disappointing. The overall stay was fine. I stayed here twice and the first time was great. The restaurant is great and the cafe is lovely. The second time the room was more run down and I found a cockroach in the room near the glass sliding door. The employees could really have cared less. When I tried to book the third time there were issues with the staff. They continually gave me incorrect information and then tried to cover up their mistakes. I was having surgery in Boca Raton FL last week and stayed at this hotel. It was by far the worst place I have ever stayed. We stayed in a 4 star suite and the A/C didn't work in May so they tried to fix it and brought us a fan. Then another fan and we asked for another room but they said that would be no better. Since we paid in advance through Expedia we were given no compensation and treated like animals. We will NEVER Never use a Wyndham property again. This place has not been updated in at least 20 years!!! It's a disgrace and all management can say is "sorry" you had this experience!!! read more

We made a last minute reservation for a 1 br suite and got room 330. We're pretty disappointed with the state of the room and the building in general. On our way up to the 3rd floor, we noted that the elevator stunk of some mystery funk. It smelled like a sewer pipe mixed with old mop water and 6 day old Chai latte on top. Awful and unfortunately the smell persisted for 2 straight days! Also, on our way to our hallway, we spotted a giant roach running amok. Revolting. Once we got settled into the room, we noted its dilapidated state. Walls were chipped, scratched and stained, the shower curtain was ripped in multiple spots, the shower head leaked, the blackout curtain was full of holes, the AC was jet airplane loud and took ages to cool the room, the balcony door didn't lock (major safety hazard for kids), and we had ants in the tiny kitchen area. I have to say, every moment in the room was aggravating. The only redeeming thing about the hotel at all was the fabulous pool which was largely empty and pleasantly heated. That's it though. All in all, I would absolutely not come back here. At $180 a night, this place is a ripoff. read more

If it hadn't been for us changing rooms and spending our last night in a suite, during our first stay here, I wouldn't want to visit again. Our first night was spent in one of their standard rooms with a king sized bed and a small balcony overlooking the parking lot. It's an unpleasant view. If you want privacy and a place to escape, then that's the room for you. If not, I'd highly recommend a standard room located on the inside of the hotel overlooking the pool area or, if you desire a suite that comes with a kitchenette, full living room area, two t.v.'s, and a balcony overlooking the beautiful pool area that's decorated with table and chairs, do it. It's absolutely worth it. And if you get hungry, the Farmers Table and the Farmers Table Express are directly attached to the hotel, located downstairs with convenient access from the pool area.  They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. TrendTea, Boca Raton, is a premier tea lounge located on the second floor. It opens from 6:30-3pm. They offer a range of delicious loose-leaf teas, gourmet coffees, and snacks. And if you're into yoga, Wyndham offers 36 classes in the hotel that's open to guests staying at the hotel. I've thoroughly enjoyed my visits and am looking forward to many more as 'Staycations' are a favorite indulgence of mine and my husbands. read more

I see this place had some bad reviews and good reviews. Our room was super clean. The entire hotel had a bit of a musk smell but it's Florida and a lot of places do so it didn't bother me. The rooms have nice AC and air purifiers so I felt great and sleep great. The hotel was clean. The gym, super clean, and the pool area was nice as well. It's not some super modern expensive hotel. You get what you pay for. The restaurant attached, the Farmers Table, was really tasty too. We went for breakfast and for dinner. Recommended. There's a lot of options in the area. My family and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was clean and the employees were very nice. A good thing about the hotel is all of the extra parking. I personally loved the fact that there are various areas that you can purchase food that are "connected" to the hotel. For example, on the second floor they have a small coffee/tea shop where like a Starbucks they sell various things fa for you to eat. They also have the restaurant Farmer's Table that is also there. That restaurant has all types of food and an open bar. For all of us working or studying, it's so important that when staying at a hotel we have wifi, or areas outside of the room where you can work (this hotel does). Aside from the tea/coffee shop they also have an outdoor terrace with tables and on the first floor tables with computers. I didn't get in the pool, but it is beautiful. It seemed all of the families their truly enjoyed it. Cons: the elevator smelled somewhat humid, the room at times as well (I'm guessing it's that general carpet smell) and the air conditioning filters in the room were dusty. read more

It's a Wyndham, not the luxurious 5 star JW so the room are simple but modern and clean. There's a small gym which is nice and functional but limited. What I love is the pool area. Upon arrival OnSite Parking is available in their private lot with plenty of Parking Spaces. The Lobby is bright, open, and well laid out. Front Desk Staff was pleasant and accommodating. The Hotel Amenities Include: -Free WIFI throughout the Hotel -Salt Water Pool & Hot Tub -Vending Machines -Farm to Table Restaurant On Site -Free Shuttle Service Within 3 Miles -Check In is at 3pm // Check Out 12pm -No Pets Allowed -Yoga Studio Our Room Reserved was a King Suite complete with an Office Desk, Living Room, Kitchenette, and a Spacious Balcony Overlooking the Pool Area. The room was very spacious, having all of the necessary items for your stay i.e. Iron & Ironing Board- Mini Fridge- Coffee Machine- BlackOut Patio Window Screen- Multiple TV's- and more! The room definitely could use some updating but was comfortable with the King Mattress being more comfortable than most Hotel Beds. We enjoyed our short stay with no problems whatsoever. This review is specifically for if you rent a suite. To start off right when you walk into the hotel it smells like mold with a hint of peppermint. Then we get to the suite expecting to be refreshed when we walked in and it felt as though it was the same temperature in our room. The suite is supposed to accommodate six people and that's how many people stayed in our room. My daughter went down to the main desk to ask for another fan around midnight for the living area where she was sleeping on the pull out couch, we were given a fan that was blowing nothing but warm air. The next morning it was still was too hot, they gave us a dehumidifier that did absolutely nothing. Later that night i went down again because it was still too hot and Brandon Baxter (assistant front office manager) told me that people have complained before and he can't do anything about it, maintenence was standing near and offered to check the room for us and when he came up he agreed that it was uncomfortably hot and he got a another fan for the room, which again only blew warm air. Another instance that left a bad taste in my mouth was peoples garbage from their room was left outside of their room in the hallway for hours that as soon as we walked out of our room all you smelt was garbage. Around 1030pm​ We had to book another hotel room at the holiday inn about 6 minutes down the road, I had to pack my wife and 4 kids stuff up so we could enjoy our vacation and not wake up sweating. Brandon Baxter was nothing but rude and disrespectful, acting like he was above us. I do not recommend purchasing a suite in this hotel. read more

Great location convenient to the highway and Whole Foods. The room layout is not great. Booked a suite but there are no doors and the sink is in the bedroom so there's no privacy unless you are literally on the toilet or in the shower. So you can't even be awake when another person is asleep because if you turn the light on everyone is up, defeating the purpose of a suite. The furnishings are dated and I had to call for repairs on the shower and the fridge. On the plus side the pool setup if much better than most hotels in the price point and there is a great coffee shop and the best restaurant ever, the Farmer's Table and right down the street a raw juice bar. Because of covid there was no daily cleaning but I actually appreciated that because I didn't want people coming in and out. read more

One comment - stay at the Marriott across the street. Room is dirty, stains on carpeting and wall plus toilet was out of order. Moved rooms 2x in 24 hours. No real breakfast served so had to dine at Marriott every day which has a nice restaurant. Also they have Starbucks coffee urns in lobby for all guests. We had to pay $8 daily at Wyndham for 2 coffees. No attention to details, will not stay here again nor recommend this hotel. read more

I am currently staying here and the hotel allows kids to be loud and rude in the pool area. Never coming back. I spoke to hotel staff and they were okay with this behavior. While in the pool I was splashed by the obnoxious kids and had footballs thrown over me. Also, the kids were running all over the place. I didn't really love our stay cation - we live not far from here and decided to come here for two nights with the family. The hotel seems old to me - though I know they have updated some of the lobby furniture but the room (which they consider a suite) seems a bit outdated. Its fine but I would've liked the housekeeping to do a better job. We had to call down to have them come and clean up the room. When we got back from dinner (We told them we were leaving to go out), the room still hadn't been done. We had to call again and they said oh yes, they went to the room but you weren't there. I never heard of someone not cleaning a room b/c we weren't there. They should have told us that when we called the first time. The person did 1/2 a job b/c when we came back again they left their cleaning supplies in there. My daughter heard one of the cleaners say this wasn't their regular shift so they didn't know that it wasn't good. Very strange. It also seems strange to me that there really aren't enough lounge chairs by the pool. The pool could have been warmer and I'm not sure for New Years why they didn't do anything outside (besides Farmers Table having a big fancy party for $100/per person). It would have meant a lot to us if they had done a little ty! I would have thought they could have left us a chocolate or something on the pillow to say Happy New Year. There was no turn down service. There was a big stain by one of the beds (the one next to the balcony) on the carpet that was there when we came into the room. The air conditioning sounds like a car motor or a dishwasher stirring all night. It blows freezing cold air so whomever is sleeping right next to it freezes while the rest of the room doesn't cool off well. It is mounted by the window. The elevators had a weird smell in them that surprised me - no matter which one of the two I took. I was surprised that the doors to the lobby going out were so old (instead of automatic doors). Booked this hotel through hotwire just for a one night stay. When I pulled up on a Friday night, I wasn't really expecting much. The price for the area was the going average rate. I really liked the look and layout of the resort. It gave a Spanish / Mediterranean type look. The hotel is in a great location, not far from I-95 (within 3-4 mins), and it is surrounded by many nice restaurants. One of the key factors I enjoyed about this resort was that they had a restaurant on the property. This was very convenient for me because I was very very tired. I came in late from a full work day then a 3 hr drive to Boca Raton. My interaction with the staff here was very pleasant and helpful. Even when I needed to checkout later than the normal checkout time the staff was very helpful and gave me the ok. The resort was clean from what I saw. The room & bathroom were a little more spacious than the normal hotel rooms. Same layout. I also had a sliding door with the balcony which was great. I had the chance to wake up that morning and sit near the balcony with the sliding door open during the coolness of the morning and read a bit. They have a great Café for breakfast and lunch. Just minor smoothies, coffee, wraps, pastries, etc. on the 2nd floor and a nice pool in the middle of the resort. I would definitely come back here if I stayed in the Boca Raton area. This hotel is a room is a remodel with clean contemporary lines, new bathrooms. Large 2 story open lobby. The outside stucco still gives this place an outdated feel. Has a hair product smell like a perm or hair relaxer bit Outdoor pool and hot tub is large unfortunately the nearby college uses this HOTEL to House there Students as Full Time dorms, so you do get out door pool hot tub noise at 2-3 4 AM waking up up. Causing a phone call to the front desk to remove the MTV College Party Kids pack to there beds. The old saying is YOU GET What you Pay For. I am a Marriot Hotel Elite Guest at the very last minute switched to this hotel to save $160 on a three night stay frankly the Marriot was the better value. Newer property better amenities cleaner feel, much much much quieter since we had just stayed there in August. BUT, the entire hotel smelled like roach killer or something and the staff was not exactly smart nor caring. Secondly, Its just been fixed up "so they say" - You get into a king room and they don't have a KING PILLOW or even a FULL SIZED PILLOW. The property has undergone an extensive multi-million dollar renovation in late 2008 / early 2009 as part of the re-branding under the Wyndham flag. The previous review posted here seem to be referring to a visit that took place during the last days of the Holiday Inn affiliation. The hotel is conveniently located right off I-95 and Glades Road -- within a mile of Florida Atlantic University and 1/2 mile of the Town Center at Boca Raton Mall - an enormous mall featuring anchors Bloomingdale's, Macy*s, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Sears, along with a host of specialty retailers and terrific restaurants that run the gamut from The Capital Grille to Legal Sea Foods, California Pizza Kitchen, and The Cheesecake Factory/Grand Lux Cafe to the usual food court staples like Chick-fil-a, Salad Creations, and Cajun Grill. Our newly refurbished room and bathroom on the 3rd floor was spacious, decorated in modern style, quiet, and spotless. Each room has individually-controllable heating/air conditioning units. Our room featured a king-sized bed with luxurious bedding, a 32" LCD flat screen TV, and a good-sized workspace with an Aeron-style chair. The rooms are equipped with wired and wi-fi high-speed internet access; there is also a business center on the 2nd floor that is equipped with two PCs and a laser printer. In addition, the lobby and pool area are exquisite. The pool is beautifully landscaped with fountains and palm trees. Be sure to ask for a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The highly rated Bova Cucina restaurant is located at the hotel; take out is available for guests. The staff is second-to-none. I'm a small person & I couldn't really fit comfortably. The bathroom mirrors fogged up immediately due to the poor room air circulation. Just overall old feeling in the room. Clean. Good front desk service and doorman. Well lit lobby and comfortable seating around hotel. This is a convenient place to stay as it is right next to the Boca Town Center Mall. The pool area is nice and clean. There is an amazing restaurant connected to the hotel called Farmers Table. I would recommend calling ahead or making a reservation because they get very busy. The room itself is clean and well kept. When I stayed there, there was a very strong scent that was spa-like all over the hotel but right around mid-hallway on my floor, there was a mold or heavy paint smell. The hotel was under renovation when I stayed there so that could've been the cause of it. The service desk was very helpful when I requested a late check out in order to do brunch at the restaurant the next day. Overall satisfied with my stay at Wyndham. read more

Hotel. Having the need for a hotel in the Boca Raton area and my usual choice being booked up, I had to look around to see what was available and the Wyndham Garden came up as a possibility. I went and checked the website and it appeared to have what I needed in the way of a place to lay my head so I booked it. Conveniently located right down the street from the Boca Town Center mall, it was a breeze to get in out of this place. There is a nice lobby when you walk in with an open air atrium that goes up a few floors. The service desk was manned by two sweet attendants and they got me situated and on my way to a room in a few minutes. Since I was in town for business, I took a few minutes to freshen up from my flight and then get on the road to get the business of the day underway. The room proper was in good shape and neither too old nor too modern - it felt like a standard hotel room and the beds were comfy. The TV was a bit wonky as you had to go through all sorts of contortions to get it to change channels from the preprogrammed "menu" that pops up as soon as you turn it on- they try hard to get you to purchase movies etc. Free wifi is available in all the rooms. The bathrooms were decent -again a bit on the older side, but not decrepit. The vanity lights had an odd system of coming on dull, then brightening to full power. This could be a bit maddening particularly if you just wanted to pluck a hair or maybe pick your nose... just saying... The hot water was almost scalding hot I had one of those trick shower nozzle things that got hotter as you turned it to the blue colored "cold" end. Took some getting used to. Pressure was good and I was able to scrub my butt clean which is the whole point of the thing so all in all it was fine. I had a room facing the nice pool area with a little balcony. The screen / sliding door was in dire need of some lubrication but after a few minutes of fiddling with it, you could venture out onto the tiny patio - but there was no furniture there so not a whole lot to do unless you wanted to stand out there. The pool area was very nice - large fountain in the courtyard when you exit the building, palm tree all around and plenty of lounge chairs to plop your ass after a long day of doing business. Great for unwinding. The water in the pool was warm and there was also an outdoor hot tub. Nice. A small café was available with some breakfast and lunch items but if you were really hungry you had to leave the premises to solve that problem. Overall it was a nice place to stay - about $40 cheaper per night than the Marriott with not a whole lot of difference except for lack of food and location. I would hit it again. read more

This was the worst hotel we ever stayed at. We had a booked stay for 3 days for business. Unfortunately on the 1 night we received information we may have been exposed to Covid. We were concerned about exposing the other guests in the hotel, so we checked out the next day. The Wyndham Boca Raton refused to refund the other 2 days we had booked. I have contacted them many times and they give me a run around, we are talking over 500.00 -so never book at Wyndham Hotels. read more

Pros: Beautiful interior Comfortable bed Nice staff Location is close to 95 Cons: Very noisy!!! You can hear the toilet flush from the room next door. You can hear conversations between rooms. At 6am-7:30am constant LOUD noise from outside - dump truck banging around in the parking lot and weed whacker right outside the window are your alarm clock. So if you're staying here to sleep in...forget it. Bathroom- 2 bath towels for 2 people? As in 1 towel per person? Really??? By the way they are small. I'm a petite, small framed woman and they are too small. But since when does a hotel only have 2 towels?? Women use another towel for hair and whatnot. HOUSEKEEPING comes by at 8:30am??? I didn't hear the knock while in the bathroom and see a woman coming into the room. WOW. No fridge. Eh not a dealbreaker but it's worth mentioning And the rooms are freezing!! And you can't adjust the temperature. I've stayed in plenty of FL hotels that typically blast the AC and are an ice box. That's normal. But there's usually a way to adjust the temp...most people love a cold room. I'm one of them. I hate waking up feeling hot at night. But this? This place is beyond reasonable in terms of freezing. It's truly arctic. I recommend bringing a blanket from home. I'm a local to Boca so I had to go get a blanket in order to make it bearable. The hotel blankets here suck. Really it's OK if you are here for work and don't mind waking up early, will leave before 8:30am and don't mind the noise at night from other rooms. And if you're here solo, having only 2 towels is totally fine. But DO NOT stay if you want to relax and get rest and are here for vacation or are here with other people. NOT WORTH IT!!!! read more
