Stayed at the Marriott for a quick getaway and loved the convenience of its location in Boca Town Center it's close to everything! While the hotel could use some updates, it truly shines in other areas. Five stars for the food, cleanliness, and outstanding service. The M Club never disappoints with its amazing food selection. Special thanks to Kennedy for the exceptional service as always your attention and warmth make every stay even better!

One of the greatest hotels I have stayed in lately. The customer service was beyond excellent (I'm mostly talking about lounge and the cafeteria), the room was very clean and everything was working as it should be. The housekeeping services were also great, everyone was just really friendly and we felt welcomed. I have to add, I was positively surprised about the lounge service both for breakfast and 5pm - 7:30pm service. Such an excellent variety of appetizers, everything was so clean and the plates were always filled up. They also had fresh Starbucks coffee 24/7 at the lounge, including plant based "milk" in the fridge that I haven't seen in many places in the US. Always snacks, sodas, water available.. The view from our room was beautiful, and the hotel and very quiet, no worries about the noise from hallway or street. The only minus - we had problem with our A/C, it smelled like burn so we kept it off.

Beautiful area and newly renovated hotel. I love that the plaza and food options are right there. I will definitely be back.

This is not a full service Marriott level quality hotel--- and due to my titanium status I was "upgraded to a suite" that is more disgusting than probably a regular room. The furniture quality resembles that of a frat house. The M lounge located on the first floor did not have any snacks for the daytime only sodas which I guess is par for the course these days. The pool is rather small and condensed, and the photos on the website are very deceiving. This is definitely not worth the price.

I had a really stressful night after the Hilton in Miami Downtown did not hold proper communication about my initial reservation (which they ended up charging me anyways-the worst hotel ever). Anyways, we began the drive back to Orlando at 4 am, but desperately wanted to get some shut eye. Called around Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton and they were all full or no longer taking bookings. Finally, called this Marriot and they had availability. FELIX was an angel and one of the best front desk personnel I have ever encountered so far. He allowed us to stay in the exclusive lounge while we waited to book our room at 5 AM to have the stay for one night instead of charging for two nights. He was extremely thoughtful, as I was ready to pay for the two nights even though one night was pretty much over. I hope upper management and corporate recognize that his actions are what drives customers to be loyal. Going forward-I am exclusively booking with Marriot and any related hotels associated with Marriott Bonvoy. This hotel is extremely clean, properly well kept, and had great customer service. Bed was comfortable. Definitely will stay here in the future and would 10000% recommend the stay.

We went here for a staycation to celebrate my sons's 11th birthday! I thought maybe just maybe they would've had a card or a chocolate in the room for him- but no. In any event, we had a nice room on the concierge floor. We loved our view- we could practically see Miami from our window! We had access to the special lounge since we were on a concierge floor so that was nice- water, coffee, nuts, bananas and nice relaxing chairs. I liked that we were able to go to hibachi just a stone's throw and walk across the street for bowling! Didn't have to move our car once!

Phenomenal service from both bars, inside and outside. Bartenders Mike and Darlene were absolutely amazing.

It's locate in a warehouse building in a business plaze because it's just a Venues & Event Spaces and not a restaurant, so they do not serve food or drinks here. However, we had arranged caterings to bring the food in, and we brought wines and cocktails which their staff helped serving them. So basically it is what it is, a very simple empty space which you can make what you can make of it. I am not sure the management provided the backgrounds and curtains as they looked simple but nice. The IT staff brought in the screen for presentations and the loud speakers for music and announcements. As the meeting getting to the end, I felt it went smoothly and thought the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I thought was parking could be a challenge. If you plan to have a large group of people attending a event here, there will not be enough parking spaces in front of the building. Your guests may have to park out in the back and walk around the building to get in.

I do recommend that you visit the museum as early as possible to have the best experience with fewer people and cooler temperatures. However, the real showstopper here is Roji-en (Garden of the Drips of Dew) - the 16 acre Japanese garden with over a mile of accessible walking paths to explore and enjoy. The original museum building (the Yamato-kan) measures approximately 2,000 square feet and is set inside the garden. There is a huge pond in the garden as well, and plenty of nooks and crannies to discover/ When driving into the museum grounds, you experience part of the 200-acre Morikami Park, which includes pine forests, nature trails, and picnic spaces. Beautiful and clean room. Stunning pool with amazing warm water. Next time in 2026 our room unfortunately was smelling too much of chemicals and the carpet was a bit wet. We arrived very late with lots of luggage, and were too tired to change the room. Our mistake.. because the next morning our son had bad allergies - stuffy nose, teary eyes and constant sneezing and coughing. Thankfully we only stayed there one night and by the end of next day his allergies were gone. So lesson learned - do not stay in the room that smells odd (my son said room smells like urine. Not sure, maybe thats why the carpet was wet as they tried washing it right before). However, the front desk was very understanding and sent someone to inspect the room and place a fan in the room when we were gone. We would definitely stay at this hotel again, with precautions, of course.

I did not have the time to spend in it, but the pool area appeared like a resort style pool. The room was spacious and modern with plenty of power plugs. What I did not appreciate was that there was no acknowledgement for my loyalty to Marriott. Typically, I am told about Executive Lounge (IF they have one) and told about the amenities that the hotel offers. However, this also was not the case. I had to look on the website to figure out about the Executive Lounge, and call to find out specifically where it is at. The Executive Lounge, had the traditional breakfast offering. What did turn me completely off was when I went over to the ham that was rolled, I could see a green item on it. To me, this green item I saw was mold. Was I overly impressed with the menu offerings for breakfast, not necessarily.
