The hotel is in a great location with plenty of parking, which made everything so convenient. The staff were incredibly welcoming, warm, and knowledgeable they really made us feel at home. Our room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and we had breakfast included with our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety. A special thank you to the front desk team for being so friendly and kind. Thank you for an amazing stay. Highly recommend!

One of the greatest hotels I have stayed in lately. The customer service was beyond excellent (I'm mostly talking about lounge and the cafeteria), the room was very clean and everything was working as it should be. The housekeeping services were also great, everyone was just really friendly and we felt welcomed. I have to add, I was positively surprised about the lounge service both for breakfast and 5pm - 7:30pm service. Such an excellent variety of appetizers, everything was so clean and the plates were always filled up. They also had fresh Starbucks coffee 24/7 at the lounge, including plant based "milk" in the fridge that I haven't seen in many places in the US. Always snacks, sodas, water available.. The view from our room was beautiful, and the hotel and very quiet, no worries about the noise from hallway or street. The only minus - we had problem with our A/C, it smelled like burn so we kept it off.

Beautiful area and newly renovated hotel. I love that the plaza and food options are right there. I will definitely be back.

This is not a full service Marriott level quality hotel--- and due to my titanium status I was "upgraded to a suite" that is more disgusting than probably a regular room. The furniture quality resembles that of a frat house. The M lounge located on the first floor did not have any snacks for the daytime only sodas which I guess is par for the course these days. The pool is rather small and condensed, and the photos on the website are very deceiving. This is definitely not worth the price.

I had a really stressful night after the Hilton in Miami Downtown did not hold proper communication about my initial reservation (which they ended up charging me anyways-the worst hotel ever). Anyways, we began the drive back to Orlando at 4 am, but desperately wanted to get some shut eye. Called around Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton and they were all full or no longer taking bookings. Finally, called this Marriot and they had availability. FELIX was an angel and one of the best front desk personnel I have ever encountered so far. He allowed us to stay in the exclusive lounge while we waited to book our room at 5 AM to have the stay for one night instead of charging for two nights. He was extremely thoughtful, as I was ready to pay for the two nights even though one night was pretty much over. I hope upper management and corporate recognize that his actions are what drives customers to be loyal. Going forward-I am exclusively booking with Marriot and any related hotels associated with Marriott Bonvoy. This hotel is extremely clean, properly well kept, and had great customer service. Bed was comfortable. Definitely will stay here in the future and would 10000% recommend the stay.

We went here for a staycation to celebrate my sons's 11th birthday! I thought maybe just maybe they would've had a card or a chocolate in the room for him- but no. In any event, we had a nice room on the concierge floor. We loved our view- we could practically see Miami from our window! We had access to the special lounge since we were on a concierge floor so that was nice- water, coffee, nuts, bananas and nice relaxing chairs. I liked that we were able to go to hibachi just a stone's throw and walk across the street for bowling! Didn't have to move our car once!

It's locate in a warehouse building in a business plaze because it's just a Venues & Event Spaces and not a restaurant, so they do not serve food or drinks here. However, we had arranged caterings to bring the food in, and we brought wines and cocktails which their staff helped serving them. So basically it is what it is, a very simple empty space which you can make what you can make of it. I am not sure the management provided the backgrounds and curtains as they looked simple but nice. The IT staff brought in the screen for presentations and the loud speakers for music and announcements. As the meeting getting to the end, I felt it went smoothly and thought the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I thought was parking could be a challenge. If you plan to have a large group of people attending a event here, there will not be enough parking spaces in front of the building. Your guests may have to park out in the back and walk around the building to get in.

We spent our time visiting the Japanese gardens. It was excruciatingly hot the day we visited. We were glad for the frequent benches to stop and rest. We enjoyed the beauty of the various gardens. Especially liked the bamboo grove as my husband got to explain to a few folks a bit about bamboo and the ingenuity of his grandfather using bamboo on his farm in Georgia as irrigation conduits. The sign saying don't carve the bamboo next to a carved stalk was ironic... In addition to the various plant gardens, there were the rock gardens, the waterfalls, and the pine forest. Liked seeing the koi fish and turtles. Another highlight was the bonsai exhibit. Throughout the winding path, there were stone lanterns and small wooden huts. At the entrance to the area with the original 1977 museum is a laughing Buddha statue of Hotei, the god of happiness. Smaller than expected, you might miss it the first time you pass by. As a caveat, prepare for lots of walking. Wear comfortable shoes, a hat or carry a parasol, sunglasses. They have a couple areas with steps, but there is an alternative "easier" path for strollers or handicapped. And if possible, come when it's cooler. I'm glad we walked the entire perimeter. But for someone very much out of shape, I know I'll be feeling my achy muscles. I'm glad we got this brief glimpse into the history and culture of the Japanese in South Florida. It's one of the most distinctive tourist attractions in our area.

The class was a mix of stretch, mat pilates, and cardio (though this time we stuck to the mat -- no cardio), and I loved it. Super engaging, the music was lit, and the energy was just right for a Sunday morning reset. You can even scan their QR code for a free class, which I'm definitely doing next! Afterwards, we chilled by the pool with rosé wine (free if you sign up in advance -- major plus!) and ordered the mezzo platter. It came with hummus, tzatziki, and pesto (not my fave, but that's personal taste), along with olive & cheese toast, and some carrots and peppers. We wished there were more veggies for the dips, but no biggie -- my friend took home the extra hummus. Bonus moment: It happened to be Bid Day for FAU, so we had front-row seats to the celebrations. The new Sigma Nu girls were out having a blast, and the whole place had such a fun, social vibe. A live DJ kept the energy going, we made some new friends, and honestly, the whole day was just glorious. I had to look on the website to figure out about the Executive Lounge, and call to find out specifically where it is at. The Executive Lounge, had the traditional breakfast offering. What did turn me completely off was when I went over to the ham that was rolled, I could see a green item on it. To me, this green item I saw was mold. Every question I asked about, no one working at The Boca Raton seemed to have a real answer for that solved a problem. The staff seem to make up answers on the spot. So service is 1/5. Facilities in the new renovated tower were nice but we paid upward over $2k per night that did not deliver the luxury of a $2k per night stay. I have stayed in more comfortable Hilton and Marriott's and even Airbnbs for far less. The sheets are not soft. The bed was not firm. The space was quiet though and the bathroom was nice. However toilet paper was the cheapest brand I've ever seen. So definitely far from luxury. Food 1/5. The snacks in the room and all over the resort for kids all had red dye and carcinogens. There is no care for healthy truly good quality food here. So you pay a premium for the cheapest food in America. I have seen most all businesses, even basic businesses, move away from fake junk food, dyed food and those with carcinogenic links, but not The Boca Raton. So we paid a lot for food that we never you touched. No organic options either. High pesticide load as well. I have to say overall this is an overpriced resort striving to be luxury without the ability to live up to luxury. Overcrowded. Overpriced. Pesticides and Carcinogenic. Poor quality. Poor service.
