This is a full service hotel so don't be surprised that your room doesn't have a fridge or microwave and that breakfast in bed delivered up to your room will be an extra charge, but it is all reasonably priced! :) There is also a breakfast buffet available if you prefer a wider range of variety instead of choosing from their menu the night before. Bed was extremely comfortable and our room being a Deluxe size was very very roomy! We found the fountain to be calming and added a lovely ambiance to the entire building. You can very slightly hear it from your bed and it lulls you into a peaceful sleep. The restaurant located on the first level is nice to have available for dinner as well. It was great to have Beth take care of our table, she was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted to compliment our meal. read more

This place is awful. We expected so much more as the reviews were not bad and it has 4 stars. Our room smells musty and terrible and is incredibly dirty. There are stains on the sheets and it is absolutely awful. So gross. I don't want my feet to touch the nasty floor. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We were staying in this hotel with 3 other families for a baseball tournament in a nearby town. 1 family left immediately upon check-in due to mold and just overall uncleanliness. Another family left the next day, also due to mold. The two remaining families stayed for the duration of the reservation, but when needing to extend, did not choose to stay the additional night at this hotel. There is an overall feel of humidity everywhere inside. Hanging towels do not get dry in the bathroom and sheets are continually damp. There were goldfish snacks and other crumbs and dirt in the floor in our room at check in. The shower did not drain well so there were 2-3 inches of standing water in the bottom of the tub with every shower. Additionally, there is very limited parking in front of the hotel. Two nights we had issues with arriving back late and having nowhere to park. There's a parking deck across the street which we weren't allowed to use because it was during the week. One major complaint of mine is that the amenities online listed "laundry," but there was no laundry on site. We chose this hotel due to the fact that it said laundry because we were needing to wash baseball uniforms daily. I want to close this review by raving about the front desk staff. They were incredibly nice and welcoming. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. They were pleasant, helpful and kind. read more

The hotel seems to be one of the older k on es around the airport but it very clean and well kept and it has a great open atrium. The staff is very friendly and willing to give suggestions of local restaurants and sights to visit. read more

This hotel has long since passed its prime. I had to change rooms because the cigarette smell was too much and the next room I got smelled like cigarettes. I also was told my all my colleagues their rooms smelled like cigarettes as well. The breakfast buffet is $15 per person and consists of powdered eggs, old bacon and cold waffles so not at all worth the price. The open concept meant I heard the bar music and people until midnight which I see as very inconsiderate. The furniture is old and worn out and there is mold in all the corners. Honestly there is no redeeming quality. Choose a different hotel. read more

This Wyndham hotel is in a great location. Try to get in before dinner or parking in the lot fills up very quick, but they do have a parking garage across the street. The room I booked what spacious and modern with a comfortable bed. My only real complaint about the room was that I booked a "deluxe" room, but there wasn't even a mini fridge or microwave. One of the elevators was pretty ghetto. Exposed wires and every time it passed the 3rd floor, there was a loud, unnerving, clunking sound. I did like the bar area. Great service, fair priced drinks, generous pours and I got to catch a World Series game before calling it a night. Pros: Location, reasonable price, comfortable bed, modern hotel. The disconnect between the third party reservation group and their outdated information desperately need an update. The staff were nice, but the unwillingness to help the situation was a bummer for the price of one room. Definitely would recommend staying somewhere else. read more

For starters, when making the reservation we were given inaccurate information. We were driving in from out of town, and let them know we would be checking in around d 10 PM, and asked if the restaraunt would be open. We were told it would be open till 11, but when we got here they closed at 10. Then also, we were told the rate would be one price for two adjoining rooms, and then were informed that it would be double when we were checking in. And instead of even remotely attempting to give a crap, the front desk personnel said sorry, that information was incorrect, and told us to have a nice night. I wouldn't recommend this "facility" even at a discounted rate of 50 bucks a night. If I could leave zero stars I would. read more

I had never been to this Wyndham and was skeptical going into a older building, but when we walked in, it was a nice surprise. Very clean, staff super friendly and helpful. Alana checked us in as she was so friendly, sweet, helpful. When we opened to door to our room we could hear the water fall in the lobby and the sound was so relaxing. Parking garage is well lit. The staff here is very friendly and outgoing. They are top notch. The hotel on the other hand, is meh. My 2 star rating is because 1. The rooms don't have a mini fridge 2. The internet is so slow it is effectively unusable and not secured 3. Microwaves are available in the lobby or by request in your room; it should just be in your room 4. They have events in the evenings sometimes which makes for a loud evening. There is always an indoor waterfall which seems cool, but is just noisy 5. The elevator breaks regularly. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and 2 times the elevator was out of order. 6. In the summer it took about 10 hours for the air conditioning to reduce the room temperature by 6 degrees. 7. They offer a breakfast but it costs extra unlike their competitors in the area You are much better off staying at one of the other hotels for roughly the same cost. If Wyndham makes improvements (and I remember), I'll update this review. read more

The hotel is probably the fanciest in town, but it's deteriorating fast and nothing is being done about it. One of the elevators hasn't been working since last year, the breakfast restaurant they have takes an outrages amount of time, we waited over one hour and 30 min and still didn't get our food, and the rooms are humid and starting to get old, plus not enough soap. Decent beds and amnesties, but no mini fridge. Only two elevators for a very large hotel, hard to get your bags in and out of it. Hotel has a large restaurant/bar/water feature in the middle of it. Very little parking in the parking lot, you either have to park on the street or in the parking deck across the road. Not the end of the world, but that part of town is pretty dark and it's not ideal to have to use a parking deck across the street. Well I got to the front desk and they had my cards ready and they sent me off to my room. After I get to my floor I go to my room but neither keys work. I try to go back down the hotel elevator and they only have one working elevator and every hillbilly known to mankind was on it headed to the swimming pool at 9 o'clock at night. The lady at the front desk re-keys my cards and I go back up to the room and this time someone opens the door. I head back down and I can't get the elevator so I end up taking the stairs and end up taking me outside the hotel and then back through the front doors to get to the lady at the front desk and she's like oh I'm sorry. I'm like you're wearing me out. She's like what can I do to help you and I'm like how about a room with a bed and I mean right now. After some confusion behind the desk she finally sends me to a room. They were not prepared and I will never be back! read more

Affordable, great hotel. The dinner and night service was better than the breakfast but all in all great staff who go out of their way to make your day. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Our 7 month old loved the 6 story fountain and the view from the eighth floor.
