For the last few years, I'd been very unimpressed with my prior dental provider and had been saying that we needed to find someone new. Dr. Wyte and his office popped up on my radar and when I saw I can literally see my office building from his building, I reached out to him. The attention to customer care from the first contact was top-notch. The front office staff was so friendly and helpful in getting appointments set -up for both me and my husband. When an earlier appointment slot opened they gave me a call to give me the option to come in sooner, which I very much appreciated. My husband's first appointment was before mine. He called my office afterwards he told me "I don't like our new dentist..." but before I could ask "WHAT?", he enthusiastically exclaimed, "I love our new dentist!" I had my first appointment yesterday afternoon, and couldn't agree with my husband more. The office is bright, clean and modern. All the staff is friendly and proficient - and who doesn't love a dental hygienist who is also hella funny? Thanks Sandy for the good conversation! LI've been going to Dr. Wyte for years and can't recommend him enough. The whole team is great, super friendly, professional, and they make everything easy from scheduling to the actual visit. Dr. Wyte does a great job explaining what's going on without overcomplicating things, and I've always felt like he takes a thoughtful, honest approach to care. I had a great first experience here this Tuesday! It had honestly been over 4 year since my last dental visit so I scheduled a new patient cleaning at this practice. Tracie the hygienist was so kind, informative and patient. She made me comfortable, she was fully attentive and really made the experience easy on me! Didi at the front desk was also so friendly and even Dr. Wyte was kind enough to give me a quick consultation for my next visit. (unfortunately I do have a small cavity) but I am looking forward to my next experiences and am so relieved to have secured my spot as a patient here at this wonderful and comforting practice! read more

Finding a dentist is about as fun as... oh, I don't know... cleaning your toilet? Lucky for me, this place is the bomb. By now you're probably realizing that you missed out on the best Groupon deal of all time- $50 for a full teeth cleaning and X-ray from this place. I had to make my appointment about 6 months out, but every couple of weeks the receptionist would call me because an appointment slot had become available. While I never took advantage of those offers, it was really nice to have the option. I was REALLY surprised when I got to their office. It's absolutely gorgeous and clean, and the staff was professional and very friendly. They didn't skimp on any details, and did a very thorough job of cleaning my teeth. The main dentist, Dr. Wyte, is adorable- super gregarious and walks you through all of the x-rays personally. Plus, they send you out the door with a toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, and (bewilderingly) chapstick. I'm completely sold on this place. read more

Dr Wyte and his team are great. I have to say I am pretty lucky because they are close to my office. However, every time I visit they are super friendly, prompt, and fun to talk to while they clean your teeth. I had not been to the dentist in a few years prior to coming to Dr Wyte's office. I am back on track going every 6 months now (mom is happy). I had a deep cleaning to start, and am on a twice a year cleaning. I started going to Dr Wyte to save money...another doctor had said I needed a replacement crown. I checked Dr Wyte's price, decided to have it done there...had an x-ray, didn't find anything wrong....no need for a new crown...saved me 2k. I stayed with Dr Wyte because customer service and care is their highest priority. I have a disabled brother who fears dentists but was assured that he would be treated gently while he was in the chair...he flies from out of state to see Dr Wyte... recently his hygenist was I'll... Dr Wyte stepped in and did the cleaning himself instead of rescheduling. Our son is in the military...he trusts Dr Wyte for his dental care...home from deployment...no appointment, no problem...magically, there's an open time... Dr Wyte cares for our military. Warning: Rambling review. May just want to go ahead and pick up the phone to schedule your appointment with Dr. Wyte, and save yourself the time of reading this review. I give 5/5 stars on two measures - First, how this business is run, and second, how good of a dentist Dr. Wyte is and how great his support staff are. I found this place by buying a Groupon in February for an exam, xrays, and cleaning. Before I ever got around to using it, my wisdom teeth were aching and my head was pounding. They needed to come out. They broke my Groupon up into parts so I could redeem the exam/xrays portion for dealing with my wisdom teeth issue, and then scheduled my cleaning for after they came out and I was healed. They never tried to overcharge me and communicated all my options very clearly. Dr. Wyte is a nice, easy going person who treats his employees professionally and with respect in front of us clients. This is not the most important thing to look for when choosing a dentist, but it stands out to me as really reassuring that it's there in this office. I am sensitive to people's moods and frustrations, especially in nerve wracking situations like dentist's visits, so I really appreciate this. Linda, whose title is dental assistant, I think, is really wonderful. Just by being herself, she has a way of keeping you calm and happy while in that scary chair. I've also dealt with Wendy quite a bit, who works the desk, and she is clearly committed to doing her job well and keeping the office and appointments running smoothly. As far as the dental work itself, Dr. Wyte did a great job with my stubborn wisdom teeth and he and Linda kept me feeling very calm because they are clearly experienced professionals. Dr Wyte called me in the evening to make sure I wasn't experiencing any post-procedural problems, and saw me for follow ups as needed offering his full attention and without extra charges. I just went back last week because a molar broke, and I knew I would need to have it fixed or suffer big consequences down the line. They fit me in within a week (I wasn't in any pain so I wasn't rushing in), and even called me when an earlier appointment opened. Dr Wyte and Linda did a great job fixing my broken tooth and also with other fillings they did for me at my request while I was in the chair, I was in absolutely no pain the next day and my tooth looks and feels awesome. As someone who's always been both afraid of dentists and too poor most of my life to really see one very often, so it's unfamiliar territory for me, I feel very appreciative to have found a great dentist. I selected this dentist because I liked how the pictures of the office looked. I should have known better than to go off appearances. While Dr. Wyte and his team are very nice, the quality of work was severely lacking. I went in for a filling. It hurt the evening of and the following day. I have had many many fillings done in the past, and they have never hurt afterwards. I did some investigation afterward (i.e., called around to various dentists). On average, Wyte's services are priced at about 10-20% higher than everyone else. Now, if your services are 10-20% superior, I feel that is justified. But refer back to my experience above to see why I won't be coming back. read more

Not the greatest experience. Went in for a consultation regarding a bridge replacement. Dr. Wyte provided a quote that was significantly more than the original bridge placement although half of the work had already been completed, I'm not sure how someone justifies that. In addition, the costs for cleaning and x-rays was over $300, which many offices will provide at no charge. The front desk person was not willing to make an effort to reduce my bill which would have been close to $5000 by even 10 cents. That's just poor customer service when someone is willing to spend that amount of money with your business. read more

Had an awful experience at this dentist last year. I picked the clinic based off the reviews but had bad interactions with the staff from the minute I walked in the door. They weren't willing to listen to my history and kept making assumptions of my previous dental care. They diagnosed me with gum disease and recommended an expensive procedure to fix it. Went to get a follow up with my previous dentist who said that I had absolutely no problems and did not have gum disease. Would not recommend this practice to anyone, seems they are searching for ways to make more money. read more

Worst dentist Ive ever been to. Their policies are horrendous and they nickel and dime you for everything possible (They wont release my records without paying an exorbitant fee). Our family has been going to Dr Wyte for many years. We have always found the office staff and Betty (our favorite hygienist) to be efficient, friendly and professional. They are always very helpful navigating the financial issues with our insurance company. The office is clean and just the right amount of issues of People magazine (my doctor/dentist must have) to make the visit interesting. After a cleaning, Dr Wyte does review Betty's findings and the x-rays with you. I would definitely recommend Dr. Wyte and his staff for all your dental needs. read more

I recently needed to get in on short notice, so they added me to their 'cancel list' and contacted me when an appointment became available. Super convenient. Dr Wyte is great- a little scattered. It's the assistants and the business office you need to watch out for. They don't listen (just like the other review detailed), will talk down to you and you might find out that the pricing they gave you isn't what you agreed to. BE CAREFUL! read more
