I believe they are getting away with this by getting the cars from other states as mine came from ohio and was purchased from auction at copart. They also wouldn't give me my title after paying the balance and overpaying. still haven't refunded me the overpayment, despite signing for certified letters requesting an explanation if not the money owed back. I only did financing to help my credit as they promised but they of course never even shared it with my credit but I'm sure they would have if I hadn't paid. They are snakes and money hungry and do not care about ethics or doing the right thing. I'm going to be taking them to court and hope no one else trusts them like I did because they prey on people like me and use it to their advantage and it's pretty sad. Save yourself and do not trust them. Oh and they also gave me the wrong registration putting my name with some other car on their lot I had never even seen and I'm sure there was a reason for this. they claim they corrected it yet it shows up under my security clearance questions as if it were my car and it never was. I was promised that both issues would be fixed before I picked the vehicle up two days after signing the paperwork. That didn't happen. It took an entire week for them to finally repair the leak, and the headlight wasn't fixed until two days after that. Once I finally picked up the vehicle and brought it home, I discovered yet another issue -- a leak in the driver-side floorboard. I had to bring the vehicle back again so they could repair that as well. A few months later, the air suspension warning light came on. I immediately brought the vehicle in expecting the repair to be covered under the "bumper to bumper" warranty that I was told I had purchased. That's when I found out that the warranty I was sold was not actually full coverage as it had been explained to me during and even after the purchase. Since then, I've had to bring the vehicle back four separate times because the air suspension issue still has not been resolved. On top of that, I've already spent about $500 on diagnostic and labor fees trying to figure out the problem. To make matters worse, the service manager admitted that this is the first vehicle with air suspension they have worked on. Despite that, they have refused to take the vehicle to or consult with a certified mechanic who has experience with these systems to properly diagnose and fix the issue. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Between the broken promises about repairs, the misleading explanation of the warranty, and the inability to properly diagnose a problem they admit they are unfamiliar with, I feel like I've been left dealing with ongoing issues and unnecessary costs. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying a vehicle here to be very cautious and get everything in writing.

There is a dealer fee, but it's not a huge mark-up, considered the car meets their stringent standards and they are a business, so profit is not unreasonable. Mechanical repair 3/10, returned the car to me with a bent shock just because "it passed alignment"... doesnt mean the shock isn't dangerous to drive on. I chose to go to this shop instead of a national chain with my insurance because i wanted to support a local business but I should have been more thorough in my inspection before pickup.

They delivered the car to me a day late and didn't inform me of the late delivery date, so it was returned, so I had to pay for it to be delivered back to me. The second day both batteries was completed dead, so I had to pay a tow service to deliver it back to Da Vinci. The car was there for five weeks before he fixed the battery. The other problem was the, tire pressure Sencer, which, was noted on day of purchase, never fixed, still under warranty. next the keys, only one key, I requested a second key and when he, Louis, realize a set of keys would cost $1998,00, he refused it issue a new set of keys. The key that I have just crank the car, doesn't lock the car, so I am stuck with these repairs. Please, please, check everything, AC, windows hood, stereo, tires, all lights, ect. If you fail to check and note everything, he will not repair nothing and after notating everything, I would be surprised if he fix anything. At the present, I am spending over $3,000.00 in warranty coverage. Da Vinci may not suck, but Louis D. does.
