I have canceled my Xfinity for TV and internet and returned their boxes. They kept charging my account. I called them after waiting for many hours, they said they can not help me. I sent the copy of the returned receipts. I was still getting charged when there was no service. I went back to the store with the hard copies to the store ( it is not easy for me since I take care of disabled person) twice. Finally, assistant Manager, Jacky documented that I have returned their equipment. no apology no smiles. The have no respect for people's time. Your employees are not trained to do returns correctly. I genuinely don't leave negative reviews, but my experience at this Xfinity store deserves to be documented. After spending more than 10 hours in one week trying to resolve issues with my account -- including two previous in-store visits, multiple chat sessions with both AI and remote agents, and even a technician who arrived only to inform me that my address wasn't actually serviceable -- I made an appointment at this location hoping to finally get things fixed. Instead, I was greeted by the manager, who immediately escorted me to a public iPad in the corner for a video chat with glitchy headphones. This was despite the fact that I had made an in-person appointment specifically to avoid more remote agents who couldn't help. I asked for an actual in-store appointment, and I was told my only options were to leave or sit for the video chat. Not exactly customer service. The representative on the video chat -- who was kind, but based internationally and unable to help with several of the issues -- couldn't resolve everything. When I asked the manager to assist, he said he could only help me if he scanned my ID. After scanning my valid driver's license, he claimed it was expired (it expires in a year and a half) and insisted I produce my passport before they would help me with anything, including canceling services I wasn't even receiving. At that point, after being stonewalled repeatedly and spoken to with an attitude I've never encountered from any customer service professional, I walked out and cried in the parking lot. I re-entered and spoke with the woman who checks customers in -- the only kind and competent person in the entire building -- and she quickly provided the account information I needed to cancel. I've never been treated so disrespectfully, dismissively, or unprofessionally by any business. Xfinity corporate should seriously review the management at this location. My mother contacted Xfinity on January 15, 2026, to request a lower bill as her husband--my father--was being admitted into hospice care. My mother is elderly, hard of hearing, and not comfortable with technology. During this call, the customer service representative repeatedly attempted to give her a "free iPad." Despite this, the representative called her back, and somehow my mother ended up with two iPads added to her account--devices she never requested, does not know how to use, and has no need for. She has never used Apple products and does not understand modern technology. Tragically, my father passed away on January 25, 2026. On January 30, 2026, my son--her grandson--called Xfinity on her behalf to find out how to return the iPads and change her account to internet-only service. He was instructed to bring the iPads and other equipment to an Xfinity store for return. Once there, the store refused to accept the iPads and instead gave her a phone number to call While still at the store, she called the provided number and was told she would receive a return shipping label by email. That email never arrived.Today, I personally called Xfinity and spoke with multiple representatives: Yohan Arahan, then Hasa Mohamed, then Noah (ID 395D), reference number ECM0019622127. I was told a shipping label could not be sent because service was still attached to the iPads. I was then transferred to Haviba (ID 9275464), who told me to return the iPads to the store and that they would be accepted if the store called support for clarification.. We then went to the Tualatin Xfinity store. As soon as the store manager, Drew, heard that we were attempting to return the iPads, he raised his voice at both me and my mother and stated he could not help us. He did not ask for our names, did not look up the account, and was extremely rude and dismissive. As we were leaving, he stated that he would "make a note" on my mother's account--despite never asking for or accessing it.My mother is a grieving widow living on Social Security. She was taken advantage of during a vulnerable moment, repeatedly given incorrect information, forced to spend hours on the phone over multiple days, and ultimately yelled at by a store manager while trying to resolve an issue she did not create. Never had I had a salesman look me in the eye and LIE so easily. Edgardo, I can't believe you screwed me so completely. I went in to the Bridgetown/Tigard store, told him I was leaving in four days for an extended trip to Vietnam. I asked him, "is there any difference in buying it from you or from Apple?". He looked me in the eye, smiled and said no. I asked him if I'd be able to use the phone over there. He bounced around that question, saying the had a "great International Global Pass" I could is for only $10 a day. I explained that I am there for 90 days, that would be $900. He did everything he could do to avoid telling me, if I bought the phone from Xfinity it would be LOCKED FOR 60 DAYs and I could not ad an eSIM which I asked him. So here I am now, in a foreign country with a brand new USELESS PHONE. When Jo return I am canceling all my Xfinity and Comcast services, I'll go elsewhere. Their operators didn't care about anything except the locked for 60 days rule. They even told me if I paid it off in full it would be unlocked too. Xfinity, the biggest disappointment in the history of television I am sure Xfinity should change their line from Experience the Xfinity X1 to Experience the Xfinity sh***i1 I was experiencing TV problems with my Xfinity X1 for over four days. I called (888) 934-6489, Xfinity, many times but could not get further than the virtual computer phone answering system. Every single time, the computer verifies that there is a problem with my X1 box and asks for permission to reboot my TV box, and if there are any problems, I call back. Naturally, I had to call back and again, and again the same story. Finally, after four days, on Sunday, I tricked the computer. I asked to add an extra service to my account, so when Comcast found I wanted to spend more money, it connected me to a live agent after waiting over five or six attempts and over 45 minutes. After diagnosing my line and the X1 box, the Comcast agent informed me there was a red flag and the box had to be replaced. I gave an option of one to be shipped, or I go to the closest Xfinity and get one. I drove to our local Xfinity on 7219 SW Hazel Fern Rd, Tigard, OR. After waiting almost 20 minutes, they scanned my old X1 box, and later on, I was told they didn't have the 4K box. Anyway, I shared my concern and asked the representative because you entered the return for this box into your system; I hope when I go home, this box will work. He had no answer for that and called their manager, and a woman named Zsa Zsa came. I explained the same thing, and she looked at me, and in an insulting tone, she claimed; I can not understand you! In a sarcastic voice, I apologized and told her; I am sorry; I was under the impression that you speak Chinese. Then she walked away from me and tried to talk to the next customer. Naturally, I demanded that she finish my problem before starting and seeing another customer. To cut the story short, the manager said that if I stayed there and asked them to deal with my problem, they would call the police on me. I asked her to show me her name, then I took a picture. I signed up for the $35/month residential internet service. I read the terms and conditions provided. I was enrolled in the NOW pre-paid service. I was not able to activate the internet via the website, the virtual assistant, or through the modem configuration. Trying to get help was such a horrible experience, I decided to cancel the service, only to find that it is not possible to cancel it. The alleged store manager, "Bri" on her name tag, insists on being treated very politely, even if the customer has been trying to get Xfinity Mobile support for 4+ hours and 14 different agents (they constantly transfer to the wrong dept, like "International Calling" for domestic phone usage, etc). Rather than try to troubleshoot my issue at all, she simply handed me a piece of paper on which she'd written "Data Escalations Security Team" 877-807-6581. She said that is the number for the team I needed to speak to so they could troubleshoot my issue. I called that number and it's a *general customer service number* (NIGHTMARE!) and the guy I finally got connected to said his name was "Brian." I told him the store manager gave me the number above and said it was for the Data Escalations Security Team. He said that is a general number and said the manager lied to me. Then he said he was in the "Security Assessment Team" and said there is no "Data Escalations Security Team" and he said the store manager "maybe doesn't know" the departments at Xfinity. Sooooo - either the alleged manager of this Xfinity store is rude to customers and lazily doesn't try to troubleshoot at all, and according to other Xfinity employees she lies and doesn't know the corporate departments that she sends customers to... OR - in reality what happened I think is the store manager simply wrote down some words and a general customer service number and did in fact lie about it all just to get rid of me. They are more expensive than Directv for fewer channels and NO customer service. They failed to tell me that if you use the Fire stick to stream their service you have to have their internet.
