This company is ridiculous. They come to our door to solicit business, we politely say we aren't…read moreinterested, and they don't leave. Finally had to get rude to get them off our property. A week later, they come to our door for an installation appointment that we never agreed to. I told the installer that we never agreed and he tried to walk by me to start the installation. I stopped him and told him to get off my property and all he did was smile at me. I asked if he understood me and he mumbled something and finally left. Do I need to call the police? Surf -- stay away!

This is insane. When I was finally called to the counter, the service agent that was assisting me was not even familiar with the system and had to keep asking others for support. In my opinion, this company is a ripoff and you have to want to go extreme like stream and buy your own modem/router to break even.
