The man at the desk "fixed" my ipad within a reasonable time frame but 3 months later, the ipad has the same problem it had 3 months ago when I brought it in the first time. They get an A+ when it comes to the repair of my Dell laptop, inspiring 3580! It was having tons of software issues, as I recently purchased it from a local pawn shop. It would not properly install the latest version of windows, it kept stalling around 70-80% it waz running ultra slow, and sadly, ive become my father. (illiterate when it comes to technology, something i never thought would happen to me) Anyways, I struggled to find the right place to bring my laptop in, because when you know very little about computers, you have no idea if your being taken advantage of, or even told the correct information.
